We got this hotel because it was cheap and close to the hotel. We came in on a late flight and are getting picked up early in the morning. So it was adequate for what we needed. The continental breakfast was lacking! No protein or fruit at all.

This hotel was great for the price and the convenience to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I stayed overnight on both ends of my trip. The staff was friendly and courteous. I had left something in my room on the first stay and when I returned I inquired about it at check in…it took a moment, but the attendant found my item in a drawer at the desk. I appreciated that a great deal. The breakfast bar was fine. Toast and peanut butter with a glass of milk is a good grab and go on the way to a plane.

Our stay was awful. But the staff was good. There was a broken chair. And on that chair and the curtains was puke. They had to remove the chair from our room. The couch had a huge stain on it. So there was no where to sit but the bed and a computer chair. The blanket had burn holes in it. There was a towel shoved in the ceiling. The microwave didnt work and seemed like it was going to explode. The bathroom tub was dirty.

The desk staff were exceptionally rude and refused to honor my booking through Expedia, then tried to get more money from me by claiming that the price Expedia charged me was wrong.

The room we rented was dirty, had not been cleaned. The chair was broken, the bed was broken, the blanket on the bed had burn holes, a hole was cut in the window screen, the roof was caving in, the smoke detector was gone, there was mustard and food spilled all over the room, the tub was broken, there was also a hole in the ceiling and broken light fixtures.

Floor was very uneven and shifted a bunch when stepping. There were burn marks/holes in the comforter. Smelt like the room had been smoked in which would explain why the smoke detector was disconnected. If that wasn’t enough, saw a bug run across the floor when we got up. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Road conditions were undrivable and everything was filling up. It was a bed it was warm they were nice. It does look like theyre trying to improve but heres the bad: Halls smelled of weed, lights in room all flickered like there was a short in the wiring, TV didn't work, heater had to keep being reset with a switch and plug was loose, sheets had several cigarette burns in a non smoking facility. It was cheap it was shelter it was close to airport and it was safer than trying to drive. Electrical was worriesome but the floors and showers were clean.

Being near the airport was definitely a distraction from sleep. Older hotel so the place could use some changes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not nasty, butcould use upgrades.

The hotel was clean so no complaints there. The TV didn’t work at all and the front desk said it had not been working all day. No discount or apology was offered. The point of getting a room is to relax, unwind and watch a little TV.

The bed was terrible, springs poking and uncomfortable. The breakfast, non breakfast I should say. Defn not what the pictures show. Save your money, spend a little more and go elsewhere I booked for king and they said I booked for two doubles. My email shows king and then no tv on top of everything

The roof was getting done and the pounding was horrendous. I finally went down to the lobby to see when the workers would be finished. The staff was unapologetic and had no empathy for my developing headache. I ended up get into a debate with another customer over the situation. My purpose for going to the front desk was just to find out when I could expect some relief from the pounding. Some of the staff here are friendly if you bring it out of them, however I will not be going back to stay.

Room was clean and good, Lighting was bad, couple of lights are not working, They didn’t provide a tooth paste and body wash. I ordered my food from outside, don’t even provided us plates. And the lady said, you can go to Wendy’s for plates. Shuttle service was good. Overall my rating is 3/5

Someone checked us in and we weren't even there. Then gave us a room key to someone elses room. The 2nd time they gave us a new room, tgere was no power in the bathroom. 3rd room was ok just extremely noisy

The room was clean and the receptionist was helpful. But the problem is you can here everything from the next room/upper floor room. Suddenly you wake up at the night and you here a baby crying. I think they need to fix the noise issue. Except that, everything was perfect.

Main bulb including the light fixture was missing. Broken window. 2 of 3 lamps working. Dirty fridge. Stain on wall. Hair on bed. Noisy bed. Mirror not mounted on wall instead it was leaning, which wasn’t safe. Trash already in trashcan…

The poor reviews are well worth it. The lady at the front desk is really nice though. There were bleach spots on the grey blankets in our room, the bathtub had a crack in it and the sink had some type of sticky residue on it. The tv only offered two channels & the water briefly got shut off with no notice. They was a lot of arguing in the hallway amongst two guys constantly, it was scary at times. The wheelchair accessible rooms are not really ada friendly so we had to go out and buy a shower chair. Their breakfast consisted of hard waffles, muffins, and bread. The lady was nice and moved us to another room for the last couple of days that offered a better tv. I would not stay here again but if your in a crunch then this hotel would do…
