Rapport qualité prix à revoir

Le site, l'hôtel bien que pas très bien entretenu est juste magnifique. L'hôtel est splendide, les chambres spacieuses, vraiment magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très complet. Des navettes gratuites pour allez à la médina. Le directeur du site Asan très a l'écoute et arrangeant.

Malheureusement le service pas toujours au top. Certaines personnes à l'accueil pas très sympa. Les chambres pas clean, des tâches des toiles d'araignée, des endroits pas nettoyés... c'est dommage au vu du prix payé. Tv = 0 , pas de choix de chaînes. Quasi pas de wifi

Super séjour

La chambre avec vue golf et lit très confortable. Les piscines et le petit déjeuner Personnel très à l’écoute. Le calme est top.

Un peu loin du centre et navette qui fini tôt.

Si je retourne à Marrakech je choisirai un autre hôtel.

Personnel très sympathique et prévenant.

Des équipements cassés dans la chambre (lavabo, pommeau de douche, miroir..), une télé de piètre qualité. Un Wifi extrêmement aléatoire avec un débit très faible. Le prix du buffet du soir à 30 €, pas acceptable pour le niveau qualitatif proposé. Toute une partie de l'hôtel est à l'abandon, c'est assez déstabilisant.

It was average at best, wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean, cleaners were lovely and did a great job. The staff at the inside bar were great.

Not enough sun beds for guests. Beach towels are like gold dust, hard to get them and ran out for significant periods of time. Hotel felt very over crowded. Lunch & dinner not at regular times and very repetitive. No alcohol served in restaurants, even Italian and Mediterranean speciality restaurants in an evening, water or juice only. We paid for all inclusive but ended up going out to eat after the first few nights as dinner was disappointing. Pool bar was dirty and unhygienic. They ran out of pool glasses regularly and I saw staff on more than one occasion use a dirty glass collected from a table to a new customer without it being cleaned. Pool bar staff were always talking to each other and felt like you were dragging them away reluctantly from a conversation to serve you. Overall we tried to make the most of it regardless of the negatives. We would return to Morocco as it’s a beautiful country, but not to this hotel.

dans l'ensemble c'est un séjour acceptable avec un mauvais souvenir la douche italienne .

la salle de bain dont la conception est mauvaise . la pente de la douche italiènne est mal faite et l'absence d'une porte vitrée laisse échapper de l'eau dans le couloir , ce qui crée une gène pour se déplacer dans la chambre .

What a pleasant stay with staff very helpful & friendly

Nice, however there could been a bit more African & continental varieties.

WiFi connection could have been a bit more stable without fluctuating. On the whole, at least it provided for our online communication needs

Thank god we only had a night there. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely nothing to like about this place.

There was a cockroach in the room. The AC wasn’t working. Also, we spent the first couple of hours doing running back and forth between our room and the front desk (which were at least a 10 minute walk apart) because the wifi and phones weren’t working, and they kept on sending someone over to fix it, who’d claim it was fixed but it wouldn’t be, and we’d have to run to the front desk again. Also, the property is very old and hardly maintained. Rust, cracks and weird smells all over

Great place for a calm relax

The food was amazing, the desserts are great, Moroccan food is just wonderful. The hotel is quiet which is the best for relax, the rooms are very big. The hotel is located not that far from city plus bonus is free shuttle to city.

The staff is quite slow, the food is removed from restaurant 30- 40 minutes before the breakfast/dinner end time.

Exceptional

Fantastic facilities. Great location. We were very well looked after from the start meeting and checking in with Fatima. The room service was exceptional. Hind and Rajaa knew were on honeymoon and left us red roses after every clean. Thank you for such fantastic stay and great hospitality

Nice, a couple of things could be improved

-Overall, the hotel facilities are great and well taken care of. -if you want to be away from the centre, the location is perfect. -Buffet dinner is tasty and the selection great.

-Staff attitude. For people working in hospitality, some of the staff's nonchalant attitude is urm, interesting to witness. - There were several instances of inconsistent information from staff on queries directly related to the hotel and its services. Too many examples to list here. Part of it sometimes fuelled by language barrier if you're not French or Arabic speaking.

Not good

I was given used mugs after the cleaners cleaned my room. I called reception many times to resolve this but they didn't until the next afternoon. Service at the pool bar was terrible - they kept ignoring me, picked up my things without consent and moved them, charged me incorrectly

Very bad stay! PLEASE Avoid!!

The location was great!

There was no Room service phone. We asked several times the reception but nothing was done. There was a water issue in the shower. They only gave us 2 small bottles of waters! We were trapped by the hotel to pay 300 dhs/person to eat in the afternoon buffet!

highly priced for such a poor service

the location

there were so many issues with the hotel. The staff was not at all welcoming. There was some kind of tone that was very disrespectful, and whenever we had an inquiry about the spa, or the restaurants or the events, they would just avoid answering us, or giving us information. It was such a rip and we don’t recommend it at all.
