Not very well kept. Leaves and fall debris still stuck between door entrance and door mat. Dark and kind of dingy inside. No people to welcome you, they just send you a code.

Earlier in the day I received an email with our room number and code. Later when we were on the road, there was another email with a room number change. Since we were driving through the states, I had my phone on airplane mode. We arrived at the inn and went to drop my for our bags to our original room number. The code did not work so we had to go to a restaurant with wifi. when I was able to connect to wifi, I noticed that they sent me another email with a room number change. It was a bit frustrating and inconvenient to have the room number change later in the day. The room itself was clean but a bit outdated. The beds we’re comfortable. For the price .. it was good for a one night stay.

The carpet was pulling up on edges, I tripped over one piece and fell on the floor.

This small hotel had some nice features to offer. Being able to check in late at night without worrying about staff being onsite was nice, no keys to lose or demagnetize, and solid instructions on checking out. The room was neat and clean and for the low price I was impressed with the quality of the rooms. A few good restaurants are within walking distance, but if you drive around you’re in a central location to go anywhere in town from here within minutes.

The motel is a go-to for our trips to Marquette. The rooms are clean. The price is good. The location is great. We will definitely return.

Room was very big with plenty of space. Access was awesome with a keypad to lock and unlock. Checked in with just 4 numbers and checked out the same way.

The outside of the buildings were dirty and are starting to look rundown. There were what look longterm tenants smoking what smelled like pot outside the door to our room.
Once inside our room we found trash (celophane wrappers) behind the toilet and in the room in seversl spots. There was toothpaste dripping down the front of the sink. The toilet was stained.
We should have changed rooms but after seeing the condition of the property we decided to keep the room where we knew the bed was clean.
The shower was great though.

While it waz great to save the money, to find a used soap bar in the bathtub/shower told us that it wasnt properly cleaned or inspected and dust on the hairdryer indicates minimal dusting/cleaning had been done in that room. When we arrived, there was a garbage can at the end of the stairs that were on the other side of the sidewalk from our door that was overflowing with garbage and each morning we woke to several alcohol cans right next to the garbage can. Don't mind that people drink but leaving cans out instead of throwing them away or putting them in recycling rather than on thr ground is disgusting. Other than that, the stay was ok.

I looked for the best price in town and found it. I was prepared for some less than desirable accommodations. I was wrong. The rooms are spacious, clean and amply supplied. There was excellent communication regarding check in and how to get help. Everything worked and was in good condition. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is a bit dated, stains on carpet and a bit of missed spots cleaning. Overall I was happy with my experience as a whole.

Was a good experience. Nothing flashy but that’s great, I did not need it. The door locking system made things super easy and never “forgot the key”.

The room was overall clean, but the carpet was FILTHY! The air conditioner had a terrible rattle. Although this property communicated very well by text, I didn’t like having no person to interact with.

Bath needed cleaning. Noone there to get pillows or towels. Didnt fill spot you were to go for items above so didnt get any.granddaughter felt unsafe.

It was a nice cozy place, easy to access and rooms were clean. Quiet and comfortable.

Stayed the night before at Cedar Motor Inn. Same price but clean with great beds and crisp linens and real people. (No staff was fine...but when its dirty, it's like a horror movie!)

The king bed and linens were the most comfortable I’ve ever found away from home.
Totally unfamiliar with their door locking system, so left the place unlocked without knowing. Thought it locked automatically when leaving. Must put instructions by door.
Unless you threw the deadbolt inside each time, you were not locked in either. Not good.

When we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, continental breakfast was included in the amenities. However, disappointingly, when we arrived we were told that breakfast is NOT included. A partial refund might be in order...

Breakfast was great and staff was fantastic. Pool was great. Walls need to be cleaned in hallways and rooms. When we first pulled in we see grass and gardens need to be cut, sir conditioner vent fell from second floor with weed growing thru it, and broken door by entrance door. First impression was bad.

We won’t be returning to this motel. There was zero human contact. Checkin, supplies, and checkout all done by the customer using door keypad codes. I called the desk with a question and it just rang and rang. Glad it wasn’t an emergency. I did get a call back about ten minutes later. Checkout time was very early…10am! If asked for a later one they charge $25.00! Final straw was you have to put your trash outside your door when leaving.
