Great option for a quick stopover on Bainbridge. Marshall Suites is centrally located, clean and the staff was really friendly. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the jalapeño bagels for breakfast!

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable and welcoming. The only thing I would say is that they need to update thier room key system. My key card got demagnatized at the most inconvenient time. I had a couple of somewhat heavy bags with me and had to leave them sitting outside my door in order to go down and get a couple of new key cards. After that I had to be very careful not to put my key cards with my phone or my wallet for the rest of the week. It would have been easier if I could have put my key cards in my wallet for safe keeping.

We had ants in our bed. The street noise was extremely loud. Neighbors above were smoking and the noise from their stomping was all night.
If not for the friendliness and diversity of the staff we would have left.

Person doing the check-in was great. Friendly, happy, efficient, knowledgeable. Room was fine, but every time a heater came on in other rooms, there was loud humming in our room. Grout in bathroom floor needs to be cleaned. Convenient location. Hotel and guests were quiet; there was some traffic noise, but not terrible.

Boy, they do not have stairs to get from floor to floor. Elevator only. One Elevator only. Talk about a lot of waiting. Breakfast was not bery good. Lots of bread. Parking was great. Very clean place. Will stay somewhere else due to no stairs.

The gals who checked us in were lovely and very friendly. Very helpful and responsive. The gal who checked us out the next morning, however, was incredibly curt and unfriendly. The hotel itself was lovely, great location and great treats in the lobby for the kids, but the girl at the front desk in thenmorning was a huge damper on our experience.
The hotel was at full capacity so there were sno spots left when we came back in the evening, but they let us park in the handicap spot as no one was registered at the time who needed it.

First, I have to say: the staff was so great. In the time we were there, there were 4 front desk attendants and every interaction with them was positive. I wish I could give the hotel 5 stars for that alone. Additionally, the breakfast, free snacks, and free parking are all perks that I really appreciated.
The most challenging thing for me, however, was sleeping. The walls were a bit thin and someone nearby was playing music loudly and talking above the music (this was between 10 pm and midnight— when I finally took a Benadryl.)
I was also a bit disappointed with the fitness room. It’s the same space as the pantry where they store the dry goods and plates, etc., for breakfast. It also adjoins the lobby. ‘Just not really a comfortable space for a workout.
I have to reiterate: staff was/is excellent.

My only issue was the bed. Not very comfortable, too soft, kinda sunk to the middle. Otherwise, clean property, nice staff. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but then I am not a big fan of most complimentary hotel breakfasts in the USA.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even had snacks and drinks out all day. This was really helpful since it was freezing outside and we didn't want to leave just for a small snack. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. We rented the cheapest option and it ended up having a privacy wall between the bedroom and sitting area. I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at The Marshall Suites for several years at Christmas time and always had an enjoyable experience. It was especially nice to see the Grab and Go breakfast bag was replaced with a hot breakfast of waffles, bagels and scrambled eggs that approaches past excellent breakfast choices that included mixed fruit and sausage or bacon.

Cheerful and helpful staff at breakfast always made a great start to our day. Coffee was always available and we noticed the staff giving personal attention throughout breakfast.

My only complaint is that I wish the staff had shared that I had the controls for heat in my room. Had to go to the front desk to alleviate freezing room temperature. The woman cheerfully helped, accompanying me to my room to show me the heat and its controls.

We only stayed one night, but we were welcomed warmly, our room was large, our bed was comfy, and the room was quiet. We slept so well we woke up later than we usually do and had to hustle to catch our ferry. Thanks for a nice stay — we would happily stay here again.

I reserved a suite with Queen and double sofa bed, but they gave me a regular sofa not a bed. it is very tight for 3 of us to sleep there, my son is a big boy and he had important swimming meet and need to have his own bed. it is very disappointed. the hotel went out of power and do not have his own electrical generator. garage door can not open. so we can not even go out for food for 2 hours, very very bad experience.

Overall, it was a great stay for the cost and convenience to get to Seattle via ferry.
Pro: Service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Good sized room (King size bed on 2nd floor facing shopping center). Good warm breakfast as part of stay.
Con: Shower water pressure was light (I was drying as I was showering). Noisy location with cars passing by all hours of the night (could have been remedied by closing the windows, but I wanted fresh air so my fault).

We were pleasantly surprised, as we were given a rather large room with a kitchenette and sitting room. Both front-desk workers were very kind.
Free snacks (bags of chips) in the afternoon was nice, breakfast was sparse but did have eggs and waffles and good coffee. Nice underground parking, enclosed.
We almost canceled when we got a note from the hotel prior to checking in saying masks were required indoors. We don’t and won’t wear them ever, so that was a turn off. But I think it was an old notification, and the only person we saw wearing a mask on Bainbridge island was a man walking his dog in the woods where the air was pristine.

The Marshall Suites are very well maintained and staff were very helpful. We had an issue with the handicapped shower and someone from Maintenance responded in a timely manner. The location is great for getting around Bainbridge island. My mom and I would definitely stay here the next time we come to visit our friends.
