We had a wonderful 2 day 1 night stay while visiting family during my sister’s Air Force graduation. The staff was friendly. The studio room was spacious! Would definitely recommend!

The room smelled of urine when we entered it. We found that some cushions on the couch smelled horribly like nasty urine. They sent someone up to spray something on it, and it was supposed to be cleaned the next day, and it never was. The toilet handle broke the second day, and we let the front desk know and no one ever came to fix it. We had to reach in the tank water to pull the chain to flush it each time. The only maid service provided was the trash cans emptied and some towels haphazardly put in the bathroom. They only gave us two towels to start with with a reservation for 6 people.

Room was not ready at check in at three o’clock but the ladies were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were super clean. Would definitely stay again

The main elevator was out of service and the accessible room i booked was on the the 3rd floor. Lots of walking for a person with mobility issues. Won't stay there again.

The room itself was ok. The toilet didn’t flush well and the bathroom could use updating.Garbage can outside was overflowing from the time we got there until we left the next day. Leaves in front of outside door were never cleaned up.overall ok but would have liked to see it cleaner

I stayed one night with my daughter as a convenient location to the Pearson testing center. Testing center is 3 -5 minute drive. Hotel newly renovated & clean. Would recommend to others

What we liked was the friendliness of the staff when signing in. I always like that personable touch. Too much has just become electronic this, electronic that so it's nice when the staff takes the time with you like they did in Montgomery. The room was beautiful. I guess I forgot we were getting a kitchen which was an added plus. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was dirty around the molding, but I haven't seen a real super clean bathroom ever at a hotel so wasn't displeased. I don't like sausage, but the breakfast was fine.

Breakfast was not good and selections was limited. Coffee was cold and no waffle irons at this location. Construction in dining area made a person not want breakfast. Only 1 elevator was working during my stay.

Upon my arrival at the property, I saw cockroaches outside. I didn’t think anything about it as the property was being renovated, and though my room had been newly renovated, there were cockroaches in it, I had grand children with me terrible terrible. Terrible conditions.

The property is currently under renovations which we did not know when we booked our stay. The paint fumes were overwhelming, and you had to be very careful to not touch the walls. This is an older property and is not up to Hilton's standards in my opinion. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast offering was good. The staff was excellent.

Doing my arrival i notice a weird smell to this hotel like mildew smell as soon as i entered th front door and a big sign that construction will start 4/3/23 and from the look and smell they had already started. At this point i'm thinking its only one night. So as soon as we got to the room the aircondition was set on 65 degrees the lowest it could go but only warm air coming out, so i thinking well its still hot outside so when the sun go down it will cool off the room that didn't happen hot all night. Also TV was buffing all night in both rooms and the shower tub was cracked and dirty with cold water. I have never wrote a reveiw on a hotel but this is the worse hotel i ever live in Hotel.com please remove hotel from your web site. YOU CAN DO BETTER.

Overall room was very nice but by the elevator on the 2nd floor someone put their linens on the floor. Very UNSANITARY!! Even when I told staff AFTER checking in it was STILL THERE THE NEXT DAY. More than 12 hours later!! COME ON

Wondering how they get this high rating! If it is for food, i agree! Breakfast was really good. Bed - terrible, only pain is the benefit; shower - worst experience , AC - sucks. It is running like a harley davison motor cycle with no silencer!! Oh man!! Poor thermostat control. Couch - when you sit on it, it will take you 2-3 feet down (feel like that), ended in discomfort. Front office staffs were good!
