All in all, it was a good stay, except the very grumpy not very helpful front desk lady. If getting s’mores kits and change for the laundry rooms is such a hassle then maybe you should get a different job. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Place is great. Newly renovated. Has it all. Staff is awesome and the location is ideal. Free breakfast. Pet friendly. Kid friendly.
Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Couch was broken and filthy.
They allow pets for a one time charge of $50 and then additional $20 per night. Hotels.com hides the $50 fee. Be aware. We weren’t

It was very loud. Somebody had been moving something up above us and it continued all night till morning and it woke us again. I complained about it. They moved us and it was still loud.

We requested a handicapped accessible unit. The bathroom was acceptable with multiple bars around the toilet & shower. However for a person with mobility issues, paraplegia, a 3 foot tall bed, might as well be a mountain
to climb! My husband was left with sleeping on the pull out sofa. This was very uncomfortable due to his multiple medical issues.

We like staying here because they have a full kitchen in the room and we can cook our own food! We also enjoy the hot tub but this time there were a lot of children in the hot tub and the parents allowed it, that’s not very relaxing for us having children splashing around in the hot tub! We also usually enjoy they’re breakfast but this time we found a hair in the sausages and a hair in the eggs, cooks should be wearing hair nets, doesn’t make us want to eat there anymore! Overall the rooms are enjoyable and guest service was good!

Great hotel in the heart of North Conway. Would be excellent choice for a couple with kids or just couples getaway. Firepit outside pool area was warm and coziness on a chill fall night.

Great hotel and staff! Very clean, great rooms, nice amenities. Many breakfast options, however, some of the hot food was just ok tasting. Pillows were not comfortable, but overall a comfortable stay. Would recommend!!

They were wonderful!!!! Lots of attention to detail, Hot chocolate bar and s’more’s kit complementary. The next morning they had Santa for the whole breakfast… great opportunity for a special meet and greet. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!! Great job by all!!! Thank you 💫💫💫💫💫

The staff were all very helpful and willing to stop what they were doing to assist us.
We requested room service to replace towels and tidy up our room, but did not receive it, and our kitchen and enty floors in our suite were sticky to walk on.

This hotel is immaculate! Bed so clean and comfy. Took our dog, and just the perfect layout! Breakfast was great, coffee delicious. Close to everything! Will book again

Both trash cans in the room were full of trash from the previous guest. The furnace was so noisey that it kept us up most of the night. I finally had to flip the breaker to shut the system down but that meant no heat. Fortunately, that was easier to deal with because they had warm comfy blankets on the bed. Also, there was a $40 fee added to the room but no explanation about that charge.

Beautiful property! Room was clean and updated. Plenty of space for us. Breakfast was amazing! Delicious, hot and so many choices! Staff was extremely friendly. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained.

Great accommodations. The breakfast was excellent. They had alot of options for toppings for the waffles. A little too much chemicals in the hot tub but other than that the hot tub was great. Outdoor firepit was on. Our suite was clean and quiet. Staff was nice and friendly

Good location, staff are super friendly, nice to have your own cooking amenities. The only negative thing I have to say is that we stayed for 4 nights and they do not do any form of housekeeping, I don’t care about the bed not being made, but it would have been nice for them to come and grab the garbage and top up the bathroom essentials, the lack of service is not reflected in the price.
