Don't let the Lobby fool you, it looks fine, but once you get into the bowels of the hotel - aka your floor and room...yikes! Carpet looks like it has never been vacuumed, furniture is scratched up and old, bathroom was small and gross, lighting was straight out of a horror movie. Weird fixes to the bathroom wallpaper (?) they used caulk to repair its peeling off the walls. The window had more living spiders and spider webs than Disney's haunted mansion. The 'selection' if you were hungry from their lobby consisted of barely anything - like 2 hot pockets, an off brand meat loaf (just 1), one tiny strawberry ice cream (that was the sum total of all the ice cream), a few candy bars and if you wanted a beer, they had 1 of 4 kinds of beers (for a grand total of 4 beers). The blanket on the bed was felt more like a burlap sack or straight up sandpaper - pillows were like if you grabbed a bunch of fill from an old sleeping bag circa 1972 and put them in a pillow case, no form, no structure, no sleep... We instantly felt like we were in the movie Psycho when we entered the room. So, if that is your vibe - then you'll love this place. Otherwise, stay away. On the up side, the staff were pleasant and helpful at the front desk, so they were a plus - We liked Bill and the other guy who was telling us his favorite restaurants in the area - Also, free shuttle to the airport was a plus. But save yourself from the Twilight Zone as far as the room is concerned.

I was truly disappointed to pay an extra $50+ for a hotel with a jacuzzi, at the hotel called the front desk to see how late it was open "11 o'clock", just to go downstairs and find out it's "out of order" for cleaning/high chemicals. Room was nice and comfy... arg.

Heater made a terrible noise and no one came to fox it. The hot water pressure was so low it barely came out the shower head, the front door wouldn't open when I tried to leave in the morning , and the elevator button is broken. Unresponsive maintenance department. Beautiful facility, lots of broken items.

Gentlemen that checked us I was extremely slow and didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. Hot tub was not functioning until the last night of our stay. Two of the three mornings, staff was vacuuming the front entry area during breakfast it was very loud and made it all but impossible to have a conversation.

The hotel offered an airport shuttle on web site and advertised it was close to the airport- however I had to wait outside in the cold for 1 hr and 45 min and call the hotel 10x. I had waited at the airport mostly outside in cold - and did not arrive until 2 hours after my first call. I booked a cab in the morning because did not trust the airport shuttle to get to the airport ! The cab did not show up either. Your kind staff gave me a ride. The staff was kind and helpful. However the hotel used plastic ugly disposable plastic in rooms and the elevator was filthy. I would never stay here for a layover ever again. A hotel near the airport needs to be able to get their guests to the airport on time. The early clerk kindly saved me from missing my plane. Even the taxis were unreliable!

We were overall not impressed. The hotel room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. The furniture was very acted and it was not at all cost effective. As we paid a premium.

Barely acceptable. Elevator didn't work, not enough towels, uncomfortable pillows, room was stuffy, couldn't keep the air running.

I thought I would branch out and try a different hotel for business. I will say my stay here became increasingly stressful. 1) I felt like I was being interrogated on why I was staying. Perhaps it was the tone that made me feel I was up to no good? 2) My room was open when I arrived. I thought someone was already occupying it. The TV was on, door open. 3) I left to get a bite to eat, came back and the door card no longer worked so I had to get the front desk to reprogram it.4) The bed was not at all comfortable. 5) The air conditioner was so close to the bed that I got cold, Yet when I turned the thermostat up, it got hot. Next morning, I'm all packed and went downstairs to get breakfast. The one time I did not bring my cell phone..The elevator got to the 1st floor and the door would not open. I pushed the help button and an automated message said elevator 2. I waited and no one came so I started banging on the door. Finally after close to 15 minutes, the door opened. Front desk had to 'reset' the elevator. There was no maintenance person on site. Thanks to the front desk clerk being able to follow the maintenance instructions over the phone, who know how long it would have been before help arrived. Needless to say, I took the stairs back to my room on the 3rd floor. I think I will go back to
my other hotel where the service made me appreciate what I had.

It was a wonderful hotel. My only problem was a little girls' birthday party was allowed to be held in the swimming pool and hot tub, thus driving us out of the area. 8 seven year old girls in a hot tub, then jumping in a cool pool, screaming=not relaxing. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Even our close proximity to the airport, we didn't hear any noise. There were sports teams staying throughout, and they were quiet. Slept very well. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping too.

Hospitality goes a long way and the hostess was great

Staff were genuinely kind and cheerful. A brief but pleasant stay overnight prior to getting to the airport in time for a 7am flight. Access to leaving the car at significantly less cost than leaving it at airport.

Everything was great except there was only one elevator working. Long wait times sometimes but it happens. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, made us feel welcome. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The facility overall was also very clean. My only hesitance in rating it excellent for all measures is the pool. Online the pictures of the pool make it look normal, but in person you would be lucky to fit a family of four in the pool together!

I booked a room here and our plane got delayed so we couldn’t check in until around 2am and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and told my husband that she already gave our room away and they didn’t have any other rooms. I went back the next day after seeing that they charged me for the room and talked to keny who was an absolute sweetheart and she had our money refunded back to us, also letting me know they DID have an available room that night and didn’t understand why we were told they didn’t. Thanks to Keny fixing the situation, I would still stay here and recommend talking to Keny if there’s a problem because she has great customer service skills. Thanks again Keny.

The only downside to my stay was the slowness of the elevators. After waiting with other guests the first time, I just began using the steps to get to the third floor for the remainder of my trip.
