This place was was falling apart and was absolutely filthy! The paint on the bathroom ceiling was bubbled and peeling, there was black mold in the bathroom. We stayed in a kitchenette. No utensils or anything at all. The dishwasher was broken and full of garbage, The weather stripping was missing from our door so the air and elements were coming in. The bed was old and super uncomfortable. It was nasty all around.

A little annoyed because booked 2 rooms and 2nd room was deluxe, which had a microwave and fridge. Upon leaving paid two different amounts due to taxes. The one room was 5.00 more and the lady couldn't explain to us why a little more when booked same time and room.

Services reduced, no Ionger is any breakfast offered .. on an up note there is now a coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator in the room

I stayed here a few years ago and since then it has gotten worse. No longer have free breakfast, WiFi worked in the lobby but not in the room, floor was very dirty and I killed a few dozen ants over the three night stay. Don’t recommend this place

Definitely a gritty experience. Motel room on first floor was load with people speaking outside. Mattress was so depressed on one side two people could not sleep in the bed. One of the beds had a stained sheet, probably clean, but stained for sure. The shower faucet was leaking loudly enough that we needed to shut the bathroom door. Mostly clean except the floor wasn't clean enough to walk on it barefoot. One wall was damaged, mostly chipped paint. Plenty of hot water.

This hotel is a Ponzi Scheme. They flat out refused to give my deposit back at check out. They claimed I left a small stain in the bed. What hotel does they? This was after they jumped my rate after telling me I should just pay for a room the next day so I could get noon check it. That didn't happen! The room was okay. But it wasn't worth the 3rd war country attitude of the employees. And the sad part is, everyone I talked had a problem of some sort. This was my 1st Red Roof, and my last.

I had stayed at another Red Roof Inn previously and had a nice experience. This particular one, not so much. The beds were full of dog hairs, yellow stains and other “dirt”. If it was not just before midnight we would have left and booked another hotel, we were just too tired after an all day drive. We put towels over the pillows so we could sleep, and left as early as we could in the morning without taking a shower as likely shower had not been cleaned either. Absolutely disgusting experience!

This too short to tell you everything. Rude, unhelpful staff.only one person and unwilling to leave the desk to bring missing item to room. No coffee cups, ask them to send some up to room said to come get them if I want them. No fridge in room even though it said there was on in booking. Restaurant in hotel doesn't open till 11 am and no breakfast provide by hotel and no restaurant nearby. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.

They refused to get us an extra blanket. What the heck?! It’s a motel… their one job is to help guests sleep. Plus, the tv didn’t work. We didn’t call the front desk about it because they had already refused to get us a blanket. Don’t figure the cared much about that tv

The front desk person was very helpful. She had to get bedding for the sofa bed because there was none. She had to get me a TV remote that was missing. These three should be there already.

Stay was ok. I am easy But the smoke alarm chirping all night ( not in my room ) but somewhere. Running a vacuum at 4 am. Dont think that has to be done at that time . Door lock on room 149 didnt work. Had to get key after key made to get in. Drywall falling off in shower. ( steam issue ) But a good price. I might spend and extra 20 bucks next time for a better room somewhere else.

Read many reviews prior to booking, not sure who is writing them but definitely not a clean property. The room was as clean as to be expected, housekeeping does the best they can with what they have to work with. It is very outdated and reflects such by the extreme rundown inside and out. The hotel caters to hardworking construction and highway workers, rents rooms by the week or month. I would not stay at this property again nor would I recommend it.

We loved the 24 hour coffee and the laundry facility. Also, the texmex restaurant was awesome. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The only downside was having to lug my dogs up the stairs. Also the fact that since we booked online, we couldn't get reward points.

First room we were out in the smoke alarm kept chirping so the front desk lady got right on it and had us moved to a different room before I made it to the office, the second room was very clean and spacious the only problem I had was the bed was firmer than I am used to.

Very dirty from the floors to the sink not draining. The lights next to bed had cobwebs. My feet were black only after a few minutes from the floor. I will never stay again.

Never stayed at a Red Roof before. It was ok. Room was clean but no one came by to empty trash or change bedding or refresh towels in 3 days. When I asked for housekeeping, they only brought clean towels...never touched anything else. The room was dark. A high wattage light bulb over the sink would have helped a lot. Pet friendly, the price was right. Probably would stsy there again

I liked that it was easy to locate. The only thing I had a problem with is there was no bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths in the room. I should not have to ask for this.
