what a great hotel has a nice pool and is very close to all the Disney parks Will definitely stay there again the rooms were very spacy

Nice hotel close to where we needed to be a little dated wallpaper and the toilet roll holder hasn’t been cleaned in 6 months but overall was clean breakfast ok usual convenient counted! Wish there would have been body lotion but there was shampoo conditioner and body wash although difficult if you took a bath

The staff was amazing , but the room needed work. Our toilet seat was broken upon arrival. The cover would fall off and the seat itself would slide around.

Tha hallway updates look great! Having breakfast in this hotel is nice. Prefer not going to Springhill. Staff was very friendly. Appreciate a refrigerator and dishes in room. Love having large closet

Overall our stay was excellent. Rooms are a little outdated and could use a refresh. Staff was excellent, and location to parks and ESPN was convenient. Rooms are big, however shower head was too short, this could be because we were placed in an accessible room though. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Great hotel close to the parks. Minutes outside Disney property, so you still feel like you’re in the “Disney bubble.” Target, walgreens, and restaurants across the street. The rooms were clean, decent free breakfast, pool was heated, and nice outside sitting area with fire pits. I’ll definitely be back again!

Overall, my stay was good. The only issue was the shower did not work the first night and the showerhead was not clean. The staff could have been a little more welcoming.

I enjoyed the free breakfast and the pool was great for the family. The room was good but not great. The rug was dirty and was not vaccumed properly. The TV did not work for me and I asked to get it fixed but the engineer said everyone had the problem which I find hard to believe. The kitchen inside the room was great and the staff was nice. I would return again if I was going to that area of Orlando again.

Its awesome place near to disney. Healthy breakfast as complimentary is super facility.Good vegetarian options available. Room service is alternate day but its not that up to the mark so little bit disappointed but rest all is fantastic.

The property is nice to stay at. Unfortunately I left some personal items behind and I am yet to hear from a property manager. Every time I call they take my name and number stating a manager will get back to me. I did everything I was to do in order for my items to get mailed to me but yet the management has not contacted me. Horrible customer service.

It was good the only issue I came across it was at the bar . They supposedly have a happy hour from 2 pm to 7pm . I arrive at 6:30 made an order at 6:40 for a drink I ask the bartender about the happy hour they said it was over at 6.

I didn’t like the fact that on 2 different days I found cockroaches in my room. They did spray immediately and did offer to move us to another room. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were great.
