We were greeted with such friendly and polite staff. Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good variety of breakfast options. There are a lot of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Costco is just down the street and Target is close by as well. I cannot express enough how friendly the staff is. We would definitely stay here again and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for the great stay!

We booked this property last minute on NYE after the original reservation we had booked months ago did not work out due to a last-minute maintenance issue. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no rooms despite us having an active reservation. Initially, they were very accommodating and trying to figure out how they could accommodate us in a room. They were apologetic and told us that they would compensate the parking and give us an extra room discount due to not having what we booked. We were late for our dinner reservation so they stored our luggage while we went to our reservation. Upon returning, they let us know that they found us a room and everything seemed fine. The rooms are a bit dated but overall clean. There is no scheduled housekeeping, so we had to call for clean towels a few times. Upon check out, our receipt indicated the full price as well as parking. I politely notified the front desk that we were supposed to have complementary parking due to the issue on arrival, and she reported that it was noted by the manager in our account that she was not to give us comped parking so apparently he just said that on check-in but had no intention of following through. It was $60 for 3 nights so not a huge cost; however, dishonesty is a huge turn off. I absolutely would not book this hotel again.

Let’s start off with the garbage disposal! I was trying to cook my kids food from a long trip from Arizona! And when I needed to use the garbage disposal, it did not work it kept overflowing! I received the text message early in the morning asking what do we need to accommodate our stay? I let them know extra blankets an extra pillows because we were on a long drive and we just want to go to sleep! But it’s how we get to the hotel. There were no EXTRA pillows or blankets in the room whatsoever!!! AS REQUESTED! I called the front desk over three times to the point where the fourth called. He finally told us to come downstairs to get the things that we were asking for!!!!!! Other details of the room! The bathroom light kept flickering the whole entire time! Hair was in the bathroom shower! And when I called the Manager the next morning to explain everything that was going on! He had a very nonchalant attitude, and did not give a damn! His excuse for everything was, it was a very busy night, and we were short staffed He did care at all! Then he stated on the phone that he will have a maintenance man go in the room to see if what I was saying was correct and if it was that he would refund the money. 72 hour goes by and I get a email saying that I’m not getting anything. Just a very bad visit!

The property shows its age. Our room had a sofa with an arm rest with a hole. The water tank of the toilet leaked. The glass doors of the shower would not stay closed. The blankets on the bed were much too small. Two things were not mentioned in the website. Rooms are serviced only every 5 days and parking on the street outside is 20 dollars/night. Service was great.

Easy check-in/out, convenient,quiet, and clean room. Although it’s difficult to sleep because the curtains do not cover the windows, therefore the room stays bright at night with lights from the parking lot.

Prepaid my room with Expedia and when I paid the deposit while I arrived I was charged again for room. Went to get a refund and the lady from the front said she was going to help with the refund and charged me deposit again. I never received any refund.

Didn't sleep due to the loud metal banging all night. Which we believe to be an elevator. Also, our shower was very noisy while on.

The door to the pool locked me and my kids out, so we couldn't get back inside the hotel. breakfast staff was great, housekeeping was nice. Front desk and other staff was 2star

the internet was out for awhile, so the tv was out too when we first arrived, then there was a strong pet odor and cleaning fluid smells. i'm allergic to dog and cat dander, im usually ok but this was too strong, my throat was itchy and eyes watering and headache.Since it was late the next day i asked for a room change, one out of two elevators was out of commission at that time. waits were longer than usual but at least one worked. Later in the day ( Sunday) the other elevator was out; we were in the 4th floor. We had to walk up and down to get in and out of our room. I asked when it would be fixed but they said that the repair people would not come on the weekends. So most likely on Monday, We had luggage and heavy books we brought for an event. They said we'll give you a later check out if you have to wait, we wanted to go home. not wait around. Also the toliet paper holder fell off the wall. mattresses were uncomfortable foam. I expect more from a one bedroom suite at a hilton .They said the elevators were out before for longer periods of time... they should let you know before you chk in or disclaimer when booking. I am never staying here again.

I enjoyed the time to rest. The hot tub was amazing. The pool was very cold. Breakfast was good and the fitness center was useful. The only complaint is that there was no WiFi.

Great location as the hotel is located near LAX and directly access to the freeway that in a line with all famous beaches (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach even North to Santa Monica), most of driving distance to all famous sites are within 40 min to an hour roughly. The hotel is decent however the customer service is near excellent and very friendly also responsive to our needs. I will definitely consider to return back to stay if visiting LA again

Over all I loved the stay but I did find the gym had no mirrors which I would have liked and the clean smell would be great. Also the pool needs to be a little cleaner and water warmth adjusted a little more to enjoy.

Our room was so spacious! We really liked having the living room and kitchen areas. We also loved the breakfast every morning. The food was always really good. The hotel was very clean and the location was convenient. I would highly recommend.
