Smoke detector beeped every two hours. Lacked soap in the bathroom.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our problem came at midnight when guests arrived in the room above us. They were very loud, clearly partying but we heard way too much. The floors and walls were so thin and not insulated at all. We could hear their toilet flush and the water running. We could hear footsteps, the tv, and their conversations. I went to the front desk at 1:30 am and requested another room with no one above us. The front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating, and also acknowledged that noise is a problem because of thin walls. We were quickly given keys to a room on the top floor. Again, that room was very clean and comfortable, and much quieter so we could sleep.

We loved the friendliness of the staff. We did not like the gummy bad taste of the waffles. Something was wrong with the mix waffle mix.

The woman who checked us in was so rude. We’ve stayed here at least five times and have never had an experience as awful as this most recent check-in. First she told us she gave away the last room, then told us check -in was over, but didn’t know that I knew it was until 3a if using Expedia, then told us not to speak to Expedia about the issue. All while making us wait outside for 20-minutes before gaining access to the building because she was not at the front desk. Lastly, our room smelled moldy every single day. Also something we have never experienced on this property after five years of trips.

Wonderful new hotel. Towels were very scratchy, really need to upgrade the softener or get new towels. Front desk just said there was nothing that could be done about it because of commercial laundry rules.

Our trip was due to a volleyball tournament. The location was perfect for grabbing food and incidentals. The property was clean and well maintained. I felt safe going to and from the parking lot and lobby area. The staff was very professional and handled the large number of families during the breakfast rush.

Even though they couldn’t accommodate the room (2 beds) I rented through Orbitz, they were very helpful. The rollaway bed was very comfortable. The only things we were missing were USB plugins and Splenda for coffee:)

OUTSTANDING! Very friendly staff. Every member we talked to, greeted us as if they were actually glad we were there. (And there were a lot of guests.) Room was VERY clean. Bed very comfortable. Again... OUTSTANDING! (Weren't able to try breakfast.)

Rooms were very spacious and front desk staff was great! The elevator stopped working on our first day there. That was very displeasing with handicap guests whom have trouble taking the stairs to the 3rd level. Front desk staff was great despite the challenges they faced due to elevator issues. Fresh fruit (grapes and pineapples) at breakfast were frozen in spots. The hotel also ran out of creamer on my last day there. Overall my stay was pleasant because of the front desk staff and their readiness to help with anything they could control within their job duties. They made us feel very welcomed

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely nice. One thing, you have to call front desk to ask for room service. They only changed our towels but failed to leave soap and shampoo and we were there for 6 nights. Also, breakfast is limited. Good what they had, but cereal is a must for our family!
