The front desk staff was friendly and they even mailed my mom’s Mother’s Day card for me! Very convenient to union station and other restaurants.

I have stayed here about 3 times every time has been pretty good. But last time I just recently stayed about 2 days ago and unfortunately, they had a sewage smell and the water was off for about an hour. Things do happen but overall. I always had a pleasant day. And parking is ridiculous for the amount they charge.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful place. Great location.
I will offer one bit of constructive criticism for all Marriot Bonvoys: Get better WiFi. Uploads take forever which stinks on a business trip and trying to watch Netflix, as provided on the in-room TV, was impossible due to buffering and poor WiFi speed. Let’s get into the 2020s. WiFi is vital.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and staff friendly

Perfect location in Downtown Denver, near dinner venues with $ to $$$ price tag, comfy and spacious room. the only down side is the road construction on 16th Street in the region.

Friendly staff as described

I did not appreciate the hidden $40 charge for a parking lot spot, especially since it wasn’t covered, secured and I had to park next to the dumpster. I could’ve stayed at a nicer place had I known about that.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were exceptional and made us feel like family.
I would highly recommend this hotel - one of the best

Stayed 4 nights visiting Denver for an avalanche game. 20 minute walk to ball arena. It was nice to be downtown. Bummer that there was so much construction happening in the area. On site parking was pretty pricy but there is a parking garage right across the street for cheaper. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. I booked a standard Kong that ended up being a courtyard facing room (no exterior windows). It made me feel really claustrophobic. The staff was able to move us to an exterior facing room, but with queen beds. The room was nice. I wish the lighting in the bathroom area was better. It was super hard to do makeup. The bed wasn’t very comfortable - kinda old and bumpy. I expected better for a Marriott.
The Mexican restaurant attached was not great. The food wasn’t bad but the service was horrible and the drinks made so weak I’m not sure there was actually alcohol in them. I wouldn’t recommend eating there, especially with so many food options nearby. We enjoyed the pizza place along the corner and Sam’s #3 has excellent breakfast and really good mimosa!
Overall it was a good stay mostly because of the staff and location. I like that key cards are required to enter the building from the street.

It was a great experience, excellent service and nice rooms. The only thing I did not like was the expensive cost for the parking lot.

Great service and friendly staff. 16th St under construction so activities were at a minimum but plenty of shopping and dining nearby within a safe, walkable distance.

Nice hotel. I have been here before & would stay here again. The location was perfect for what my group needed.

After our arrival, we paid a total of $440.00 for the 3 nights we stayed here. Day 2, they finally decided to try to charge the card they had on file for us for an additional 340.00 for additional incidentals, and parking. Parking was an additional $44.00 a night even after we paid for the 3 days upon check-in.
The staff was quick to rectify any problems we had, but the additional charges would have been nice to know at check-in, not to find out a few days later. The parking lot is very small and there is not a lot of room to park. The entire downtown area where this hotel was located was under construction, it was very irritating. The rooms were very clean and tidy, no complaints there. The bed was very stiff for the amount of money we paid to stay here.
3/5 stars.

it was very conveniently located. no breakfast places near by and no breakfast at hotel. interesting how our window faced into the lobby.

Street was a mess. Lots of homeless. No free coffee in the lobby because of make-shift breakfast for sale. Ate at Sam’s everyday, very good. Paid extra for city view and the view was a green roof.

I was flabbergasted that I had to pay $44 for parking when I was a guest overnight at this hotel. This should have been included in the rate I was charged for the room. I did not see the additional fee noted prominently on Expedia when I booked the room or I would have gone elsewhere!

Staff was friendly at front desk. Lobby was nice but from elevators to rooms everything is dated. Never seen such a low standard property by Marriott before.

Very noisy my first night’s stay. Drunk
neighbors shouting until around 2:00am. But good after that. Property location is central and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable, hotel staff very helpful! Thank you.
