Handicapped bathroom was perfect! Railings in all the right places and I could get my walker between the beds!! Many places you cannot

Very clean! We really liked the hotel and location. Only complaint was the pool area. The pool was too small for the volume of kids and other guests. Because of the small area, number of people, and acoustics, it was so loud in there. My kids even asked to leave because it was so loud.

Was a wonderful experience for us. Staff was helpful and the room was quiet and clean. The pool was small but not crowded and my girls enjoyed a swim while I soaked in the hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and worth the small cost. We plan to visit again.

I understand that we were early to check in. If we were told that the room was not available then we would have been fine. The front desk agent at the time of check in acted like we were wasting her day. We were on the road at midnight so we were a little slap happy.

The bed frame is safety hazard as wood beams stick out past the mattress into the travel path. I have to think people bang their shins on it all the time. I was still feeling the pain when I started a marathon the next morning. Totally unacceptable!

We stay at this property every year. We come to town for the Davenport antique motorcycle swap meet. It’s always a great stay. This year we ate dinner one night at the Hilton and it wasn’t great. First time we had an issue. Will consider eating there again in the future and hope it was just a rare night. Might check into the service and cook though.

Hotel was very nice and clean. It’s right off the expressway not too much around it. Pool was very small if you are planning to swim. But it was perfect for a one night stay.

It was a clean and friendly Hotel. The only thing I have to say bad is the shower was very hard to turn on, it was stripped out. We let the service desk know when we left and they were going to get it fixed

I booked a suite and was asked if I’d like service the following day and I agreed yes I’d like my room serviced I was gone for a very large portion of the next day to come back that night and my room was the same way me and my kids had left it. Also there was a big stain on the couch in the living area and the sink in that area was cracked, I never had these issues at any other Hilton hotels but this stay was not very pleasant

Normal hotel prices are high food is overpriced people letting others in pool area from outside (non paying guest) and we were shoved out of pool because they were rude and loud. You charge for breakfast in the morning even after I pay 200 for 1 night stay which is ridiculous! You have barely any staff unless they are all hiding. I asked to have the garbage and pizza box removed from my room they only removed the garbage and left the pizza box. I extended a second night so my grandson could swim since he couldn’t swim the first night and we were finally able to swim. In addition I was charged 100 for incidentals until I checked out because I booked through Expedia but when I booked the second night through the hotel I was only charged 30 for incidentals. Basically I was screwed by Expedia for a party hotel!

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel very much. Everything was clean and sanitized. Comfortable bed. Nice big shower. Good location. We loved the hot tub , but pool was just too chilly for us. The staff was nice. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

I picked it because it was close to my son's house who we were visiting for Christmas. It was reasonably priced, the staff were very accommodating and the pool and hot tub area was great. It was also near other businesses which was very convenient. I'm sure we will stay there again in the future.

We were in a handicap room. The staff made shore we had everything we needed. They made us feel welcomed. From the staff to the food it was a amazing stay. I highly recommend staying here.
