Amazing breakfast, good gym, comfy beds...great service!

We had a delayed plane and didn’t get in until 3:30 am. They were very accommodating when we got there even gave me an extra 30 mins checkout to get a little more sleep. The rooms were clean and had real bottles of shampoo and conditioner which is always a plus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They had complementary breakfast in the morning which was also very good. Overall I wasn’t there long but for the short amount of time I was there it was pretty great. My only complaint would be we couldn’t shut the blackout curtains so I couldn’t sleep in as long as I would have liked.

This hotel was fine for the purpose (overnight stay before flight). Our room had a strong smell. We opened the window and by the morning it had gone. I think I would try another hotel in the area next time.

Great hotel, near Detroit airport. The parking and transfer to and from the airport were both very good. The free morning breakfast is also very good and you are within walking distance to other restaurants as well.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was easy. The bathroom area is a little dark. Breakfast was convenient and had a fine selection.

Excellent fitness center. Room was somewhat tired, spots on chaise, bathroom door could use replacing. Was clean though and staff here was pleasant and very helpful.

My room was very clearly outdated, had a leaky faucet, toilet seat and bath tub were clearly worn as well.
Just the fact that there was a bathtub shower instead of a more modern shower stall was very odd and telling.
I've stayed at the Sheraton as well as the Delta hotels near by this one - and both were nicer.
The shuttle provided was a third party and had rude staff, the front desk staff were friendly enough but nothing to give a high rating for.
Overall I would AVOID this place.

Very nice hotel. Several restaurants within walking distance. Room very nice. Heater put out cool air even in heat mode but room was comfortable but would have been nice if warm air came out making the room a little warmer.

Nice and clean, the staff is very friendly. Close to eateries. Since this is very close to the airport it would sometimes get a little loud. Breakfast was good and they started serving breakfast very early.

This hotel is in poor condition. There was a flood in the lobby batjrooms when we arrived. The door to our room had a gap between the door and the frame. The carpet was very worn.

Location is convenient. But it’s very noisy as I can clearly hear and feel the movement of people staying in the room of upstairs.

Booked a wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower and none were available when I checked in :(

Breakfast issues 10/25/23. No juice, water, yogurt, cereal nor fruit beyond warm oranges. No soap for shower.

Staff hung up on me when I had a question at he Wi-Fi. I had to go down to the desk to get an answer. They were unfriendly. We had reservations for a 5:00 shuttle. It was full. Another disappointment. Luckily another one arrived in 10 minutes.
