For the money it was fine. Just stayed one night. Beds were comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here a few years ago and it has definitely gone downhill. Got into the room and the shower, sink and most everything else was dirty. Had housekeeping come and they did a quick clean but room was still horrible. We had to leave to make the game in time or would have had them do it again. I would steer clear as place is filthy. I have pictures but this review site is not letting them upload.

Was very disappointed with the breakfast options

No sheets for sleeper sofa and no ice. Thats rough.

Door key would only open door one time then had to be reprogrammed, a hassle for a two day stay

The staff is rude (with the exception of the female) and the hotel is dirty and every room I had smelled bad. You have to go gather your own materials. They do not bring them to you. It is in desperate need of renovation

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in- no actual breakfast- granola bars and packaged muffins that were WET, hotel smelled terrible, the shower was disgusting, terrible experience. I’ve stayed at extended stays before and never had a bad experience. Do NOT stay here.

It was okay for the price. Was in a good location for everything we needed to do.

Outdated and dirty but no bugs. Was not clean with residue left on tables and floors. Bed was fine. Had everything I needed for a long term stay.

From The moment I got there, I knew that it was a big no. They have roaches of all sizes. The linen was dirty and it had a horrible smell. I will never stay there again and I don’t suggest anyone else unless you are super desperate.

The room was very nice, but we were on the 3rd floor with a dog and it was very hard for her to make it. 1st should be for pets. There was not outdoor trash cans for doggy droppings so we had to bring inside. The room was dark even with all the lights on. It was nice to have a little kitchen.

Amazing stay Cato took good care of us you will definitely be getting our business from now on when we come to stay in Atlanta.

The room was very sizable but you could only see the TV from one of the beds. There is no breakfast! Having a few muffins is not breakfast. Coffee was not provided in the room. More disturbing it says coffee will be available at 6 am. It didn't show until 7 am which put us behind for the day. The check in staff was the only highlight.

The room was clean and decent but they were missing coffee in the rooms or ice being available. Allso the breakfast was only muffins and granola bars and the coffee was out. I hope something will actually be done to improve this and not just post a generic response.

Our 1st room was handicapped with a dead cockroach in the bathroom, the room smelled moldy, the pull out mattress was ripped up and disgusting it looked like it was pulled out of the garbage, the shower had hair everywhere, the shower curtain had brown stains on it. Also, we reserved a room that was a king with a pull out and when we walked in the room, the bed was only a full bed. Thankfully, the staff gave us another room and it was a lot better other than the dead cockroach on the window seal and sheets on one bed had massacre and bad spells throughout the whole hotel was awful.
The staff was was very nice.

Honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. From the smell as soon as you walk in (smelt like a retirement home) To the dog poop on my floor right next to my door. Definitely will never stay at this chain of hotels again.

The front counter employees were very nice and helpful, both upon arrival and at departure. Room was clean, large and quiet, although the shelf in the closet was broken. Overall a good deal and worth the money and tome spent there

Some staff where absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to help us. Others let children run unattended around the hotel at all hours of the night.

There was a car out front that looked extremely sketchy because it was full of trash. So full you couldn’t get in to drive it. Tried to check in early before the game. Was told no. That’s understandable. Was also told there were no bathrooms in the lobby. Came back after the game and walked around the whole first floor trying to find someone to check me in. Someone appeared after about 10min. The bathtub was completely stopped up and never attempted to drain. The exhaust fan shrieked like a banshee. There was random trash throughout the hallway. Just overall not somewhere I’d ever stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located near Truist Park but not in a busy area so not a lot of traffic in and out. Parking is easy and plentiful and included at no extra charge. It is not fancy but is modestly priced for the area.

We booked this hotel to be near Truist Park for the Braves game the next day. ‘Breakfast’ was included and was not what I would call breakfast. It consisted of prewrapped muffins, bars and coffee. There was not a coffee pot in the room, which was the first time in years we couldn’t make coffee while while getting ready. The facility is definitely in need of a facelift with the carpet worn and the AC super loud. We stayed 2 nights ago, and were charged $100 deposit which still hasn’t been credited to my charge card. I will give them one more day before calling directly.

The hallway and room had a musty smell. I don't believe our bedsheets were washed because there was a used plastic spoon between the foldable bedsheet and the fitted sheet when I pulled back the cover. I suspect the bed was simply made up after the last guest checked out without replacing. The pullout couch sheets were covered in dirt, which means they definitely hadn't been washed in quite some time. The furniture had damages [cigarette holes, scratches]. The bathroom door strike plate was missing, and it appeared that someone had tried to pry open the bathroom door at some point with a hard object. There was a new policy to pay a security deposit for damages, but nobody walked the room with us to document the state of the room. Fortunately, none of these damages were blamed on us. I will not return to sleep in a dirty room with eating utensils from the previous guests left under the bed sheets.

Fairly quiet and clean enough. The employee that checked us in was absolutely friendly and great customer service. I rarely saw anyone else or they did not speak. Very disappointed with breakfast options. There was a canister of hot water, one of just regular coffee, tea bags, instant oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, and prepackaged small granola bars. I’m not expecting a hot cooked meal here just a little more effort. Maybe some fruit or instant grits. Did not realize amenities such as a coffee maker in the room would need to be an extra expense.

The cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. There was trash outside of the hotel and inside. The hallways had trash every where. Our room was very dirty. There was clothes in several of the drawers and there there was loose medication in one drawer. Lastly, the toilet was not clean. Overall, not pleased with our stay and will not return.

My family and I had a very nice stay at the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and the pool for the kids was perfect however if you want to partake in the grab and go breakfast from 6 am - 9:30am you have to go very early or you will be out of luck we went a few times at 8am and there was nothing available at all!

This property has a fantastic location in the Marietta area with many options nearby for dining and shopping and access to the interstate. However, it’s older, and is in major need of renovation and updating. For instance, there is no coffee maker in the room and no icemaker for the building. Also, they advertise breakfast, but in reality it is a light snack of muffins, Coffee and instant oatmeal. The staff was very accommodating with what they had to work with.
