I received a text asking me to fill out the paperwork for faster check in. Walked in to the hotel gave them my id and card was handed my room key. No waiting!!! Then I received a text the next morning asking how my night was and if I needed anything. Room was clean and comfortable pool and hot was nice after 10pm the pool is adult only. I will stay in this hotel again

3-night stay. The staff each day was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfy and clean. LOCATION IS AMAZING!!! Close to restaurants, shops and activities for the family, and the views are spectacular. Even with beach access, there was not a lot of sand tracked into the lobby. The Pool was a huge plus for the kids! All this for a very resonable price! The couple little reasons I wouldn't give a 5: The heat in the room was a little hard to control; it would be too hot, so I had to turn the thermostat down, but then it would get too cold. Couldn't find a setting/temp that would be consistent... The breakfast was fine, but maybe they didn't account for the holiday weekend and there were more guests than a normal Monday, and people were waiting for food to be re-stocked and waiting to use the toaster and microwave. Had to wait for the Pool towels to be refilled.. OVERALL, was a great experience! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, great communication. The room was exceptionally clean. And the location is right next to all the attractions. Good value for the price. A couple issues: we couldn’t get comfortable in bed; tossed and turned like a whale burp in the tide. The beds were advertised as queens, but seemed smallish like doubles. Also the towels for the pool are dinky and scratchy. We enjoyed our stay, but will likely stay elsewhere next time due to the uncomfortable beds.

This is in the perfect location; on the beach and one street away from all the best shopping and dining in town. Heated pool (but not too heated) and hot tub were a nice way to end the day. The room was clean and updated. The continental breakfast was simple and appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property was excellent - right on the beach and only a block from the boardwalk. The property is not new and is somewhat dated, but they have fixed it up so it doesn't feel shabby. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. The pool was great - it was actually heated to a decent temperature. I wouldn't have minded it if it was a little warmer, but I know I'm asking for a lot. But you could get warm in the hot tub, which was nicely heated. The staff was very friendly.

We had excellent weather which was a bonus as we like to walk the beach. Much closer to the waterline then where we have stayed at the North end of the Prom. The staff was very helpful with an upgrade to a view room. Always get water front for the spectacular view. We visit Seaside a couple times a year and have our favorite eateries etc. Both agree we will stay here again.

The price was excellent for a hotel right on the boardwalk. Although we didn't get a beach front room, it was fine because the beach was literally just walking out the front door. The room was awesome, customer service was awesome and parking was abundant. Great location and complimentary breakfast every morning that we were there. The only 2 complaints I have would be 1. The bed was super high up lol. I am 5'9, my hubby is 5'11 and both our feet were dangling like children while sitting on the bed lol. 2. There was only 1 nightstand. It would have been nice to have 2 nightstands so one person doesn't have to keep asking the other person to grab/put stuff up for them. Other than those two things, it was an awesome stay!

Just stayed one night and wish I could stay longer. Clean room. Just walk outside to beach. They have firewood to purchase for making fires on the beach. Great for cool nights!!

We got quiet room as requested. Greatly appreciate getting a goodnight sleep. Property very accessible to the beach area. It was raining so did not get the chance to walk out of hotel. Liked the pool (water could be tab bit warmer) and hot tub water is great. Continental breakfast offered was ok, but saw some guests left without eating as Front Desk personnel got tied up with phone call. Someone should have help her fill out the breakfast food.

Overall its pretty nice, you are right on the beach so that's nice. The one big downside is no a/c so I wouldn't want to stay here if it is hot outside.

Our stay was awesome. Having the view of the beach and ocean right outside your room was breathtaking. Loved the quick access to the beach as well roght through the hotel lobby. All shops and activities were convenient just a 2 to 5 mins walk. Staff was very professional and nice by providing informative and answering questions. Plan to go back soon

Staff very helpful especially with changing of rooms. Tried just an ocean view room...too cramped feeling, no air flow, stuffy, tiny shower. Room with balcony was much better and had beautiful view. Recommend getting a room with balcony.

This hotel is pretty expensive for the quality. It’s right on the beach/promenade, so that could explain its cost, but I probably would not stay there again. There is no air conditioning and the room faces the west, so it was very warm all night despite the cool air outside. Our small window screen had a hole in it, which we asked if we could duct tape. The front desk hosts were kind, but ultimately did not fix the screen or find a stronger fan. The breakfast is pretty sparse. The stay was overall fine and the people at the front desk did seem to genuinely care that we had a good stay.

Staff ia absolutely wonderful! Free water so that was great to fill our thermoses. If you forgot any toiletries, they have for free. Beach chairs can take to the beach for free. Really great experience. My only drawback was i wish the room had another chair for sitting. Felt a bit crammed. Bathroom really small and can small the pipes and had some mold on walls. Bathroom way too small. Breakfast is nothing fancy but I would go back in a heartbeat. Great experience!

Loved the location directly on the beach! Good breakfast, fantastic walkable restaurants & bars. Convenient walking promenade along the beach & we were fortunate to be here to see the annual volleyball tournament!

We did not have an ocean facing room. It was a basic room but that was expected. It worked for us as we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Next I will book an ocean facing room though so we can see the ocean and people watch. It was great being right on the promenade. Being able to walk out and be right in the beach was great. It was also walking distance to everything which was also great. Breakfast was basic bagels muffins yogurt oatmeal. Premade pancakes and French toast. Nothing is cooked fresh. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel. It was clean.

Couldn't get more beachfront then this. Lovely large windows overlooking the beach. The breakfast was adequate. Rooms were ok. Staff was very friendly and had a lot of amenities (chairs for the beach, puzzles, etc) to make it family friendly.

Super friendly staff, good coffee in the morning, clean rooms, convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of shopping. Very close to everything we needed. Overall a great stay will be back. And they all welcomed and loved our puppy Harley.

The lobby smelled bad. We had a room in a building separate from hotel. Light from parking lot so bright it was hard to sleep. Tiny TV maybe 16-24 inches. No air. The only good thing was beds were comfortable. Paid 661.00 for 2 nights! Expected much better .
