Queen bed was shoved against wall. When we moved it out to get into it on that side, the headboard fell off.

Smelled of cigarette smoke.

Absolutely Atrocious!!..Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. It's being held together by a couple dirty band-aids. My room wasnt ready till 4:30pm after trying to check in at 2:30 pm after the room they originally assigned me to was still uncleaned. No microwave or fridge in the room. Had to have someone move a leaking defrosted fridge into my room. The bathroom had been flooded and the floor coming up. The AC would only blow heat on a 80 degree day. Seriously, this place is barely functioning. There were more cigarette butts than blades of grass in the "dog area". Please do yourself a favor and shell the the extra $20 for a different place. I spent the entire stay angry.

Good Stay for the price

The room was for a 2-night stay with minimal time in the room. I was surprised to find the bathroom sink with no stopper and lots of satained cracks around the drain. The shower stall had no door, just a curtain that allowed water to spill out onto the floor when in use because the ledge to step into the shower was so low. The stall itself was curved and hardly large enough for one person to turn around in it. There were no amenities - no shampoo, no conditioner, no hair dryer, no tissues (Kleenex) in the room. 2 very small bars of soap were provided. The bed was low, had a thin mattress, and had minimal blankets on it. I had to run the heating system to keep warm enough to sleep and I like a cool room to sleep in. The room had one heating/cooling system that was located overhead. The filter to the heating system was covered with dust and cobwebs. I would not have turned it on if it wasn't so cold in the room. The light near the bed could not be turned off while in bed - it was too far away. I chose the hotel due to its rate ($67 a day). When I drove up to the place, they were advertising rooms for $55.99 a night. Not surprised they had dropped their rate from what was published on hotels.com.

Room didn't look like the pictures at all. It was gross, stuff on the floor, junk all in the bottom of the shower, could feel ever spring in the bed, no mini fridge or microwave as pictured. Will never stay here again. Requested a refund signed papers, left immediately and said it would be here, but haven't got it.

This was perhaps the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I was in town for my son and his wife’s baby shower and the stay was horrible! I don’t know if they have long term lodgers, but the first night there I was afraid to fall asleep! These people were under the influence of something because they kept stomping back and forth outside my door. Loud arguments all night, doors slamming, cars reeving their engines and squealing tires. Vulgar obscenities yelled back and forth. I feared for my safety!! The rooms weren’t up to par, there was no cool air, all that blew out was hot air. The bathroom flooring was warped from water damage, their toilet didn’t flush properly, the beds were so old that you could feel the metal frame and springs upon laying down. The attendant didn’t even make an effort to assist when called nor did he try to contain the ruckus outside my door.
Housekeeping didn’t even bother mopping the floors after the previous customer! There were dark stains on the floor both in bathroom and by the beds!
Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had, I wish there was a way to request a refund or something.
This place really needs to be removed from your website.
Sincerely
Grandma

This motel adds new meaning to run down. The vinyl flooring surface was worn thru exposing the fiber compound its made of though out but especially in the bath room. Totally unsanitary, had to place towels to cover floor to tale a shower. Mattress was swayback and lumpy. Will never stay here.

Room was freezing even with heat on full blast. My dog shivered all night and so did I.

The room smelled like dog urine so bad that I had to bleach and then use a hand sanitizer to be able to stay in the room

It was very convenient.

Door could be opened without key.
Smelled like mold, and couldn't open windows (they were shut with some mickey-mouse screw mechanism).
Furniture was cracked. Chair had stuffing coming out. Lamp shades had holes. Floor had cracks and missing pieces of lineloeum. Color scheme was cheap and hurt the eyes (especially a "barf-blue" behind the headboards. Ceiling and wall was coming apart in the space between room and bathroom.
Bathroom was the worst: Sink cracked, shower floor coming undone and chipped, bathroom floor was in the worst condition.
I've stayed at Motel 6 many times. I know they're cheap, but I've never encountered such a crappy hotel... Like NEVER, of any hotel brand. This room gives Motel 6 a bad name. They'd be better off selling the property

I didn't like that it was so cold and the heater didn't seem to work...

I would have to say I like me and my wife being here cuz at least the staff here at motel 6 knows how to treat people and I would have to say I like how the general manager and her staff dont disrespect my wife because of her mental disabilities and for her being autistic so yeah a most definite 10 out of 10 thanx y'all please keep it up 💯

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke, the floor was warped, paint was chipped from the wall and there were long black hairs on the bed, we asked to be moved and the conditions was better. The floors were still warped, there was food on the floor, but things were tolerable. We both were very pleased with the beds and got a pretty good nights sleep.

The place had 3 ice machines that were broken. The only thing available for breakfast was coffee which was empty. The lobby had a portable air conditioner with hoses running out the window. If I had to do it again. I would spend another $10 in a stay at a better facility.

It’s was just bad stay somewhere else worth the extra money

The people at Motel 6 were very accommodating and helpful to me, especially the maintenance man who helped me with some car trouble I was having. Out of their way to make sure their customers have what they need. Recommended!

Honestly the place is really run down. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear neighbors in all the rooms next to mine especially one particular one who left his radio on well into the night. Cheap furniture, No drawers in the nightstand or desk; No mini fridge; door handle and dead bolt was janky; outside door viewer was painted over; ventilation system sucked nasty air from adjoining "non-smoking" room into my non-smoking room, bathroom door and nearby walls were tacky as if someone with sticky hands had stumbled their way in and it never got cleaned. There's not much about my stay I couldn't complain about, it was not worth what I paid for it. The only thing it had going for it was I was there for the air show and it's right next to the airport. I can't fault the employees for my noisy neighbors. They're just trying to do their jobs and they were nice enough to let me stay parked there during the air show after I checked out, but since this is a review for the property and not the staff I would not recommend this place.
3.0
I found out by surprise that I was right behind the airport, which was walking distance to the airshow I was attending. People were camping out in front of the property to watch. Not the most aesthetic, but a generous gesture by the management.
Staff was very nice and I didn't have a problem giving them more time to clean my room before checking in. However, their idea of clean was less than what I would have expected. Considering pets are allowed, you can tell that animals (dogs) were here by the smell. It was musty and the vents were very dusty. The property is very dated. Rust around the shower, cracks in the corners, minimal outlets. The bathroom light didn't work. I'm hoping this was not an ADA room because there was NO room for a wheelchair. The shower stall was more like a public bathroom stall. Uneven bed and table. The AC ran cool for awhile, then began to get warm and pump out the doggie musk. NO continental breakfast. Just coffee.
It was decent enough for what I paid for. Fairly close to the National Monument and other natural attractions nearby. No bugs or roaches. Conveniences were close by (Walmart, groceries, gas stations, shopping). Not sure I would stay here again, but it's not off the list.

The night hotel attendant is super nice and personable! Did his job quickly and efficiently. The hotel is nice and well kept. The cleaning was good and the grounds we well kept. Quiet, simple stay. We stayed 2 nights technically, but checked out and then back in and both rooms were good.

The price was good but the accommodations were a disappointment. The room had a musty smell. The mattresses were lumpy. The remote to the TV required pressing down on the batteries to get it to work.
This is a dog friendly motel. No amenities, like a microfrig. Toilet was low to the ground.
The only nice thing about this place was the friendly clerk who checked us in. She was wonderful.
Will not stay here again.

Room was just okay - cleanliness sub par. The hotel was very noisy. Sounded like they were moving the beds in the rooms above us. We could lock the door to our room, but the door was loose and didnt seem really secure. The staff were nice, property just needs to be upgraded.

This is a Motel 6, right next to the airport. It’s typically the cheapest stay in town, so you get what you pay for. It’s a room that is as clean as it’s gonna get. This location could use some updates. You got a couple of beds, a tv to watch and it’s close to the airport and there are a lot of options for food nearby. Also, your kids and pets stay free, so if you are just passing through and need a place to lay your head for the night, you may as well save a few bucks and stay here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was around the back and it was quiet. No complaints, just don’t expect a breathtaking experience. As I said, it’s a Motel 6 right next to the airport, it is what it is.

I had already paid for the room through Travelocity and got dou le charhed by Motel 6 and now have to go through the dipsute process which is very frustrating. The clerk informed me i would not be charged and was charged anyways.

For the price point, this was a really great hotel. They do no provide any shampoo or hair dryer. We did not get maid service as we were only there for 2 nights. It's basically at the end of the road before the airport. Thankfully, not many planes fly out of there, so it was actually very nice and quiet.

Room was clean but small. Desk space limited and TV didn't work. Offered to move my room but I declined as already took an hour to unpack. I will use Dish anywhere on my laptop.

The floor of the bathroom was SO Bad, I didn't want to stay a second night, although that was the plan. There had obviously been water leaking for months. The tiles were all curled up and coming off the floor.

Just what I expected when I booked this room. The blankets were thin and room certainly shows its age. The door flip was loose and bathroom floor showed water damage. The room was well-stocked with towels and hand soap.

The ice machine was broken.
We could hear a very loud humming non stop.
Lots of things in the room were broken.
The label TV had terrible signal so we couldn’t watch it.

Where to begin... We checked in at 6:30pm to find the office closed with a sign will be back in 10 minutes. No idea how long before we arrived, but after standing there over 10 minutes listening the phone ring 4 times the new hire young man showed up. After dinner we had to come back as our key didn't work. The Manager was assisting by this time, and handled the comment of the lack of service very unprofessional. We went to our room to find when we laid down on the mattress all you could feel was the springs. We put a purchased foam topper on it to make it through the night. When we took our topper off in the morning to our horror we saw the mattress was filthy, like what you would see at the dump. I can't believe first off that a hotel would provide this nasty of a mattress, and second off that this is not a health code violation. That I will check into, pictures attached, need I say more...

I would like to thank Rachel and Raphael for being excellent host during my 5-day stay! This is an older budget Motel, so if you're looking for the Ritz keep looking. They take pride in keeping the place very clean! The lot is clean and there aren't any hoodlums hanging out loitering, the rooms are clean & comfortable, and they call you after you've checked in to see if you need anything and ask how everything is. I was on a motorcycle with saddlebags and was comfortable with it parked outside the whole time I was there.

The room was adequate, but nothing extra. The blankets on the bed were very thin.
