My only complaint is the loudness of other guests. Tv volume ridiculous, dogs barking, people yelling in the halls,etc.

The room received was not what I paid for, it was smaller and less expensive. The room was not the Marriott quality expected. The shower pressure was so low it was near impossible to shower, the reading lights on the bed were missing parts or just hanging by a wire. The hotel was not willing to compensate on different room size or condition of the room.

Great condition after renovation. But a bit noisy from people’s step upstairs. Receptionist didn’t stop using phone when we arrived for check in. Didn’t seem welcoming.

The service was great! The hotel was very clean. The most impressive thing was that we left an Amazon gift card in our room after check out. We were attending graduation at Auburn University and it was a gift for a graduate. We called to see if they had found it. The manager returned our call. They had found the gift card and got the information to mail it to us. Honesty is still happening! We are so appreciative! And very impressed! Definitely recommend this location!

Our spouses were extremely pleased with the ambient of the front entry lounge area and the rooms. Stated how happy they were with our choice of hotels. The staff that checkeģd us in were good but the staff in the morning including the breakfast staff were excellent.

The hotel was nice until the fire alarm went off around 8:30 due to an electrical fire on the 3rd floor. After waiting in the parking lot for almost 2 hours, we were eventually displaced to Candlewood Suites which was a significantly sub-par accommodation.

I was extremely disappointed. 3 roaches in my room... .. no soap in bathroom... I’ve stayed at the property for my years and lived it.. but this time it seems to be rundown. No longer will I stay there.
