Pretty disgusting, the room did not look at all like the picture. The door didnt even lock appart from a chain, but the door could still be open a couple inches (had to put a chair to block the door). The bathroom was dirty

I recently stayed at this place booked through Expedia and my experience was not great. The location was away from the main city, dark, and felt unsafe at times. The checkout process was time-consuming and cleanliness was a major issue. Additionally, the place did not look like what was advertised in the pictures and appeared to be rundown. The bathroom had stains and did not appear to have been cleaned before my arrival. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

The property is run down but the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Not a terrible property, but you get what you pay for the price was pretty good for the Montreal area. It was well under half the price I paid in July to be inside the city, but it was dated. If you are looking for cheap accommodations this place will work for you. If you want, luxury or convenience, I would stay somewhere else

If I could give them a -10, I will.
First let me start with this: Don’t leave anything in the room or you will lose it. They will enter to your room and throw away all your belongings. It doesn't matter that you specify you don’t want to be disturb or that they don’t enter to your room. They will enter “to clean” supposely and they will throw away everything. They asked us to go to the garbage area to look inside for our clothes and things that they threw away for no reason… it’s just unbelievable.
The room smelled like cigarettes all the time (that disgusting smell will be on all your clothes and bags), the whole room looks dirty, the bathroom was the worst.
Customer service is terrible, they just don't care.
Even one night, there was no electricity, we were in the dark, no lights, no air conditioning, nothing… and they just don't care. We asked for a refund for this and they say it was not their fault.
They do not accept or assume any responsibility.
Simply the worst experience ever. Please pay a little more and go somewhere else, I wish I would have done that.

Motel was run down and had a very sketchy vibe to it. Room next to us had what I can only assume was a "working girl" in it as guys literally came and went all night; while her pimp/body guard hung out in the parking lot. Grounds and motel could have been better cared for with some grounds work and TLC as its a nice location right on the St Lawrence river. Our room had mismatched lamps, and furniture which looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. The room looked nothing like the room pic in the expedia ad. Bed was very hard but surprisingly we slept ok and thankfully heard no noise from units on either side of us. Overall, you get what you pay for if you're looking for a cheap stay. Easy drive into Montreal and back so location is convenient.

It was a good experience, the staff was polite and helpful. It was also convenient as it is close to the highway.

Friendly and affordable. Bed was comfortable. Light from AC was very bright which kept room lit up. If you like a dark room, take some duct tape to cover it up. Electrical plugs are scarce.

This property was not as advertised.
The rooms are filthy and moldy, there are holes in the walls, rust in the bathtub, some odd black stuff on the toilet seat, the A/C smelled like vinegar and the room like cigarette, there was a hole in the comforter and we could feel the springs in the mattress.
No coffee machines, no hair dryer, minimal toiletries, barely any toilet paper or Kleenex left, no change of towels.
Don’t forget to go back for your 60$ deposit when you check out, I feel like they won’t tell you if you don’t ask.

Room are smell. Need to upgrade the bed sheets
1.0
Our socks are all black!
We paid more to upgrade the room to a newer one but the room was so so dirty it's unacceptable!
Whenever we want to go to the washroom, a new insect appears on the floor
The bedroom has spiders and insects walking!
Also the room is so damp ,you could feel the floor slippery
We are throwing away our socks because they're all black since we checkedin. We remove our shoes at the door and dont walk inside because I had my dog with me
Even my dog's paws are all black now and I cant wait to shower him
This property is not worth it and very overpriced !! We knew it's a motel but such a waste of money and unclean since we checked in

Not recommended.
worst experience.
The rooms were filled with the smell of smoke.
There is a big trash bin on the side of reception when going to the rooms(you have to pass through it).
During check-out, staff member literally checked our
rooms to make sure everything was in place and we didn’t steal anything.
Disappointed
