The employees are super friendly. Enjoyed the hot tub. The food at the J bar was excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Our room wasnt ready when we arrived at 1 p.m. We were told early check in couldnt be guaranteed until 3 so we left and came back close around 2:45. Our room still wasnt ready as they allowed a late checkout for this individual of 2:45! When i asked what was the logic in letting this person stay until 2:45, they said she paid $50. So, fonally they gave us an upgrade to a room that they said was ready. The view was great, the room was dusty, marks on the walls and the toilet ran. Even upon checking out, the manager told my husband he was rude because he asked for her name since we wanted to speak to the general manager as we were not confident that she would give the GM our message. Contacted corporate, which was a waste of time as they said it would be up to the hotel how they would handle this. We came to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday and Hyatt House definitely made it memorabile. .in a negative way. Front desk staff needs to learn public relations as they definitely lack in that area. Will never stay at a Hyatt again!

The hotel has a great location- away from traffic roads but 15 mins driving distance to all the Quad City attractions. Plenty of good restaurants around including a Super Target, Sam’s club and Hyvee. The hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was nothing special and very minimal. Most of the times fruit was out, though the servers were very helpful. Housekeeping was good. Kids enjoyed hot tub. Pool was crowded with some families monopolizing the area, this obviously depends on if you visit during weekends or busy times. The room walls didn’t let us hear next door neighbors, only could hear them when they were talking and passing in the hallway. There was a nice lobby area on 2nd floor where some families were letting their kids play (didn’t bother our family and noise didn’t filter into our room perhaps due to glass door between the open area and hallways). There is also a nice open area with space heaters which could be used for larger families spread across rooms to sit together and chat/socialize outside of their rooms.

Waaay overpriced for unpleasant stay. Dated in some places (some furniture, shower door, etc.), terrible breakfast (overripe bananas, no hot food). Toilet did not flush properly.

The pool and hot tub were so chlorinated that when you entered your eyes would burn and you would start coughing. It was quite unfortunate because that was the sole reason for our visit.

First room smelled like sewage. Was upgraded to a suite. Solid move my front desk. Suite was nice except for about a 1/2 inch of dust on the vents. Otherwise nice place.

The property was grood, the only thing i would change is to make sure that the coffe that is sereved is always fresh, as well as have cucumber water and lemon and orange water.

The bathroom would benefit with the use of more hooks to hang up towels and a shelf for toiletries. the bar sink area would benefit with a hook for a towel since there is a sink there. The living space would benefit with a place to put purses, backpacks and jackets on strong hooks with a seat to remove shoes. The couch was not very comfortable.

I paid for my room using Expedia. The property took my credit card for "incidentals" and then charged me for the room. I discovered this when reviewing my credit card statement! I will not likely stay here in the future. I did stay here in 2022 and had to repeatedly call to get the charge for "incidentals" reversed from my card. Kind of shady in my opinion.

Safety wasn’t the first concern for the person who checked me in. She let a young guy she was talking to stay and hear who was checking in, what room and their name. In todays hotel safety that is a no no!!!

I had a great experience staying here. It was clean, pretty good size rooms, comfortable bed, good climate control,etc. The staff was more than helpful. My only 2 suggestions would be to improve on the breakfast, it wasn’t my favorite. I didn’t eat at the restaurant for dinner, but I stepped in and the food looked good. My second one would be to recheck the chemicals in the pool and hot tub, they seemed like there was too much Cl in there causing our eyes to burn. Overall great experience and I would stay again in a heartbeat and I’m grateful everything went smooth with the room. Thanks

Very nice hotel. Location was central with plenty of shopping and food nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice bed, pillows and shower. I would stay here again.

Our door was never noisy. And the shower was really hot, almost couldn’t even take a shower it was so hot. I asked other families that we knew that stayed too. They all said the same thing.

Nicely appointed, newer HI property. Ample free parking, nice restaurant/ lounge on site. In a newer part of town, not in historic downtown or near river, but very nearby a nice variety of dining options. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a dance competition. The hotel was nice. Each bed had 4 pillows. The carpet in the rooms was soft & it didnt feel like you were standing on concrete. The doors of the rooms are really loud when they shut. The gym was nice. The servers at breakfast were really nice. The only thing we wish we could’ve enjoyed was the pool & hot tub. Unfortunately, there were about 10 boys in the pool screaming at the top of their lungs & it was too loud. You couldnt even talk to the person next to you without yelling. The pool & hot tub looked nice though.

We were given a single bed instead of double bed room as per our reservation. Second room had low water pressure in sink, toilet lever stuck and a blood stain on one of the chairs. Too many noisy kids running around after 10:30 pm
