I bought this hotel. Do the location and it is actually fifteen minutes further from my location than it stated when booked. Otherwise nice hotel.

Easy check in/check out process. Rooms were clean. Nothing too special. Breakfast was decent. Would stay here again!

Loved staying here! Super convenient location, nice facilities. Staff was super friendly. Suprisingly wonderful continental breakfast every morning! I'm rating 4 stars becuase the indoor pool was not heated and there was no table in the suite I had booked. Other than that it was simply fantastic.

The front desk staff was helpful and responsive to our requests.

Bed was comfortable, large spacious room. The only negative was the ac/heating unit wasn’t great and the sinks drained slow.

I understand the property was recently renovated. The lobby and guest area on the main level were nice and the staff was very accommodating. Though I didn't see any signs of it, perhaps some of the improvements were still being made. In any case, after investing in a full makeover of the lobby and common areas, it seemed strange that they hadn't painted the frame around the elevator for quite some time, and the inside wall panels were chipped and worn. Not a big deal, but stood out, since the rest of the space seemed new. First room was disappointing...very cheap/maybe broken desk chair, shower rod wasn't installed properly & kept bathroom door from opening completely, leaking fridge & one of the lights to the side of the bed didn't light. Assumed it needed a bulb replaced. In any case, they offered to move me to a different room without any hassle. When getting to the second room, just down the hall, the chair was different and much better quality, the fridge wasn't leaking, and once I discovered one of the side lights for the bed had been unplugged, both lights worked. Unfortunately, the incorrect installation of the shower rod in the bathroom seems to be an error repeated by the renovation crew, as it also sagged in the middle, due to the brackets being hung incorrectly, which didn't allow the door to open all the way.

Before I made my arrival I contacted the hotel directly to check on my reservation and to ask if their rooms come with a jacuzzi. I was told yes spoke with the front desk clerk he stated his name was G. I was told due to me booking through a third party he wasn’t able to make any changes against company policy. I was told he could notate my account to do an upgrade room and I would just have to pay $60 but I had to pay in cash and it needed to be given to him directly which I did say okay but at the same time I didn’t think that was company policy that made me feel uncomfortable. He called me on my arrival date to ask me about what time would I be arriving I told him it would be late bcuz I had a 9 hour drive it would be late that night he said okay he would be leaving at 3:00pm but I could just stop by the front desk the next morning to give him the $60 in cash. I checked in about 10:10pm it was another guy slim build there with white hair & white facial hair not a strong accent like the guy that I spoke with or called me. He didn’t even know what type room I had booked he said it was blocked and he couldn’t tell me if I had the upgrade or not I paid by card got my keys and went to my room 225 the room, I expected for a suite it was small, the kitchen faucet was rusted out it looked like a build up of mold so I chose not to touch the faucet. The restroom door had a hole in the door the toilet wasn’t cleaned it had urine around the base part and hair in the floor and tub.

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s convenient to Cedarville University, and is one of the cheaper options.

Pool was freezing, if it was heated, it was turned waaaaay down.

It was an enjoyable stay.

Mini fridge was not working when we checked in and were told it had to go through a defrost cycle first before it would be cooling and would take 2-3 hours. Small kitchenette area was not very useful, empty cabinets and no dish washing products. Obviously, an older hotel- bathroom was not upgraded, very low toilet (height) that ran a lot after flushing, shower curtain rod was bent so curtain would not stay shut, no ventilation in the bathroom (no fan). Bed was comfortable and AC/heater system was relatively quiet.

I think the interior is in need of a remodel --Old tub and fixture and toilet . I would rate the room clean but well used.

The rooms smelled funny ( like bug spray) which is better than bugs! But the bed sounded like a gong going off every time we moved or rolled over. Pool hasn’t been cleaned in awhile, which I didn’t want to swim but that tells me how they care for the property. Staff was friendly. Ehh.

DO NOT STAY HERE! BUGS! This place is NOT an 8.0!! This place is a 4.0! Apparently, per Goggle reviews… There is a MAJOR ant infestation! Room smelled musty. Hotel is run down. Ants! Ants! Ants! Ants EVERYWHERE! I woke up 3 hours into my sleep with an ant trying to go in my nose. Ants crawling down my arms and face. Ants in the bed sheets with me! The nightstand was like out of a horror movie when I turned on the light! DO NOT STAY HERE! BUGS!

You have one reason for staying in a hotel/motel and that is to get some rest or you may as well stay in your car. The beds sounded like a large piece of tin being flexed every time you moved and for us they were way too soft. The manager said it was due the health hazard of bed bugs the health department required all bases to be metal instead of wood. Our feet were black after walking on the floor barefoot so it would seem they do not mop much.

I really liked this hotel to stay in, clean and neat. Lovely rooms. However, the staff was highly unprofessional. I paid for the room with my debit card when I checked in, and have proof of it being debited . However, Sunday morning we were having breakfast and the manger or staff came up To me in front of every and said my card was declined. How embarrassing. I should him proof it was and he said he would have to call someone. He proceeded to try to run my card. 3 more times, causing my bank to close my card and do a fraud alert. Hard to travel without a debit card. I’m not even sure what he was thinking and couldn’t even come to my room to speak to me.
