So far every Microtel we stay at is superb. Rooms are big and clean and staff are friendly. This particular location was amazing being close to the highway and dining options. We had driven 9 hours and needed a relaxing break and had it here for two nights.

The bed were comfortable and appeared clean. Upon entering the room, and using the restroom, someone coughed up a giant, thick, sticky wad of phlegm and left it sitting stuck to the side wall in the sink-didn't rinse it or anything. And, there was a dirty sock left in the closet. The breakfast wasn't worth anything, but waffle house is right across the street. It's super convenient location for king's island, and you couldn't pay me to stay at the Baymont across the street.

There were people and kids in the hallway being loud all night. After repeated complaints I just gave up. The breakfast was non-existent and the coffee pots were empty. I told the attendant at the desk but she was too busy on her phone for a personal call to refill it. I waited 8 minutes and left. EXTREMELY frustrated by this visit. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

It was a place to sleep. That’s about it. Was there for 6 days. Had to request housekeeping or it wouldn’t happen. The free breakfast was coffee and a bagel. (Waffle House is across the street.) The room and bathroom need a lot of TLC and cleaning.

The hotel is a no frills hotel for a low price. The rooms were simple but clean and quiet. The breakfast was simple, but that is what I expected for the cost. Our only complaint was a smoke smell in the room from possibly a previous tenent that disobeyed the rule against smoking.

We were looking for a stay on our way home after a long drive from Florida to NY. This was exactly what we needed. Close to the interstate and nearby all the thgings we needed both when we got there and when we were ready to continue on. Sal the front desk manager was very nice and the friendly face we needed to see after a long day on the road.

We were not so thrilled by the bed bugs in the first room, or what seemed like bed bugs. The room was highly unsanitary. Urine in toilet, someone else's toiletries and a foul smell to the room on arrival. Not to mention dozens and dozens of what looked like bed bugs all over beds. We were not there for fun, but a safe place to sleep would have been nice. The front desk man helped us to another room. Much cleaner this time aside from what looked like more bed bugs. We took lots of picture and video and left. Out of a 2 day stay we stayed 1. Still waiting on a refund or some sign that they care. The manager could not account for our pictures but is getting someone to spray.

The room smelled bad and was right next to the maintenance room so it was not very quiet and there was only 2 pillows on the bed and the shower had hair in it and the vending machine was out of order and the pop machine only had 7up or RC that’s it.

The room was fine but the breakfast was a bit of a joke. The only cereal was oatmeal and they do not have milk. Try eating oatmeal without milk. I couldn’t do it. Very poor selections.

I was just passing through on a long road trip and needed a place to stay for the night. I would say it was no-frills but clean and reasonably comfortable. It met my needs and the price was great. Check in was quick and easy.

Check in was super quick. The two people I met at the desk were very friendly!! One even brought out coffee for me early because I left by 5am. Only knock is the bathroom fan was hanging by a thread from the ceiling. Not a biggie to me, but others might complain

It was a good stay over all, i did not see any bugs, the bed linan smells great and clean, carpet was old but clean. All in all i would stay again. Veteran friendly. At least they were to me nice people at check in

We had a nice stay at this chain hotel in the northeast Cincinnati burbs. It was clean, comfortable and moderately priced, convenient to food & shopping. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Our room had a fridge and microwave and very comfortable beds. We'd definitely stay at this place again in the future.

Common areas very clean. Room was clean and smelled some of animals. We had a dog with us, so we were in a pet room so it made sense. Overall, a really great place and experience! Super convenient for getting food and being close to attractions. Would stay again.

The hotel room was showed non-smoking room, but when we checked into room can smelled it, bed sheets was dirty and itchy my skin felt had bedbugs, no sound proof at all, I would not come back again

Pillows were rather uncomfortable, they gave three very small pillows. The AC did a half job kept the room cold but at times the room went to rather warm as well. The shower pressure was very very weak. There were booger smeared on the wall or something of that color smeared on the wall. The mini fridge in the room rocked back and forth and side to side being unstable but did a good job at keeping everything inside cold. Pictures on hotels.com doesn't match what the rooms look like what so ever.

This hotel is within walking distance to the Western & Southern Tennis Tournament. The bathroom in the room needs to be updated. And the rug needed to be clean.

Overall the place was good. The building is older & probably could use some updating to freshen it up. It was clean, comfortable, & the location was convenient for the purpose of our trip.
