Overall the experience was great the weather was in the 80s and the AC was not cooling but it was cooling enough for the '80s if it was any higher it wouldn't have made it.

Just an average, old hotel. Booked as “Pay at Hotel” for 2 beds…1 King and 1 Queen. Didn’t get into town until almost 9pm and went to eat first. Received phone call from hotel asking if I was still coming and I said yes. Didn’t arrive until 10:30 and they only had a room with 2 queen beds and I book King beds for a reason. And they had already charged my credit card prior to my check-in. I noticed after checking my bank app and getting hotels.com notification asking me how my check-in went and I hadn’t been there yet! I was told they overbooked and my guess is they gave my room away. Staff was friendly but couldn’t do anything about it. Also, breakfast was all picked over and crumbs everywhere and out of coffee when I went down at 8:30…saw no one attending to it let alone replenishing anything. And the one way driveway with barely any room to unload is dumb. Lighting in room terrible…outlets in dumb places.

Hotel is outdated, air condition was not cold , sheets had stains (that seemed that just didn’t come out) carpets in hallways looked dirty. Dirty walls in room. Found a live cricket in the room and another in the hallway. Room did not smell clean, parking lot could use being more secured. Staff was courteous, but would not stay again.

The place was pretty dirty. Lots of stains. Dust in corners. Hair under the blankets on my first night. Parking lot is hard to get into.

Vanity sink would not drain. Got a plunger from front desk but they never checked that it worked (which it didn’t). Came in second night after 11 pm and our key card would not open front door. Called office three times but no answer. My husband went to the side door of hotel and key card worked there so we were able to get in. Room was very small, but could have worked if everything else went smoothly.

It's a slightly older used, but not abused hotel. It could use a slight freshening up and maybe an exterminator. The location is great. The staff is very nice.

The A/C unit control panel is hard to reach to adjust the temperature in the room. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The TV was tiny, maybe 24". This size TV is worthless. Won't stay here again.

I would have much preferred the room I actually reserved, a single king size instead of a double queen. Also, a cleaner room would have been very nice. Everything was a bit dingy and stained, but I guess it wasn't completely disgusting at least.

1st room card key wouldn't open the door, then moved to 2nd room and A/C didn't work. Then moved to a 3rd room and the bathroom ceiling exhaust vent made a banging noise all night, so had a hard time sleeping.

Location was handily close to a couple of restaurants just across the street. Room was a good size, but everything was old and needed some repair and sprucing up. Bathtub drain didn't work well, bed was a bit hard.

The hotel was near to restaurants and stores and the interstate. My room was on the first floor, making it easier to bring in luggage. However, it was very noisy since it was close to housekeeping. The breakfast was barely adequate. Surprisingly, there was NO soap or shampoo in the room! I had to go to the desk to ask for some. I've never had to ask for basics before.

We were here for a family trip several family members stayed here. The room was very spacious, the pool was crystal blue and the breakfast had a good selection. Several restaurants near by so we had plenty to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. I recommend this hotel to anybody and i would definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the room we stayed in had poor window coverings, but it was spacious. We ended up getting unlucky and having neighbors next to us that were loud and partying which made things difficult when you have a 1 year old child. I tried notifying the hotel, but they were not staffed at that time.

Our stay was ok for the price. Wish they had more options for breakfast and maybe change it up a bit but it wasn’t bad. The room was comfortable and the AC was really cold but the sheets had stains on them and there was mold in the bathroom. For the price we would probably stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel is older and showing a fair amount of wear and tear. The room was large, the bed was soft and comfy. I could have used more pillows, but they said they were completely booked and didn't have any spares. The cleanliness was a little questionable, the shower had low water output and the hair dryer didn't work.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It appeared that surfaces in our room had not been wiped down for quite some time. There was a filthy ring around the drain in our bathroom sink that came off when I used toilet paper to clean it. We went downstairs for the complementary breakfast, and every table surface was crawling with ants. Absolutely nasty filthy and disgusting!

My Rooms was cleaned The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

The AC in the room gets VERY cold, so if you’re into that, you’ll be happy. If you get cold easily, pack an extra blanket or some sweats. No complaints. Easy and convenient stay. Room was clean.

We were given a room with the view from our window blocked by the peak of a facade. The room was very small. The folding luggage rack was broken as well as the iron holder. The coffee maker didn’t work. The carpet on the second floor was dirty. I exchanged towels as one set was not clean. Maintenance is definitely lacking at this hotel.
