Very, very convenient within terminal buildings. Absolutely quiet, clean, with all facilities you need to be able to get some rest in transit. Bookable at any time of day or night for 6 or 12 hours. Have used before. Will use again.

The room was musty and damp. A dehumidifier was in operation as we entered the room but the damp was obvious. Thankfully, we only had a short stay - if longer, I would have asked to move. Very poor value for money. Not recommended.

+ Perfect for a lengthy transit through Singapore with two young kids. + Rooms are always clean, quiet and beds super comfortable + No windows / blackout rooms mean you get a great sleep too - Complimentary meals aren't great but the Airport has numerous options for food - Rooms are expensive for the time you actually get in them and you are sometimes charged extra per person We've stayed here a few times now and it has been great for our family. We will definitely use again!

Staying at Ambassador Transit Hotel is very convenient @ Changi Airport. The rooms are always very clean, beds comfortable and the staff are very efficient. Foot/coffee are always nearby and the signage makes it easy to find the hotel. No need to go through immigration if you are just transiting at Changi.

For some reason, the same brand in Terminal 1 was a much better experience, I stayed there two weeks earlier and was totally impressed by the stay.

The hotel is right to the butterfly house and therefore easy to find. The Check in and out were handled competently. The room was functionally furnished and clean. Unfortunately there are only disposable cups everywhere, not porcelain cups. In the morning there were little animals running around on my table with the paper cups and tea bags. The breakfast was good. You have 45 minutes to do this. The hotel is well suited for stay between flights.

We used this hotel when flying from Sydneybto the Uk with a 2.5 year old. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is just next to the butterfly garden.

The Transit Hotel at Terminal 3 at Changi Airport is very convenient when transiting through Changi Airport. The location in Terminal 3 is the perfect location to get some sleep, have a shower and late lunch between flights. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. We would recommend the hotel while in transit.

At 2:30am we were greeted by Anna who was warm and welcoming, just what we needed after QF1 delays. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and lots of choice for breakfast in your room. Although it's in terminal 3 it didn't take long to get from terminal 1. SkyTrain was good in the morning. Close to the butterfly garden too 😉

We were given a key to a room that was already allocated to someone else. It was embarrassing to walk in on someone sleeping in their room. The hotel staff didn’t even acknowledge the mistake or apologise to us or to the person who was already in the room.

My passport expires in under 6 months and the Ambassador Transit Hotel is inside the secure area. It was also clean and comfortable. The checkin went smoothly, except I asked about some flight information that I new they had access to and another staff member came over and directed me to the transfer desk where I had to wait for over 10 minutes. For the most part it was very quiet. Then, at about 2300 a crying baby broke the silence for about 30 minutes. This was not my first stay and I am sure it won't be my last.
