Got a non smoking room Signs everywhere The stench of cigarettes deep in every surface choked us all night long Definitely not a non smoking room I felt like an ashtray

Great price, we stayed in a newly remodeled room that was very nice and super clean. The bathroom was nice and very clean newly remodeled also. Very spacious. The refrigerator in the room was very nice and I love it was e regular sized mini refrigerator! Bed and pillows nice and soft, very comfortable!!! Great night sleep! They are updating this hotel and the work they have done is great! Breakfast was good , nice selection and the staff was very nice and helpful! We travel a lot for my son’s soccer so it is nice to be able to find a hotel that is clean and won’t break the bank!

We booked a room 5 people to sleep. We get there and there was only room for 3. They wer rude and told us they dont honnor whatever we book off this website there only rooms for 3. They would not refund our money. They didnt even wanna give a blanket tso someone could sleep on floor, or enough towels for us all to shower. Two people had to sleep on floor and i paid extra for room that sleeps 5. Our tv didnt work and they wouldnt give us a working one till second day. And there was weird crew of people outside creeping us out outside all night.

We did not end up staying here. When we got there the attendant couldn’t find the reservation but I had proof I had paid for it. Finally through a virtual chat with hotels.com it was figured out that it had been paid in Canadian dollars when it should have been paid in US dollars to the hotel. Hotels .com was great and credited the non refundable reservation. I was going to rebook with hotels.com but that wasn’t working . Finally I said I would pay the hotel directly but their machine wouldn’t take many different credit cards I had. Then they said I could use their ATM to get cash money for the room. By this time I was not happy and decided to leave and we went to another hotel I. The area.

Everything was great. Of course, it’s not the most updated, perfect place you’ll stay, but for $42 a night, I was honestly impressed. Would absolutely stay again!

Love the location, the big Tv with my favorite channel on it, (the Travel Channel). Real close to Frisch’s and Perkins and King’s Island. We liked it here. :)

Close to Kings Island and a host of restaurants. Cheap hotel, but decent enough for an overnight stay. Wouldn't stay longer than a night or two.

Was greeted by staff upon check in. Was informed I was going to be in a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. When questioned the front desk staff laughed and handed me keys to the smoking room. Upon entering the smell of smoke was over powering, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the pillows were thin and the bed was hard as a rock. Decided it was better to make the 4 hour drive home at 10pm instead of staying there. When we went to check out early I Was rudely told oh well, and I would not be receiving a refund. Have stayed here many times in the past but never again.

It’s right by the highway it’s really noice, I had to kill three bugs in our room ( stink bugs) I stayed two nights and run out of toilet paper, they never came to clean the room the second day or offer any clean towels. The place looks like is under construction. Because there are broken toilet and tubs all around the area. My advice is have all your renovation done first and then open up for businesses because even your cheap prices don’t compensate for the bad service.

For an exposed entrance it was ok. No DND sign available but no maid service for 3 days either, so didn’t matter. Lots of one- nighters. No door on shower/toilet room but was one btw sink/closet area and BR. Nice fridge. Decent TV and channels. Curtains kept getting stuck in door. No overlatch at top for security - just a chain. I brought extra mechanism for safety.

Terrible. Felt like I was demonized for having a cat in my room. The manager treated me terribly for it. I was asked if I had pets, I said yes. They find out I have a cat and I have to leave. Why not just say you only allow dogs. The room was disgusting and dirty as is, I can’t imagine a litterbox making it worse than it already was. Won’t ever see me here again, and will be telling others to avoid at all costs. I’m tired of people acting as though people and children aren’t as destructive, if not worse, than pets.

Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor was filthy and sticky. Everything else was clean. Beds need replaced not good to sleep on, it’s like trying to sleep on springs. Walls are thin we unfortunately had to listen to the room next to us fighting all night long. It’s not a terrible place to stay, you get what you pay for. It’s not luxury but it is a place to stay and there aren’t any bugs.

Beds are uncomfortable but does what it needs to for a night stay. Bath tub is chiped an has rust on bottom. Trash and not cleaned behind dresser/ tv stand by mini fridge. Over all was good for price we paid an one night stay to just sleep.

Out dated and poorly kept room. Shower leaked from the ceiling, ceiling was cracked and peeling. Shower drain was super slow, so the bathtub was ankle deep after 5 minutes in the shower and there was mildew and mold growing in the cracks in the caulk joints. Not worth the money

Bathroom plumbing could have been done better. Shower tap and shower head pipe shouldn't move. As I left early each morning I didn't get to sample the breakfast. Overall I would stay there again.

Handicapped bathroom: floor very slippery when wet, faucets very hard to use. Sleeping area; holes in carpet, heater very noisy going on/off during night. Entire room needs a major update.
