I wasn’t even checked out of the room and they came in while I was at breakfast and started ripping the room apart. Took some of my stuff tossed it out or kept it. Was not happy!!!

Everything was clean but not happy about how they changes the amount of beds we had and didn’t tell us until we got there. The pull out bed was awful and should not have Been a substitute for a real bed and we should have had a warning. They gave us free breakfast coupons for the inconvenience but told us we could get the buffet or a meal from the menu but when ordered they said that was buffet only so bad communication between staff. We called and requested more blankets and pillows and they never brought them had to go to the front desk and ask again. The plug in didn’t work in the bathroom. Nice hotel but not a wonderful experience.

It was okay my 2 yr old found candy open from a previous visitor. And the bathroom was stopped up! I didn’t not like the fact that we had to pay 150.00 in a damage fee if something was to happen to the room. However everything else was fine.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and we never actually received the call we were promised letting us know our room was ready. But, when we went back after dinner we were able to check in and were accommodated for the fact that a room with two doubles was not available due to overbooking. Overall they took great care of us and I think the delay was more from housekeeping being overwhelmed than anything. Several events were in town so the hotel was extremely busy. The breakfast buffet was great although overpriced. $80 for a family of 4 is a bit much. Convenience won over and we went with it though. Overall our room was clean and quiet, and extra linens were delivered almost instantly. My only “complaint” was the delay in room availability. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

OMG the staff was so wonderful & the room was phenomenal! Also I left an IMPORTANT bag in the room & got more than 30 minutes back towards home before I realized it. I called the hotel & they quickly looked & they had it & held it at the front desk! Genuinely honest & caring staff

It’s a nice spot. A little ways from downtown, maybe 15 minutes. We felt safe here. Birmingham is getting a little sketchy.

The hotel was great; however, I was asked why I picked double beds and I stated it was cheaper. When I got up to my room, I had single bed and no microwave. I really needed a microwave in my room.

We were there for a LA Tech football game vs Liberty and we were welcomed with balloons and flags. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and property was very nice

Front desk was friendly and when the TV went out at 9:45pm during a football game - someone was at our door and had a new cable and remote installed in less than 15 minutes. Bar staff was great as well. Only complaint is the bed frame was broken.

We came to check in and they did not have the room we reserved. They did nothing to accommodate us or discount the price. Will not come back or book through Expedia again. My car will definitely be broken into in the morning.

Unfortunately the pool was closed and our room was not the cleanest. The hotel lobby is beautiful but we had hair in the bathroom, dirty trash and a broken sink drain. On top of that we went to open the fridge and old condiments were inside.

I like staying at Marriott hotels. What I didn’t like about this one was that we really didn’t have hot water with our showers and it didn’t get cool in our room and the unit was set on 65. Other than that everything was fine and the staff was very nice.

The young lady who checked us in was wonderful and gave us bottled water. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had booked 3 rooms and on the morning of check out, my brother had gone to his vehicle and the gentlemen from housekeeping rudely informed me that he had checked out and left some belongings. I told him he would be back. The employee verily angrily told me they wouldn’t. It was probably the worst I’ve been treated by a customer service person. Not impressed by that. Location, cleanliness, and pool were all very nice.

The staff at the hotel was phenomenal. The facility is beautiful and smells so good. Every part of the place is gorgeous beginning when you walk in the doors greeting you with marble floors. I do wish this place offered breakfast with your stay. As expensive as it was to stay here, I would've liked more than just the room, but the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the double shower heads in the bathroom. It was a very enjoyable experience.

It was a nice bed but the a/c unit kept us up all night making loud tapping noises. It sounded like it needed repair/ maintenance several months ago. Next morning made coffee in room but creamer provided was curdled. Very old. Ruined coffee. When I told the front desk about it so the next person staying wdnt have this happen to them, he responded that it was housekeeping’s job to change those out. Wasn’t concerned at all and seemed as though it didn’t matter. I have always had much better experiences with Marriott. Not friendly and the room was in disrepair. Disappointed

We stopped at the hotel during our vacation travel and it was very clean, the staff was friendly, and we had a great stop there. It is surrounded by restaurants and fast food for breakfast and lunch if you do not want to eat at the hotel restaurant.
