2ciels was amazing! The staff, location and how clean it was. I will stay here during my next visit as well. Highly recommend it.

This is a very good hotel to stay at. It's well located in a safe and nice area of Marrakech. They offer a great breakfast which was included in our plan. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to them is because our room located on the 5th floor was noisy at nights as they have a lounge/roof top club, so it was hard to have a good sleep. We asked for change for they didn't have room available. Other than that our experience was very good.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I also loved its location but what I really appreciated was the staff… every single person from the doorman, the receptionists, the cleaning crew, the restaurant personel, everyone were very polite, friendly and helpful even after they had been hit by an earthquake the night before.
I moved from my hotel located in the Medina to this hotel due to the damages from the earthquake and all of them were very nice to me, specially the doorman. I cant believe how well they handle the situation the day after the earthquake, the lobby was crowded with people going crazy, with me having a nervous breakdown and them probably have their own concerns about their families and friend… and still they were very nice and very polite.

The front desk staff have poor service no manners. I asked for info about trains (ANY INFO EVEN LOCATION) and the receptionist laughed in my face. The property is nicely situated. Rooms are clean but unfortunately very very poor amenities. There was no q-tips/shower caps/ other small Bathroom things. I recommend staying away due to poor customer service and lack of amenities in a so called boutique luxury hotel

A very warm welcome, from the doorman, receptionist at the front desk, restaurant staff and cleaners! Our room was ready before our check in time as we arrived early without much delay. Every member of this hotel staff are courteous and respectful. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were able to change money here, get advice on days out, find taxis and enjoy the facilities. The hammam at noally spa situated in the hotel was the most amazing experience for us, as was the massage and hair styling. The ladies are experts in their field and make you feel pampered and relaxed throughout the treatment.
Rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy drinks and soak up the sun as is the pool area on the ground floor.
We ate a delicious seafood paella which was freshly made at the hotel's Patron restaurant. Breakfast was plentyful and of a good variety with excellent service!!
A great location in the Gueliz district, very safe within just a short taxi ride to all the local attractions.
Thank you for making our first trip to Marrakech a memorable one! We will be back.

Im not entirely sure what the issue is with the young ladies at the front desk. After reading several reviews to the negative in this regard, I thought that maybe there were communication issues, or that the person writing the review was being unreasonable. I've done this job before and it can be challenging, so I am always willing to give front desk staff the benefit of the doubt. But I experienced Exactly the same thing in spite of being kind and patient. Even when having to ask to have our toilet fixed 3 times and going 3 flights to use the public WC because ours had stopped working completely.
Finally, we asked the housekeeping lady who got on our phone and had maintenance staff in our room and the toilet fixed in about 10 minutes.
The housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and door staff were all Excellent and we were very happy to tip them well. Unfortunately the front desk staff was unhelpful and had no interest in doing anything including their jobs. We won't be returning to 2Ciels.

Our room, 409, was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed watching the lady make pancakes in front of us. The hotel had a modern and stylish design, with well-maintained and relaxing spaces, including two swimming pools. Although the check-in process was slow, we were offered traditional Moroccan tea while we waited. When we arrived at our room, it was not quite ready as someone was still preparing the third bed, and we had to subsequently request an additional set of towels, as it was missed during the preparation for the third occupant.
During our stay, we encountered some inconvenience at the hotel. Firstly, we were informed on the rooftop terrace that we couldn't charge our drinks to our room. Then, when we visited the spa and the main restaurant bar, we were told that our room did not have a deposit and we could not put our bills on the room. This was quite disappointing since it required us to carry cash or a card with us at all times in order to use the hotel's facilities. As a result, there was a time when I had to retrieve my card from our room in order to make a payment at the rooftop bar, which may seem like a minor task but was not up to the standards one would expect from a hotel marketed as luxurious.
However, when we eventually settled the bill at checkout, I surprisingly received my deposit back, so I don't really know what they were referring to when they didn't allow me to pay via the room

I have never felt so unwlecome at a hotel in my life. From the angry glare of the doorman when I approached and opened the door myself, to the annoyance at having to change me to a room that did not have FRESH OIL / LAQUER PAINT in the room. Who puts a guest in a suite that reeks like fumes? Seriously?

The Sky Bar never opened for the duration of our stay with no apologies. Some bar staff were rude. I would not stay again.

It was a fantastic stay but one problem is that the rooftop pool needed maintenance as lots of tiles were missing. Also, there were not enough sun beds.

Fabulous city boutique hotel with amazing restaurant attached . Pool staff were friendly less attentive than the hotel staff who were on point . Room was spacious and lovely with only a mild smell of damp from my bathroom which didn’t spoil my staff but needs attention .

At check in the staff did not assist us with luggage or take us to our room. The food at the rooftop bar was dried out, I would suggest eating in the restaurant downstairs. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There was very little closeby to walk to but private transfer was readily available.

We had a lovely stay at 2Ciels Hotel which is in a great location of the new town and only a short walk to the old town and market. The highlight of the hotel for us was the sky bar which has panoramic views of the city, a swimming pool, amazing drinks and very hospitable staff. One member of the bar staff, Simo Patchika went above and beyond to look after us and our needs and was extremely helpful and hospitable.

rude front desk stuff, questioned the kids' ages. tall American kids...he also accused us of lying to get cheaper price. we were asked to prove the kids ages by showing their passports which i didn't have on me since the other hotel i stayed at didn't ask for them. I was never treated in that manner,, i was able to obtain copies online and he was not happy .but of course he had to fuss about something else. he insisted that the price that expedia gave was wrong and we had to add another $40 dollars. we got one room at 5 pm and the other one at 5:30. Eveything else in the hotel was perfect.

A nice hotel in a central location. Very new and very clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We had a prestige suite. Lovely balcony and one of the best showers ever. But the room we had was an angled shape so didn"t look so spacious, satellite tv didn't work and the wifi was intermittent. But we only stayed one night and were not so bothered about these things. The pools are both small and so that was disappointing. However, the spa was great and Summaya gave me a wonderful scrub in the hammam and my daughter a good blow dry in the salon. Good for a short stay.

After traveling for almost 24 hours, including two airline delays, we were so grateful for the shuttle driver waiting for us at the airport. The reception staff welcomed us with a refreshing melon drink; check-in was smooth, and our room was great. The rooftop lounge and restaurant was exactly what we wanted after such a long trip. Highly recommend this hotel.

So great we booked again! Amazing hotel, close to everything with great staff and facilities. The breakfast is brilliant, it’s worth it for that alone. The rooftop pool has a great atmosphere and is a must.

Everything was excellent; check-in/out, breakfast, pool and snack bar, spa, restaurant for dinner and the attitude of staff. We stayed in a Lifestyle Suite and fully recommend for anyone visiting Marrakech.

DO NOT STAY HERE - This hotel and its manager are unprofessional and the poor staff has to deal their rudeness. This place is at most a dressed up 3 star hotel. During the first 2 nights of our stay, we had no proper shower as the water kept going from hot to cold. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he was very rude to us and made it sound like we were the only ones having this issue. We in fact spoke to other people on our floor and they had the same complaint. After reporting that the issue was fixed, on the second day, we experienced the same problem. Guess what - the technician who came and even the front desk receptionist admitted that this had been a problem before! I was staying in room 105 and my father in room 109. Everytime they came to look at the shower, they left dirty shoe prints on the tile and could honestly care less. We had one day of a proper shower out of the 3 nights we stayed there, when this was reported to the staff, their response "It's ok". The manager agreed to compensate us for 2 nights for both rooms but when Expedia contacted them, they declined to make good on their original agreement. The worst attitude and treatment I have ever received. The beds were frankly horrible, there are no little items you would expect from a nice 4 star hotel (i.e. showercap). I wouldn't have spent time writing this but the false advertising and high ratings/reviews here are very misleading. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this.

Great hotel and amenities. The hotel rooftop was buzzing and we went in February. The staff was polite and helpful. You do have to pay to use the steam room as it is part of the hammam service which was great and the ladies who do it are great.
