The room was close to the Dr. app. and arrival was at 11 p.m. and there was an attendant at the desk. Which was very helpful. She gives the room keys and how to get to the elevator and the room and was very courtious.

That was specifically looking for a hotel.
That had a hot tub that didn't break the budget. The hot tub was a loop warm Bath. Just sometimes when you drive long distance you just want to soak a little. It was okay not very good.

Check in was good. Room was average. Went to get coffee 3 times empty everytime. Checkout was at 11. The cleaning lady knocked at 8 and waited outside our room on her phone until we left at 9.

The thermostat in our room was set to 98. Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable to sleep in. One of the mattresses had a sunken in spot that one member of our family had to make other arrangements to sleep someplace else.

Bathroom shower is old, hard water stains/buildup inside shower and outside shower. Rest of room is great!

I didn’t like that there was no sidewalk in the front of the building, paint job in the room I stayed in was horrible and the soap dispenser was broken in the bathroom also The heater kept kicking on and off all night and was super loud.

Convenient location. But the ottoman in the room was stained and gross. Breakfast was definitely subpar for a holiday inn.

I forgot to tell them at checkout that the bathroom door lock in 217 did not work.

Left an expensive item in my room. When I went back to retrieve it an hour after checking out the room had already been made it up. Manager found the housekeeper, who was on her way to the office with item. It would have been easy to to make the item “disappear”, but the honesty of the housekeeper made for a happy ending! What more can I say !!!

Room size was ok but walls were dirty, missing hunks of the walls, shower had hair in it. Area's around the toilet were dirty. Fridge leaked. Nasty spot on the carpet next to the bed.

Would’ve given this hotel better rating but they charged my CC twice for one night then said the 158.00 is just a hold they put on.. at 3am when my card has already been charged for that amount plus 25.00 for pet.
Now gotta wait a week or dispute this. Front desk said this is a standard hold. So 340.00 for one night essentially. Also it was loud all night long.
Won’t be back.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. I think the price may have gone up since my stay, or maybe I just had a discount from Expedia. Either way, it was really good for the price especially compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Pool was loud with a lot of kids, but I think there was a birthday party going on. Still fun nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay!

The room we had, had a very slippery surface in the bath. There were obviously traction stickers at one time but they were no longer there. The rod for the shower curtain was damaged so that it no longer hung correctly. This made it impossible to fully close the shower curtain as it would just slide back open. It was obvious to me that someone must have slipped in the past and grabbed the shower curtain or shower curtain rod to break their fall damaging the curtain rod. Further, the air conditioner in that room rattled and squeaked when the compressor kicked on. Also, the air in the room has a stale smell. Last, the vanity was too high for a normal sized person so I'm guessing that a short person or child would have great difficulty using it.
Otherwise, everything was great including the few people we interacted with.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Walls around the shower were peeling paint and drywall damage. Also the walls and baseboards in the room were dusty.

Doesn't have usb ports and breakfast not available until 7. The trash out the backdoor was overflowing. Our sheer curtains in our room were torn/shredded and the window was very dirty.

It was very comfortable. The room was so large and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in our room. We had a big walk in shower that made it easy for us to use. The breakfast was very good and they offered a lot of choices. We would like to stay there again.

The place was dirty our furniture in the room i didnt want to sit on, the pool was cold and had green scum, the only thing that was good was the food for breakfast. We wont stay there again.
