The stay was great! Everything was clean, the staff was nice and it had a heated pool and hot tub which is always a plus! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Wilmington!

Awesome room with full kitchen big refrigerator, couch and a very comfortable bed. Pool area was very nice. Great breakfast provided. They do have an operating liquor/beer bar. Pets are $80 extra so be ready for that charge.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. I couldn’t sleep much because of the constant noise above me. Maybe work on noise cancellation and it would be perfect. I didn’t get to enjoy the bed or my space due to being woken numerous times throughout the night. So I just checked out early and left.

Was clean, convient and quiet. Suite rate was good. Plenty of room and very pet friendly - our pit mix was welcome and she was delighted. We stayed one night. Only gripe was paying $75 pet fee for just one night - seemed too steep.

Loved the well-appointed, high quality room that was extremely clean and well designed. Enjoyed my stay for the most part. The staff was friendly, and loved breakfas Would have appreciated black out curtains that keep the room dark at night. The see-through curtain lets in all the light from other nearby hotels, street lights, and ground lights on the walkways below. Was difficult to sleep with so much light coming into the room. Not to mention privacy concerns when coming out of the shower with a window right across from the bathroom/dressing/mirror area. Also I believe that the higher occupancy rooms should never be on the top floor. The fourth floor seems to have the suites with the two queens and the pull out couch that sleeps more people. The low/single occupancy rooms should be at the top because they will “generally” make less floor noise. I am very mindful of my footsteps when staying in hotels or apartments; I slide rather than step or stomp. My 4th floor neighbor(s) above me were not as considerate, and kept me up all night with stomping the last night of my week long stay. I’m glad they were not there for the entire week as I was. My previous week’s stay was on the top floor, and it was a lovely week. This past week, I asked for top again, but was unfortunately placed on the 3rd floor. Hopefully I will be able to get a top floor again during my next stay, or I might need to book somewhere that has a top floor available for me. Thanks for your time!

The room smelled a little musty but was ok. The chairs at the little dining room table are DREADFUL!! No real cushion and straight back. Definitely in need of replacement. There should be a pocket door between the sink area and bedroom for early vs late rises.

The self-check in/out option, and room key on your phone is amazing for us with social anxiety. Although there was truly nothing to worry about, all the staff was kind and friendly. My daughter and I will definitely be back!

This is a very nice family friendly hotel for pet owners. Very close to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the Mayfaire Town Center from this hotel.

The employees were nice but our hotel room was not clean! The sheets had spots on them and a towel in the bathroom had a mysterious reddish stain! The fridge was dirty and so was the bathroom floor. It wasn't stocked very well either. But it had a great fire pit area which was very nice!

The hotel reservationist was really nice and gave us some options of rooms that might suit us as we have toddler in the party. She was very sweet. The suite is huge (prob 600 sqft) and has full kitchen. The downstairs bar area and free coffee/hot cocoa station seem nice. We are happy with our spacious, well located accommodations.

We spent one night visiting family. We got the studio because it was just one night, but found it had plenty of room to spread out with full kitchen, sofa, and desk. The wine/ beer taco spread was a very nice surprise. All of the staff were very friendly to us and our dog. I'd highly recommend this facility and will definitely stay there again while we're in town. We will also look for other Homewood Suites Hotels on our roadtrips.

Property was off the main road back in a very nice area. Pool has a resort feel with plenty of places to sit, hang out and swim. Rooms are large with a small kitchen area. For some reason our shower door was wired open…had to lay towels on the floor. Overall a very nice stay!

This property is pet friendly, however not well maintained, so the carpets on the hallways look dirty and stained, elevators were also quite dirty. The room was good, initially missing shower curtains, that I received and installed by myself.

Upon arriving my wife thought the exterior wasn’t in that good of shape. I didn’t look that closely cause I knew I had booked a superb rated place, however upon entering I began looking more closely. The first thing I noticed was we came through a back door that had all the cleaning carts lined up in the hallway which I thought was odd. Then I noticed how the paint on the doors was in need of repainting. Then I began looking at the carpet in the hallways which was very dirty with lots of stains. Getting into the room was fine and the space was very comfortable and large (would have been great if we were a family and staying more than one day). As I pulled back the comforter I noticed the sheets has some very small debris upon them. I started to call the front desk but it was late and we were going to eat so I decided it wasn’t bad enough to inconvenience my own self. The room looked like it had been updated and was ok. For over 200 for one night and a 9.4 rating I was thinking it might could have been just a tad nicer/cleaner.

Perfect place for us to have a couple of days in the area with beaches and shopping. Ideally situated and with nice rooms, breakfast and other facilities we needed. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, this fits the description.

I contacted the property 3 days ahead of time inquiring about early check in was told to call the day of . When I called I was told I could check in at 3pm and my room was not prepared. We was told to wait until 4pm. When returning at 4pm the room still wasn’t ready. Had to wait another hour to check in. After waiting the woman at the front desk did not seem knowledgeable about how your systems work because she had asked me for payment when I prepaid. Was told I needed to show proof and call Expedia to see what happen with my payment. Shortly after her asking this my Hilton app told me my room was ready, but this lady insisted my room was not paid for. After evaluating her screen she eventually allowed me to go to my room. She was very rude and unprofessional which is the total opposite of my previous experience. I was hosting a birthday party for my daughter which included the pool… THE POOL WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! There was excessive mulch and dirt in the pool. I called the front desk to notify this same lady and was told I’d wait for 2 minutes. 2 minutes turned into 20 with no apology and was told someone would be there asap to clean the pool… NO ONE EVER CAME!!!! I can go on but I’d rather have management contact me to discuss my stay

We really enjoyed our stay . I liked that it was a clean place , staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good . I do have one complaint ,my boys were disappointed in the pool because it was very cloudy looking and they wouldn’t get in it . Everything else was great ! Would definitely stay here again .

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient. The only complaint was that the pool is so overcrowded, but there’s not much you can do about it especially this time of year.

Great place. Decided to stay here based on it's proximity to everything and it didn't disappoint. Insulation between floors is a bit thin and everyone sounds like they are stomping around. Other than that the capets in the hallways have multiple stains that could use a good cleaning however the rooms were very clean, spacious, well equiped and stocked and comfortable. Pool is nice and staff is very friendly. The accommodations are great and we enjoyed our stay over all. We will likely return in the future.

This is a very nice property in a great location. They were short staffed, and the hotel was somewhat dirty. Still, it was a nice hotel. I would stay here, again. Not enough parking, so we had to park at the hotel next door one night. The staff had to park at the front door as they did not have parking, either. The hotel could use new carpet in the room, and the hallway carpets need a good cleaning. Having a kitchenette was a nice feature. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this property.
