The hotel is convenient and feels new and modern. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a great size. We enjoyed the breakfast available. For the price, this is an excellent stay.

My room included everything from basic utensils and toiletries. Overall my family and I were really happy with the amount of space in the room. And we especially loved the included breakfast such delicious options! Staff was also super friendly and had someone personally text me to ask if things were okay. :)

I requested adjoining rooms when I booked this. That request was completely ignored. That resulted in a family issue that would not have happened had my request been honored.
Also, the pool, an important reason we chose this hotel, was closed the last 2 days of our stay.

My flight connection was missed booked this hotel last minute and I came in absolutely sad and tired and the front desk clerks made me feel so much better. They were lovely reassuring and the rooms are large and spacious

Very nice place to stay! We had a 2 bedroom suite and had lots of room. Breakfast was very good!

I had high hopes for here. Staff were friendly enough and all the amenities are here. But I booked to use the hot tub and booked months ago for this main reason. I have a very early flight tomorrow am and couldn't take advantage of the breakfast offer.
The pool area was inviting with music playing even! Rare!
But to get into swim trunks to just a hot dipping pool was quite disappointing. Jets were down as timer was busted by someone.
The room was clean though and internet is ok. Quiet all day so far. But like I say I just wanted hot tub use so it was a fail for me. It could have been great with the music and all...Elton John and classic rock hits!

When we check in we want daily cleaning with changing towels but someone didn’t put in our files and we did not get our room clean and get fresh towels when I call to front desk, he told me they will give two towels, I thought we will get the towels deliver to our room. To my surprise I have to go down to front to ask again to get my towels. So I make sure they put our daily cleaning in our room. We stayed at the Homewood for three nights we only get one day cleaning of our room. That’s was not I expected.

This hotel is one of the best maintained that we stayed at. The breakfast staff were amazing and although they were very busy they were very friendly and went it of their way to provide me with gluten free bread.
The room were very clean and smelled great.
The only complaint that I have is my phone had a hard time connecting to the wifi and I ended u just using my data and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. My husband woke up with a sore back.
