Nice for older hotel, but toilet wouldn’t flush

I booked this hotel through Expedia and applied a $100 gift card. The total amount of my stay was billed immediately and the gift card was not applied. Upon seeking resolution, I was informed by BW that it was an Expedia error and that I could not edit my reservation to reflect the gift card discount, nor could I cancel the reservation and start over.
Pool was closed - water green and murky, some paper debris floating in it. No one knew when it would be serviced, no prior indication it was closed.
Thermostat clicked loudly and did not always connect to wall fan when adjusting temp. Vanity light burnt out, bulb black. Bathroom light flickered constantly. Cigarette burns in comforters. Bathroom door barely cleared toilet - very cramped bathroom. No bathroom ventilation. Shower head pink/orange residue, poor putty job barely holding it in the wall. Asked room service for towels, was told someone would bring them to room but never got them.
Listed as non-smoking on reservation, but smelled vaguely of smoke. Other rooms' doors had [NO SMOKING] sings displayed, making me think mine was a smoking room.
Breakfast was poor quality. Old fruit, watery eggs and gravy, spongy sausage, rubbery bacon, some juice dispensers out of order.
Staff was friendly and I felt safe, but that's the only up-side. Will not be staying here again.

For starters the beds were extremely uncomfortable the one closest to the window was completely broken leading you to wake up in a hole in the middle of the bed. Same with the pillows felt like sleeping on bricks. I’ve slept on floors that were more comfortable. The door also had zero seal on the bottom so you could hear everything going on outside the room even our own conversations. The room was unsanitary. Chair had stains as well as the walls in the restroom. The water was cold and we were welcomed by a crayon drawing left on the door connecting to the other room. A leg on the table was broken as well as dirt and footprints on the wall next to the bed. It was very clear there was minimal effort into the cleanliness and maintenance with the over all room itself. I have stayed at many best westerns with many positive experiences and it is safe to say I am beyond disappointed in the quality and performance of this hotel. I will not be returning and recommend anyone to steer clear from this location.

refridgerator didn't work. took us 3 hours to get a tv remote.
requested a handicapped room but didn't get it when we checked in..at least we got 2 beds and on the first floor.

The hotel was awful. The beds had huge bows in the middle. I could hardly walk when I got up. They never cleaned the room, threw the trash or exchanged towels. There were dead bugs in the hallway all weekend which means they did not clean the common space. The 2nd room where my help was staying had no refrigerator and the door handle broke. The room they were moved to had no refrigerator, no micro wave, no remote.

Highly affordable hotel without bells and whistles. Room was nice & clean. Bed super comfortable. Good location other than the construction at the edge of the highway. Would def stay again.

l booked and paid online, the money was deducted from my account. l arrived and had to pay again under a entirely different booking, and was charged more. The hotel has not released my money, it has been 7 days. The room was ok, but l was fraudulently overcharged and now fighting to get refunded. Jamar the daytime associate was very helpful though.

The room was clean, carpet in good condition, new tub insert. We stayed once a year prior to covid and it was always comfortable. But, this time, the bed was a hammock, outlets on the lamp were very loose and would not hold plugs. The door needed a good push to get in, the entrance light flickered off and on, there was no fire alarm in the room. There was a beeping in the hallway every 30 seconds, sounded like the fire alarm needed attention. If it was just the bed, maybe I wouldn’t be complaining because the room itself was ok otherwise. But the fire alarms and electrical concerns are kind of a big deal. We told the manager in the morning, and he was very nice and said it all would be addressed. We did tell the girl the night before, she was nice but nothing was done about it. The manager in the morning asked if she had offered to move us, but she did not.

I reserved a room with two queens for four adults. When we arrived I was told they were over booked and we were given a room with a king and a pull out bed. The pull out had no linen and the front desk could only give us sheets. The mattress on the pull out had a large stain (?blood). There were only three towels in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a couple days while visiting friends. It’s close to many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The included breakfast is okay. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner but wasn’t so bad I wouldn’t stay there. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Terrible stay here. Checked into our first room only to find that the toilet did not work. We were moved to another room only to have noise all night that sounded like a pump running.
Went to management to complain stating that the room is uninhabitable. Management’s response was “sorry “ and that was it. Definitely not what I would expect from a Best Western Plus hotel. To top it all off, went to their breakfast in the morning to be told there are no knives available.

Comfortable for family of 3 plus our dog. Quick check in. Very clean. Basic accommodations for one night. Fridge and microwave clean and working. Would stay again if needed. Breakfast was hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits plus your other staples.

The 4-day stay was nice, Erica the night clerk was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. both Friday and Saturday we got there at 8am and almost everything was gone, and the morning desk person really didn't seem to be very attentive to replenishing things. Monday morning was better. other than that everything was nice.

The back door was not able so it just stay open all night and once in the room the water was so loud coming out the shower head which was so dirty plus it mildew on the ceiling… I would love to have a full refund because I was unsatisfied with my stay

Wouldn't ever go back, the room smelled like smoke, I layed in the bed and kept hearing a beep.....it was the smoke detector hidden under the bed. I told the front desk about the issue and they would fix it immediately and never did anything or replace the detector

We've stayed here several times over recent years, but this will probably be our last time. The rooms are dated and have not been well maintained. Staff seem disinterested. I think we can find a better place for a similar price in future.

The staff was very friendly when i got the hotel. My room wasn't ready one of my other rooms didn't even have rhe beds made. Mine didn't have the smoke dectector installed just some wires and the base plate thats it. Not very happy at all.

Staff was so friendly, the room was clean. I appreciated the citris toiletries, smelled wonderful. Liked that they had food delivery, i don't like dining out by myself, so delivery was excellent!!!

I was told that breakfast was available until 9:30am. I arrived at 9:05 and grabbed a few items. The man working the breakfast area was very rude and told me it was closed. He had attitude with me.
