There we lots of people romming arround , they looked like a temporary shelter. It was advertised as free breakfast, it was more like coffee, room was next to the freeway , wall view, not a 250.00 dollar room, rip off.

This was for just a place to sleep after an event in the area. There are "supplies" such as kitchen items and shampoo available at the desk but you have to ask for them. The bathroom has NO storage or counter space AT ALL!! It was relatively clean but definitely the bare basics.

This “hotel” reminded me to ALWAYS read reviews. Please don’t be fooled by this place like I was. This is an apartment complex. I’m pretty sure we were the only overnight guests last night. If you like the smell of curry and stale cigarette smoke this is your spot! Everything felt and looked dirty and run down. Tons of highway noise. You have to ask the front desk for anything you might need like Shampoo.
The beat up junker fridge in the “kitchen” was so damn noisy I had to unplug it.
Grab and go breakfast was a cold muffin and crap coffee set up in their dirty lobby.

We were so disappointed and left the hotel. We booked another hotel and moved out.

It was terrible. There were 2 live roaches. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Was moved to another room that smelled of cooked meat. There were strands of hair in the bathroom. For the short time I was there I dared not sleep in the bed or use shower. Do not recommend.

The hotel smells like a bar. The room smells like a bar as well. No bath towels in our room. No water bottles or coffee machine either. The beds are semi comfy. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was okay for a 1 night stay

When I first checked in to the first room that was assigned to me, I walked to a room that had just gotten a patch in the wall and it was a huge patch work that was done and there was a mess all over the floor which made my first impression of the hotel terrible. I was disappointed to have walked into a room in that condition and no one was made aware of the condition of the room. The staff needed to communicate better so that this would have been avoided.

First room I tried, it smelled like BO, the 2nd room they moved me too the water did not work

The property looked old. Scuff marks on walls and door frames. The toilet seat doesn’t lift past vertical, so if you don’t hold it up, it falls back down. There was a pervasive fishy smell in the hallway. Thankfully it was not smelly in our room

It is ok for just an over night stay. Old and a little run down for the price

My bed had dirt or sand in it. I couldnt sleep in it. The room heater did not work. There was nobody available to fix it. I asked at the desk for extra blankets, they did not have any until 10 pm. The kitchenette had nothing in it, no dishes, pans, silverware.

I was told I was gonna get a refund for the night because of left over alcohol bottles spill all over the floor. I was never given the refund.

First of all I did not get the room I booked through the app, I had picked a room with a king bed when I got to check in I was told they did not have any available and was given a double. Room was filthy, food crumbs all over and I’m not talking just a few but actual trash on the entire floor and stains, hairs on toilet, patches of tape on wall. Just horrible!
Because of my long of road trip my two young children were extremely tired and sound asleep, I asked for another room near the one I was given but they had none available, so I asked for a broom instead and I sweapt the floor as my babies were asleep so they didn’t step on filth, I got a towel and cleaned the floors, stains looked weeks old! They were so tough to clean but I managed to get the floors cleaned so my kids stepped on a clean floor.
I wish I could say I got good sleep but instead I went to clean a room and do someone else’s job!
Never staying there again, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Also mattresses are old and uncomfortable, room is super outdated. And fridge was dirty as well.

Smelly dingy dirty rooms. I expected more from extended stay. Especially with its location in Temecula. Continental breakfast was very low budget and sparse.

Breakfast was lackluster. Coffee, muffins (which weren’t great) and oatmeal.

What I didi not like was that we were at an event late with my family and each night we were there the key cards were some how demagnetized and we were unable to enter through the rear entrance where we parked. Also two of the 4 nights we had some lady next to us in room 310 i believe, and the Sherifs had to come to the property 2 0f the 4 nights. Horrible experience all around. Never stay at a Extended stay again!

Dear Expedia. When I arrived at the facility, an old lady came out very slow although she was sitting right behind the desk and heard me. No greeting. She fumbled around with the system and told me there is no room available. Then a manager looking lady came out and told me to go to a nearby hotel handing me a slip. She blamed Expedia for overbooking and you don't update the system frequently enough. She looked like she does that a lot. Preprinted slips were already on the countertop. Not sure whose fault that is but thank to the relocation, I was late for the event I was going to attend. Thanks a lot.

The outside from pictures on the web are very misleading. Although the staff was nice it was unkept. The front desk and halls were un swept or vacuumed. The room showers, questionable.

The worst hotel I ever reserved. Poor customer service by Laura, wait over 40 minutes to check in. Filthy place, mattress by dumpster with blood spots on it, signs of bed bugs.Dripping faucet, stained sheets, termites, etc. I checked in at 3:35 pm & checked out the same day by 4:30 pm. Awful experience.

Everything about this place was good except breakfast was not a continental breakfast.

The property was in a busy area next to the freeway and the freeway overpass. The exterior of the property looked like it was kept up. OK the inside of the property by the check-in filthy carpets does not look well-kept.
Well, laying on my pillow, speaking to the person in the bed beside me, all of a sudden there was a scream, and there was a giant cockroach like bug, crawling up my pillow towards my face. It made sleeping uncomfortable that evening. I was glad to check out the next morning.

Wasn’t going to complain, but since you asked…
My experience was disappointing.
First off, upon walking up to the desk, I had to look over a pile of kitchen items blocking my view of the female clerk who suddenly appeared & seemed a bit brash & hurried.
Entered the room which was cold & dreary! Kept a pair of socks on because floor was so cold. Bathrm had two little rounds of soap -1 for sink 1 for tub. No shampoo/conditioner or body lotion! No coffee pot in room (even though there was a kitchenette!) Walls were paper thin & even without trying we could hear noise next door & what sounded like baby elephants running above us!!
They offered Breakfast so in the morning much to my surprise, there was no hot breakfast - only a tray of granola bsrs & tiny muffins pre-sealed in cellophane (who knows how long they have been around - yuck) I took a pass on their idea of breakfast altogether!
Overall, it was not the hotel for me, or the hotel experience I was hoping for.
Sorry to say I won’t return - plus the cost was way over-priced for what we got.
