Zero shower pressure & active mildew all over shower caulk. I have stayed here many times over the years & was surprised that the conditions have gone down hill since my last stay.

Great little hotel in a nice area. Loved breakfast buffet. Our room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but I think it was the deodorizer they use. We were a bit confused on how to get our room cleaned during our stay. Had to take our own trash out and request toiletries, etc.

This was the best hotel we've stayed in! The whole property was clean, the hotel listened to my request for a more isolated room, the pool was great and clean, breakfast was great, and everything was so quiet. If we are ever in San Angelo again we will definitely stay here again.

Water froze, no shower, no compensation or apologies. Only decaf coffee in room. Clean but not too friendly. Need to work on customer service.

Hotel was beautiful on the outside but the inside of our room seemed old. The mirror was peeling in the bathroom and there were stains all on the furniture. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was one of the better free complimentary ones we have had. All in all it was just ok. We’ve enjoyed our Holiday Inn and Hampton suites stays better.

Hotel had water stains on ceiling/wall of room, low water flow in faucets and toilets (had to call maintenance for toilet to flush). Visible dust/dirt on headboards, furniture. While i was there 4 other rooms (411, 311, 211, 111) experienced water leaking from the ceiling, and those people had to be relocated to another hotel because this one had no more vacancies. One of the people who had to switch locations was a family member of mine.

The toilet paper was just about done, no replacement, tooth paste still in sink from previous person. Need sheets torn, bed skirting torn, no tissue in room, the TV lighting was really dark so we couldn’t watch. The clock was unplugged, it smelled old in room…

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to check the mounted shampoo and soap bottles before showering—they were empty.

It was New Years Eve 2021. Evie checked us in and was so nice and all smiles. They were having computer problems because if an upgrade. They room keys were not all working. This did not keep any of the staff from being helpful, kind and happy. No one complained they just did their job! The hotel was beautiful!

Well we checked in and then left. When we got back we were locked out of our room and told that there was nothing they could do to get it open for us. We slept In the car all night and about 9 am the next morning after we called they got us back in our room.

I have stayed here many times. And we usually opt for this hotel because of the indoor pool. Which they keep clean and is worth the booking, especially if you have kids. There are no usb connections in the rooms which was inconvenient. We haven’t been here since Covid came around. So we were not aware about the new rules. Therefore we didn’t receive any housekeeping services because there is a 24 hour request rule for these services. So definitely be sure to request in advance If you plan to stay longer than 2 days. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast bar is good.

Residence Inn and Suites in San Angelo, TX is a wonderful hotel. Front desk attendents are usually very helpful, w a few exceptions, the hotel is spotless, rooms/beds are very comfortable, ammenities are great (indoor pool & spa and fitness area as well as a half court for basketball, and breakfast is wonderful (eggs, sausage, and wide selection of the other usual suspects). My husband and I did request hangers for our closet and silverware for the kitchen. The staff never fulfilled this request during our two night stay, but we certainly managed just fine w/o these items.

I have stayed at quite a few Marriott Hotels in San Angelo and the Residence is my favorite. Clean rooms, friendly and more than happy to accommodate staff, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I barely ever hear any noise from next door or the hallway, luxurious toiletries, and great breakfast in the morning. My last stay, my partner and I had breakfast right next to the fireplace in the lounge. Checking out I feel clean, rested, and ready for the day.
