Hotel Brossard, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I didn't like that there was no actual air conditioner, the heat was on the whole time, making the room quite warm.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, lots of cupboard space, bathroom very big.. nice to have a fridge and freezer. Breakfast amazing, lots of selection and very good.

The shower pressure is very weak, we tried to call reception and there was no answer, reason was... our rooms did not get cleaned on the second day while we were out, we did not know that rooms only get cleaned every second day. The front desk were nice but they need to smile more.

From the moment you arrived you feel the difference. It is welcoming. If you have any question you get an answer immediately. Yes I have stayed there several times and already planning my next stay.

Good breakfast

The room didn't match the description on the booking website.while we were expecting a king bed there was a queen bed and even though we have sent a request in advance for an extra bed and called a few hours before arriving to make sure it will be ready when we'll get there they didn't get it ready and at the beginning said they are not sure it will fit. One of the single beds in the. Morning was broken as well. Overall not a good experience and bed service since they were unwilling to take any responsibility and compensate us. They have also said that the missing information about the room wasn't a new thing and it has been mentioned to them in the past. Very disappointing
