Great location - many restaurants and activities within walking distance

Clean, in a great location, easy to walk to attractions. The only con is there is no parking associated with the hotel (even though there's a garage with their signs on it). You'll likely pay $25 a day to park there so factor that in.

Great stay with friendly staff. Ten minutes after Roxanne checked us in, I walked through the lobby and she addressed me by name. Clean, comfortable and quiet room.

Absolutely horrible, employee front desk rude and aggressive. Caught in lies. Tried to double my charge. Valet parking only and charges you $34. Room was small for upgraded...tv was unplugged. Ac was loud. Still dealing with them having to wait till monday to talk to manager

In no way does my review reflect the service of the employees at this location. They were are very nice and helpful.
Now to this review: our room had no hot water in the shower, fortunately, maintenance came and fixed this. There was only 1 working elevator of the 3 until our 3rd day when they were all broken, which is a problem should you be disabled in any way or have a lot of luggage. The bed was not comfortable at all. I do a lot of traveling and this is probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve been on.
The location is great, the staff is lovely, and the lobby and sitting area is very nice. The rest needs some TLC immediately.

Very uncomfortable bed. Dirty hallways with sewage ranked smell. Very poor customer service from time of entry until day of departure. Never again

Floor I was on smelled like a sewer backup. When asking the front about the smell and possibly moving rooms was told it would be checked out. Needless to say it never was.

I booked this restaurant because it included breakfast (at the time I booked it). The person in front desk told me she couldn't see that and didn't want to do anything about it. I ended up paying for my breakfast and the lady was rude and was not cooperative. Very disappointed knowing I could have book a cheaper hotel with buffet included.

When it came time to leave I called for my car but it still took over 30 min to get my car from valet

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Quiet place to stay. Food was ok if want to pay an extra fee per person. Service was great. Walking distance to the restaurants. Only complaint is they need better pillows. Other than that I and family will be back!

The room and breakfast were good. There was no information telling that we had to pay for parking or that it was a good block away from the hotel. We also had to wait in our car in the street for 10 minutes will the valets cleared the cars blocking the small driveway, where we needed to unload or car.

A staff member named Corina was completely rude and literally was trying to make check in a difficult process.Was One of the worst check ins I have done.

Nice hotel in a great location. Only issue was lack of free parking and the cheapest paid parking was quite a walk. I would stay there again though due to the location.

The AC in room 410 not cooling as much as it should, but by morning the room was chilly. We’ve stayed here before and will again! Great hotel and convenient to everything in Bricktown!

This hotel is one of two in a larger building. Home Suites shares with them. You do not have access to their side at all. Just an FYI.
To start, there is no free parking. Expect no less than $40 per night after taxes, fees and tip if you valet. The area surrounding is full of bars, clubs and such.. so drunks fill the streets at night. This makes driving difficult and dangerous. They are also very loud. The outside is dirty. Rats and trash everywhere.
With the Hilton name I had expected a nicer hotel with accommodations to match. No such luck. Beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, the shower was like that in a Motel 6 and the TV selection is mostly HBO, sports, and political/government channels. You have to pay extra for decent wifi and breakfast. Front desk staff were cold and unhelpful.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We only had one issue the first day with the server at Breakfast. It was confusing what we were supposed to get with our vouchers and the server was not helpful.
But everyone else was wonderful! The pool was so clean and it was a very clean hotel over all. We would stay again!

The staff was so super friendly and helpful my entire stay. The hotel was clean everywhere and well taken care of. The only thing i did not like was how soft the bed was but that is completely a personal preference.
