The room was clean and comfortable; it had a microwave, fridge and sink plus there were dishes and dish soap and towel. Bathroom sink was in a separate area than shower and toilet, which would be nice for 2 people. There was a fireplace, table and chairs, another chair plus a desk & chair. Outside the sliding glass door there were 2 chairs to sit outside plus there are Adirondack chairs on the lawn. The hotel is on the promenade and there is a dune to cross to get to the ocean. The office is not onsite but not too far.

Tryed calling to let them know we were arriving late and got the run around. Called again and was hung up on. Very rude.

The hotel was cute and it appeared clean except for a dirty towel and what looked like used Kleenex back in the box. The hotel was noisy, the bead was squeaky, the pluming was noisy and you could hear everything from the upstairs and the rooms next store. The room was a downstairs room and the blackout curtains didn’t close so it was not very private.

Overall very good. The heating system was a little hard to figure out- there was the gas fireplace, and then a small wall heater, and no thermostat, but a call to the answering service helped us understand this situation.

The hotel was mostly clean, comfortable, easy to find and in a great location. 2nd floor views were great. Had to check in at a sister property. It's not too far of a walk at all to broadway for restaurants and shopping. The bed was firm, fireplace was really cool and I appreciated the big tub to soak in. My criticisms are the trash can beneath the sink was not emptied from the last visitors and had garbage in it that smelled up the room so I had to tie it off and not use it. One of the washcloths had a big brown streak on it which was really gross. The balcony wasn't usable because it's carpeted and was soggy. The texting option was not useful as no one ever responded when I tried and no staff is on site so... this is why I didnt rate 5 stars or leave a tip. All in all, I'd stay again but the trash issue was pretty gross and communication is sub par.

From check in to check out and everything in between. Staff was friendly, kind and so helpful. This was the cleanest room in any hotel I have ever stayed in! No mold in the grout anywhere!! The beds so comfy!! Fireplace was awesome, put out just enough heat to warm us up. The Chris in the room so comfortable. Awesome view of the ocean and incoming winter storms!! Safe, secure, quiet!! Will come back in a heartbeat!!!

This is a great place to stay next to the ocean. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. You can see the ocean from the room. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and wet bar. It is a little difficult to regulate temperature, but nothing that would keep us from staying again.

Beautiful beach right out the door. There’s little here that is walkable but the beach is fantastic. It is a bit inconvenient to have to go to a completely different place to pick up the key but the space inside was nice. Entrances are all motel-like facing the parking lot. There’s no central space which is fine. There’s no Front Desk.

Lovely place for a quick getaway to the coast. Hotel is located on a quieter end of the promenade with an easy walk to the heart of downtown Seaside. The room was very comfortable (bed was great for a hotel bed) and fireplace for the January visit was a plus! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Lovely quaint place. Close enough to everything. Nice facilities in the room including iron, blow dryer, fireplace, kitchenette with coffee maker. Just wish they included a water bottle or two.

The room was big and very clean. Only thing is we were suppose to leave the room at 11 and the cleaning staff came close to 11 to let us know checking time was 10:30. Other than that everything was fine

The property is ocean front. It is on the Board Walk so easy walking. The negative was having to go to another hotel that looked rundown and across town to get checked in. Check in was also layer that most, 4 pm - 8 pm.

Overall all a really lovely room. My only complaint with some pretty unsightly stains on the mattress pad beneath the fitted sheet. I understand sometimes things get missed but this is a pretty big one.

Loved my stay at the Inn of the Four Winds. Room was cozy and comfortable. Being on the north end of the Prom, it was quiet. I loved the patio access to the Prom. A true hidden gem. Bathroom was so spacious. Kitchenette was stocked with dishes and silverware, as well as a keurig coffee maker and a toaster. Fireplace worked every time I turned it on. Added to the coziness of the room. My new favorite in Seaside.

A gem of a place to stay, it far exceeded our expectations! Great location and views, super comfortable bed and pillows. The gas fireplace added a lovely ambience, and the kitchenette with dinnerware, bar sink, and fridge was an extra nice touch. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful room with ocean view and people watching on the promenade (weather permitting) small parking lot; not easy to park close to your room which is no fun when it’s pouring down rain. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet and private. These are converted studio condos so some of the entrances are private. I slept better in the room than I do at home. I loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The furniture and the fireplace were lovely!

Great place, think they were working on an office at the property as check in was a remote location. A few more instructions as to the TV would helped. Plus maybe a handrail in the tub area as the tub is a little higher and more hangers for towels, etc. would stay again no doubt!

If you prefer a quiet place with ocean view this is the one. Only issue is the checkin need to be done some other property. I didn't notice that went to property.

My husband is in a wheelchair. There is a ramp to the room. There was plenty of room in the bathroom. The shower was perfect and they supplied a shower chair. We were able to get outside to the front garden area, very nice. We will stay here again.
