Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Great location to get around Bricktown!!!

Great location for a downtown concert at Paycom Center. It was close enough to walk. It does cost to park here in their lot. Breakfast was really crowded on a Saturday morning and the attendant seemed to have trouble keeping up, but I could understand why. Overall, great stay.

This is the second time we've stayed here and both times have been great! The customer service is so good and it has just been great

Not enough light in the room to read by. Hair dryer didn’t work. People pounding and yelling on doors.

Large enough for handicapped accessible and plenty of comfort for for two or more

We enjoyed our stay there was only a few issues. Paying $15 for parking seemed a little excessive, our room was by housekeeping and they were very noisy early while we were trying to sleep. Also early this morning there was what sounded like water running in the wall for about 10 or 15 minutes which was aggravating because again we were trying to sleep. The front desk had to run my card twice due to system failure but there are currently two $200 pending transactions on my debit card. They said it should all come off but I hate that it will most likely take until Monday.

Overall the stay was great. This review will start as a complaint but it's the end of the post I'd like to bring awareness. The stay started with a room assignment that was horribly loud due to the location being on the opposite wall from the kitchen and hearing the loud banging of pans, slamming of cabinet doors & so forth at 5:00 A.M. The part I'd like to bring awareness to is the staff quick responsiveness when the horribly loud environment was brought to their attention. The

Kitchen staff was rude two days in a row. It was like an inconvenience to ask for things. Also, this is the only holiday inn express that we have been to that they hijack the coffee at 10am. Finally, you need to make it a rule of no smoking marijuana on the premises. We attempted to sit on the patio and was overhelmed by the stench. Some people still have to pass drug testing at their jobs.

It was reasonably priced, quiet and convenient.

The hotel’s location was convenient for its proximity to the transplant center. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was kind of noisy, though, since the breakfast area was right next door. There was also a lot of thumping above our room, starting pretty early. Thumping above with breakfast prep next door woke us up earlier than we wanted. Desk clerk who checked us in was very nice, friendly and helpful.

I was surprised there was no ice bucket and only two flimsy plastic cups in the room. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really nice. Yolanda at the front desk was very helpful and so nice to talk to.

I think they should of informed us of the remodeling of the pool before booking this property as there wasn’t anything at this hotel for my daughter to enjoy while there. Also there was an earthquake early morning am we were never warned of it. We had to find out about it through the news.

Pretty expensive for a one night stay when the pool was closed and the TV service was spotty. Not to mention i got charged for 3 rooms when i only needed 2 and was then told they'd be refunding the 3rd and they never did.

Don’t stay here. We found a bed bug in our room. We paid little to no attention to the room next to ours that was “sealed off” from the other rooms. Not knowing they do that to kill bugs. I have never had this problem anywhere but here and they seemed nice and moved us rooms, they even offered to give my money back for one night stay. Now that it’s coming down to giving me my refund the hotel will not give my refund for my room.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice for OKC Thunder games. The property is clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, and the price is reasonable.

Simple and easy stay. Huge rooms. The small breakfast area got crowded fast with just a couple other guests down there with us, but not too bad.

Cons. The parking is 15$ dollars. The breakfast area is so small that even 5 people will have to create the line to get through. The breakfast options are very little.
Pros. The hotel area is nice protected- right next to police station. The room is clean. Good for family stay. The location is very convenient.

Staff was amazing. Indoor pool was tiny and cold. Our room was clean and throughout the hotel it always smelled good. What will stick with me is the disgusting carpet outside of the rooms that surrounded my room. Looked like people threw up when they came back from partying at 2 of the 3 neighboring doors. Grossed me out.

For my family, this hotel is perfect. You can walk to the Water Taxi canal ride in about 6 mins (which is surrounded by shopping and restaurants).Free breakfast, designated parking lot that makes it easy to park. The pool is indoors and pretty decent. The gym is small, but has the basics and it’s open 24hrs. Just bring a noise machine, you can hear everything.

The room was as expected. Good enough. I did not like the breakfast. That’s a big sell for me personally therefore my low rating. Service was again good enough. I wouldn’t call them especially friendly but they did their jobs well enough.

The room was very large and clean. Our room was next to the elevator and we heard people coming and going all night. We are also used to a memory foam mattress so the bed was not comfortable

Every about our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Check in person was overly interested in our agenda for our stay. Breakfast was mediocre and adjoining locking rooms were kind of unnerving. People next to us were partying making it hard to sleep.
2.0
Poor costumer service and poor communication
6.0
The front desk person was welcoming and efficient. She was the highlight of our stay. Our room was just ok. The sofa in the king suite was very worn and the layer of dust under the bathroom sink was unbelievable. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Usually Holiday Inn Express breakfasts are pretty good, but this one was ridiculously bad. The milk was soured, pancake machine didn’t work, oatmeal and gravy were both watery to the point of not being edible.

Good location for a night in brick town or attending an event at Paycom Center. Clean & comfy rooms. Friendly staff.
