Rooms Needs to be redone,wifi was not available,fridge stunk,was hard to open because the floor is damaged (water damage?).would have been Queen size beds,was double. Breakfast suckt,it was either cereals or muffins,coffee tasted like old socks,had stomach trouble for 400 km.Do not recommend Moose Jaw Inn to anyone.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was dirty and smelled so musty and bad. In addition, once I was in my room, I pulled out one of the armchairs to sit down and the arm came off in my hand. The other armchair was so dirty. I will never book with this hotel again. And for the record, I have never left a bad review before.

Staff are terrible tried to double charge me for staying there had to argue with the manager just to get the correct money back… don’t stay in this dump!!

Be warned, they scan your driver's license. I did not approve but had already booked and paid my non refundable room. Our room t.v. didn't work. The rooms were warm and clean but very dated and the pillows were really bad. Luckily we had our own. The pool was nice and the hot tub was definitely hot.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places, but have never seen anything like this very dirty and disgusting I had a shower, I felt dirty coming out. I didn’t stay the night 108.00 for a shower

This place is certainly showing its age and might benefit from some updates. The staff were very friendly. We found the room very warm and the AC didn't seem to work.

Although outdated, the room was clean, everything worked, and exceptionally good price. The staff/owner provided exceptional customer service helping me hassle free getting myself and my dog in a room quickly. Highly recommend if you need an affordable one night stay!

The beds were wonderful and the room was clean and fresh-smelling . The front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was on time and welcome. I will definitely come again.

Easy to locate. Easy to get in and out. The checkin person didn’t know how to do things when internet was down. Found a pill on the floor. Bathroom fan did not work. Carpets were old.

I reserved this room online, went to check in and they refused service for no reason. Said they had trouble with teenagers a few nights prior (Im an adult and dont know said teens or situation) and asked if I had a $300 deposit. I provided the deposit and he still refused service. Very rude about it and left me paying for a different hotel and deposit.

Its better then sleeping in a tiny car with a dog but thats about it. Door has gaps around it so bugs crawled in, and very outdated look on the inside. Beds are very very soft and the pillows are huge so its weird to sleep on them.

Wasnt told hours of breakfast when checking in. Went down at 910am and had missed it. The pool is open air, with no enclosure so walking into hotel the moisture and aroma was throughout whole ‘inn’ . I suspect they changed the name from motel to inn to open their marketability. I finished business in one day and requested refund for second night and I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia. Inn tells me it’s Expedia, Expedia tells me it’s inn

We had a straightforward stay for one night. Not fancy or modern but it had a comfortable bed and was relatively good value. Was as expected for the price.

I was happy it had a pool and breakfast. We are seniors and I have some trouble walking so it was good we had a good parking spot so didn’t have to walk very far. The bathroom fan did not work. The air conditioner wasn’t working right and was so loud. Was disappointed in the pool and hot tub as neither had a rail to hold on to to get in was hard for me to get in. I realized it is a older hotel but would be better if some things were modernized
