We had a great stay! The pool was great for small kids with lots of options. A toddler slide, bigger slide, lilly pads, water guns, basketball hoop, and water buckets. Our kids loved it and kept them entertained. We were roomed on the 3rd floor, right off the elevator and above the pool. So we could hear noise from the pool and from the hallway until the pool closed. So that was one down side.

Hotel was older, but very clean and well kept. Swimming pool was the biggest attraction for the kids. It is well maintained with a hot tub. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we would definitely consider staying her again.

I was disappointed that they did not clean the room after out furst night. It didn't even appear that they entered to take garbage or replenish the towels. I feel that this is a service that is included in the price of the room and was not done.

Great and friendly customer service, the pool area was well taken care of and cleaned. They had a “social hour” with complimentary apps and drinks. Room was very clean, great complimentary breakfast. Next time I’m in Fargo I will be staying here again. 10/10

The property was easy to get to from I-94. It was also conveniently close to Scheel's Arena. My main complaint is that we were placed in a handicapped accessible room without being asked first. This wouldn't have been terrible, except the shower was just a big open area in the bathroom with no curtain or anything for privacy. Also, the handicapped restroom had very limited counter space. It is my opinion that these rooms should be reserved only for people who request and need them.

The outside door has a thin opening so the cold air and snow was coming in. Also, a rug at door would be nice since floors are all wood. Know where to set wet shoes. overall comfortable place.

The hotel itself was average. The rooms & building were clean, but definitely dated. However it was really close to a lot of good restaurants.

After a long day of travelling we were so relieved to stop at the Best Western to receive great service and then followed to find a clean and comfortable room. My family also really enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast the next morning.

Having stayed at multiple 4-5 star hotels across Fargo over the years, this may have been my favorite room for cleanliness and comfort. I wish the dining was expanded, perhaps even a restaurant attached. I also wish the pool area was less focused on kids. Otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

This is the second we’ve stayed here. It’s comfortable and close to shopping and movie theaters. Really enjoyed the jetted tub for relaxing in after a busy day!

We had a great time at this hotel! The pool was great; the breakfast was delicious, the staff were really friendly! They even offered free drinks and appetizers in their breakfast area 5-7pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!! The kids loved the western/woodland theme of the hotel. It was quiet and clean! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

It was a tough day to stay and a comedy of errors that impacted our experience... We were there for the Thanksgiving holiday so the pool was PACKED so it was hard to enjoy the pool. Glad it was enjoyed by others but would have liked to use it ourselves. We opted for other activities with the kids. Room was nice and clean. The bed was a little unforgiving...too hard for my liking. Sadly we had late night 2 fire alarms initiated (midnight at 12:30) for supposed sensor/heat issues in the pool area. Love that we can have our furry pal join us, and the breakfast (while busy) was being restocked and choices were great for warm and cold options. Overall a decent stay with friendly staff, and check in was a breeze. We would stay again, but with that being said, we'd love to see an update on the mattresses for more comfort on future stays!

Some lady walked into our room and said it was her room when we had been there the night before and it was only 10am. It was not housekeeping. We called down to front desk and told them. We also addressed it at the desk and the lady didn’t care. This was on November 19th 2023. Our check out day.

Best Western is a very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel to stay at. They have a great swim area with lots of extras for the kids. Breakfast was good and ample ranging from eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleased with this hotel. All areas of the property were clean, the pool was great for the kids, breakfast was good, and the staff/housekeeping were so accommodating. Social hour was offered when we were there which included wine, beer, veggies, and taco bar for free. We were only at the hotel for one social hour so I’m not sure what was offered the other nights during our stay. I was especially happy to see our room had wood flooring because hotel carpet is icky to me. We’ll definitely stay again!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a very musty smell that seemed to get worse during our stay. The front desk was very kind and came to Febreeze our room, change garbages and change out all towels, but didnt help remedy the situation, and said they were unable to change our room because they were full. The pool was fun and clean breakfast was good!
