Very nice hotel at a great price. Reception was easy and fast. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was just ok nothing to write home about.

The room was very clean and pleasant smell. The entire hotel looked very clean. The water pressure was very good as well. I only have a couple suggestions. The room could use a shower gel for each person - we only got one small shower gel for two people. In addition, the continental breakfast was really lacking. The only hot option was to make a waffle, toast a bagel, or make a cup of instant oatmeal. There wasn’t any protein option, egg, or yogurt.

I really like this hotel; the staff are super friendly, breakfast is great, and the rooms are nice and clean and comfy.

Couldn’t check in till 3:45pm because no clean rooms. Also breakfast was empty and never refilled.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. We were really disappointed by the fitness center. There were just 4 machines - two stationary bikes, a treadmill, and an elliptical. Both the treadmill and elliptical were broken and did not work at all. Also, the breakfast was pretty bare bones - some cereal, a waffle maker, oatmeal, breakfast bars, and apples. Plus coffee, tea, juice, and milk. The staff was very friendly.

This is our 3rd time staying. It was clean and safe each time. I do wish there were more breakfast option, but something quick is better than nothing.

I liked the room and how it was so close to Liberty University I did not like the breakfast, the only things there were waffles, bagels and some fruit. It wasn't stated in an area I saw so I was thoroughly disappointed.

This hotel is an excellent choice to stay in: super clean, brand new rooms that make sense in their functionality, close to all shopping needs, excellent view and great staff.

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I can have problems trying to sleep away from home but I slept very well here! The food was very limited but fine.

Good place to stay

The breakfast was not to mention anything about it! When we came down 50 min still before the end of serving, we were greeted with 2 bagels, 2 apples, some cereal, waffle mix and I package of milk. Also, there was only 1 cup for a hot drink. When asking the staff were the breakfast is she replied it is there and all we serve! I told her where as I saw nothing! Then I asked her again a few minutes later and told her 2 bagels for 2 people and I cup of coffee for 2??? She then replied it will be filled up and left me standing and waiting. She went to the office at the check-in and talked to people and then she came out again and spoke with more people. When I clearly had to make a screen and said this is ridicules 1 cup of coffee for 2 guests she finally came and filled up the coffee cups and the bagels. The rooms did not receive any cleaning service whatsoever! You had to sleep in the unmade beds and reuse the towels. Everything there is rationed as I asked for shampoo and the maid said for how many guests and we received 1! Worst ever stay I had in a hotel.

We had a great stay at Microtel in Lynchburg, Virginia. The hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was great, central to everything we needed to access during our stay.

This is very nice hotel, especially for the price! The breakfast didn’t have many options (waffle maker was the only hot food), but the room was very nice and looked and smelled extremely clean. Nice little extras in the king suite. Truly much nicer than I expected for the price

The only thing available for breakfast was packaged oatmeal, without milk, bagels and waffles. I am a diabetic and eat protein for breakfast. There were no eggs, meat, yogurt. Will not stay here again.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The only negative was the breakfast offering. They didn’t have any cooked items like eggs, bacon, or sausage.

Second stay and not impressed with cleanliness. Also, breakfast is not very good. Might be why the price is lower.

It was ok. Check in person was very slow and then didn’t do it correctly. Was called from room to go back to desk to have my card run again and the second person did it correctly.

When we arrived there was an overwhelming and unpleasant cleaning chemical smell in the whole hotel. Our room wasn’t very clean though , I cleaned the toilet myself, didn’t want to bother calling anyone. The breakfast was very poor, only cereal, plain bagels, and waffles with cream cheese, butter, syrup or jams. There were drinking water bottles, but ran out very fast. On the positive note, hotel staff were very nice.

Had a one night stay, picked me daughter from LU for winter break.

The breakfast was limited. They kept running out of food.
