The staff that I was in contact with was amazing. The rooms were disgusting. The first room we were given was so full of dog hair and dog poop smashed in the couch the smell was awful that I called and asked the front desk for a different room. We were given another room immeadiately and when we entered that room, it smelled of rancid fried food, the carpet trim was all ripped up, and the couch had tears in it. There were no other rooms available and because I was with other parties we had no choice but to stay. When I complained again in the morning, the man at the front desk stated- I know, I have been in there and I don't know how we are going to get that smell out. So now, both rooms have been validated for being gross, I was still unable to get a refund.

First time at this hotel. Surprised there is no breakfast. Bed was too soft. Couch in living area was much too hard and no sofa pillows. I did not like the bathroom sliding door. Also needs more hooks to hang wet towels. We did like the exercise room and the pool area looked nice, although we did not swim. Unfortunately I don’t think we will return to this hotel.

This was a nice stay, the rooms are clean. They had 2 jacuzzi’s. One not even comfortable bath water, it as to cold, but the second one was just right. I truly wished they served breakfast as almost all hotels in this area do. That would have made it a 5 star stay if they had.

The room was decent but it was very run down. There were stains all over the couch and sitting bench, and there were also multiple spots on the walls that were patched but with not matching paint, there were spots like that everywhere. The telephone did not work either, though all the cords were plugged in, I could not get it to work and had to use my personal cell to contact the front desk. The elevators were also very noisy/ bumpy ride in.

Great! We've never stayed at this brand of hotel before. After driving all day the shower was great and the beds were super comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again.

There was orange mould or rust (?) from the water on the silicone in the shower. Knives were very dull. Other than that, all was well.

We slept very little the two nights we were staying there. The first night there were multiple people milling around outside all night. Between their competing horn honks, to their loud talking, laughing and fighting, the first night was rough. On the second night, a similar situation outside as well as people in the building banging around and a room somewhere in the vicinity of our room watching tv with the volume VERY LOUD from around 3 a.m. until 7 a.m. We were located a few doors away from the elevator. We will not be staying there again.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this hotel. I paid 250.00 a night and this property was way overpriced. Since I went through Expedia I was very surprised at the pricing. Will not be using your services again.

Inside the building was clean however outside could have used the major pickup and trash and chicken bones for obviously left in the parking lot for a long time overall it was acceptable much better than the Candlewood Suites in South Dakota which I would never go to again for any reason I had sleep in my car before I went to that hotel ever again

Beds comfortable. Front desk great people. Housekeeping not so much. Would not get us fresh towels or come in to freshen our room. A ear plug was on the hall floor from Friday to the Sunda? We were there.

The property was deceiving in a very nice area but very beat up very dirty dusty room. It looked like literally they only changed the sheets & bedding (which had a spot on one of the sheets) and maybe change the plastic bags and that was the extent of cleaning the room.

Overall the stay was fine but they didn’t do a very good job cleaning. When I pulled the bed out of the couch it was pretty gross what I found. A finger nail and a big stain. Obviously the rooms weren’t cleaned very well. Other than that things were fine with the stay and the location was good.

Property was close to the mall. The linens in the hotel room appear to be unwashed. There were hairs all over the pillows and sheets. No compensation for the uncleanliness. More that likely will not stay in this hotel again.

I liked it a has a small kitchen . Was really disappointed in the staff. My battery in my car died and i asked the front desk staff for assistance. They all said the didnt have a car or that there was nothing they could do for me. leaving me feeling a litte helpess as Im alone and not from around here. I ended up having to call a taxi to take me to get a jump box and help myself uts been 3 days and my car us still dead. The hotel should have a a plan to gelp guests in a pinch. I wont stay here again

When we arrived we found out Expedia overbooked the Suite style room and the room we got was not as expected...but Daniel the GM met with us and was able to find a room that met/exceeded our expectations and he saved the day! Kudos to Daniel and the staff for making our stay special!

Overall the stay was disappointing, nobody at front desk upon arrival and had to wait 10 minutes to start check-in. First room given did not have working wifi and had to suggest switching rooms in order to fix problem. No apology for inconvenience from staff. Room was dirty and not cleaned during my 2 night stay. Fitness centre was in good working order but no breakfast option when many lower priced hotels offer this amenity

It was easy to navigate in and out and a good location. We had a 1 bedroom suite. There was no bedding in our room. I had to go ask for it, which was fine I'm capable of that. The bedding was gross! Either a blood or coffee stain on it. Not a real "come back again" desirable item.

This property is relatively new. However, it appears that it hasn't been well cared for since it was built. Our room smelled strongly of body odor as if the mattresses, couch, and carpet had never been cleaned. The overall facilities were fine but devoid of any amenities. One staff member was personable and helpful, everyone else seemed to be there to collect a paycheck.

We were unable to check in at the normal 3:00 check in, due to staff shortage in housekeeping. We didn’t get in our room until 7:15 and got a one bedroom when I requested 2 beds for the four of us. There is more that went on but not worth my time writing about it. I’m still waiting to here from “manager” Alex. He dodges my calls and doesn’t call back like his staff says he will. This place needs a whole new update and management, it’s ran terribly.

I had a horrible first night because of the febreze they use in the room. The clerk said changing rooms wouldn't help because they use it in every room. Thankfully the window opened a little and there was a stiff breeze. In the morning we made plans to check out and find another hotel (during an NDSU graduation weekend!), But housekeeping found a room without fragrance for us, thankfully, so we didn't need to move hotels. I strongly encourage the hotel to stop using sprays in rooms, as there are more and more people affected by perfumes all the time.

Dirty carpets, odor of drugs being smoked on 3rd floor, ours. No breakfast available, foyer under construction and dirty. The check-in staf were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel computershare.com made check in very drawn out and difficult.

The property was very dirty - and not just construction dirt. There was dog food on my carpet when I checked in so it clearly hadn't been vacuumed. It was also under construction and I was disappointed that Expedia didn't inform me of this when I booked as I would have chosen a different hotel. The walls were thin and noise from other rooms was very present.

It show online you have free breakfast. When I asked about it upon check in the front desk informed the don’t serve breakfast. One reason I picked this hotel was the free breakfast in the morning
