Nice hotel. Lady at the desk was a little off putting and was t able to check us in without issue.

I was not a happy customer. The microwave was missing its rotating plate so was unusable (not cleaned by staff?), the bathtub had a hole in the wall and a big chip, and the water from both faucets was soapy. The breakfast buffet was out of many items. I also requested a crib on the reservation a week earlier but none was reserved for us. I was also charged $5 for a bottle of Coca-Cola. The room was spacious , however, and the beds were comfortable

Absolutely wonderful. The lady that checked us in Sunday night was tremendous. Friendly, efficient. Wonderful outdoor pool, free chocolate chip cookies, a great breakfast!!! Good workout room (2 treadmills, stair stepper, weights and a bike). This hotel is absolutely great for the price. Will definitely stay again. Absolutely what my husband and I needed for a quick night away.

I'll start by saying the front desk was very personable and professional. That's about the end of the positive things to say about the hotel in general. We've stayed at multiple IHE locations before so we weren't looking for a 5 star experience. The hotel needs maintenance and perhaps a new cleaning crew chief. It started with the hallways needing to be vacuumed. It was obvious from all of the loose debris that it had been a little while since it had been done. The bath in our room has enough issues that should prevent the room from being booked. There is severe mildew around the tub. The counters hadn't been wiped very well. It appeared the previuos guest had cut themselves shaving so there was something that looked like blood on the front of the bath cabinet. The toilet tissue roll is sitting on top of the toilet tank because the holder is missing. Apparently there had been a hook on the wall in the bathroom that is missing since some of the paint has been pulled off the wall. The tub stopper was unscrewed so it isn't working properly either. There were a couple other minor things but suffice it to say we won't be staying here again.

Lauren at the front dest was amazing! We made it into town earlier than expected and she accommodated us to check in at noon. The hotel room was so clean and so spacious! We slept so well. Awesome air conditioning in the rooms. If you’re in this part of town consider staying here. It’s amazing!

The pool was gross. We first pulled out a sandwich wrapper and foam block that was inside a packing box. Then once we got in and were swimming there was a bandaid and cigarettes in the bottom of the pool. We immediately got out. We told two staff members so they could get it cleaned for future guests hopefully.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel in the past year and a half. My first stay was wonderful; the place was a hidden gem. The second stay was good, although the place was starting to show some wear. This stay was terrible: the bathroom was the grossest I have ever encountered. The door wouldn't even close or latch. My shoes actually stuck to the tile floor as if someone had spilled soda pop on it. And the bathtub was so gross, I couldn't even stomach taking a shower there. No towel racks to hang towels anyway. And something had been ripped off the wall and not repaired.The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The service... ABOMINABLE, including having to wait at least 10 minutes for the desk clerk to appear to check me in (with no way to summon the absent clerk). A sign said that the clerk had stepped away and would be back shortly. I could hear people talking behind the check-in area, and when she finally did come out, she giggled "sorry." Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 to 9:30 a.m. when I went down at about 6:35 a.m., there was no sign of it nor was there a desk clerk or anyone else present in the area to ask about it. At about 7 a.m. when I was leaving, breakfast was open and others were eating, so I went to eat only to find nearly every hot item already empty. In my opinion, this place has not been well maintained or well staffed, and in a very short time (1-1/2 years) has gone from delightful to a deplorable dump. I will never stay here again!
