Great accommodations, breakfast and staff!

the lobby was furnished with comfortable, inviting furniture that welcomed guests to sit and visit with each other. The staff was very friendly, even when the hotel was fully booked. Great variety of breakfast items.

When I tried to call for reservations the person that answered cut me off and told me there were no rooms. I had to book online. Why did my Priceline reservation end up with booking.com. Took three tries on three different days, and about 45 minutes total when I needed to change the date of the reservation. Hotel charged my card when check in, then charged my car again at checkout. They immediately reversed the second charge, but no explanation. I had to call the credit card company to find out they had reversed the second charge. (No, the first charge wasn't a hold. It was a charge. The credit card company verified that.). All just too much trouble.

I would like real creamers for the coffee bar instead of powder and, like in other Holiday Inns, a printed tv guide card.

Great location, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Perfect location, near Wal-Mart, Chili's and Planet Fitness and near the highway. Breakfast was great. Egg white omelets and turkey sausage plus many other great things to choose from. Staff at front desk very friendly

Room could have been cleaner. There was French fries on the floor, the room did not smell clean, I bought Lysol and sprayed everything down.

Great for the night and close to our destination. Quiet, easy access to highway.

Friendly staff. Quiet room.

Lots of people at breakfast that morning and no staff restocking so a lot of food not available. No eggs, no bagels, no fruit, no hot water for tea. We made due with what was there but have had better breakfasts.

That your website had it mark as a spa tub in the room and then it doesn't it don't have any none of the rooms but it says it does when it doesn't

I would not stay there again unless they have taken care of these issues.

The check in Staff was very kind and even during a computer crash! They got us checked in quickly. The size of the room was great!

This hotel has seen it's day. Our room #412 was not cleaned well. There was hair around the sides of the tile entrance and bathroom and an earring next to the tub. Also stuff dripped on the floor so it was obvious it had not been mopped. I spoke to a cleaning person down the hall and it was not her room to clean but she apologized and said it would get done. I spoke to the front desk, same friendly folks as upon check in, and it was done by the time we got back from dinner. :) There was mold stains on the caulk under the tub faucet. Breakfast was COLD. The window shade in my inlaw's room #418 did not work. It seems like it's ready for some updates. And no Christmas decor at all. I was a little surprised about that.
