Stay was overall pretty good. I stayed in room 310. However, there were no bath towels and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone microphone didn't work. Tried to shower anyway, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent and there was no hot water.

Check in went great, I arrived at midnight but desk person was awake, Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was spare but adequate and hot tub easy to use. Maid came while I was out and did great job all five days, I left extra tip and mentioned to front desk how happy I was, you could tell how much time they put into removing graffiti and smell to keep your elevator so clean. My last day I received notice my mother was in hospital and she did not make it, your staff were so nice, I forgot my watch when I left useing card of file I left and was able to at least see her. Your staff called me and mailed me my watch so I received it today, I was so happy it was a gift from my father but is a Rolex! They were so great, thanks again. If you let me know the name of employee I talkrd to I would lik e to ensure she receives something for her/his time.

Had to change room on arrival. I was scheduled for a smoking room. Had to have it changed. Customer service was not great. The breakfast was a joke. Almost nothing to eat. Out of orange juice. Ask service person about it and he said he didn’t know how to do it. He was in to much of a hurry to get back to his phone. Will not stay at another DaysInn. This is the second Days Inn and the first one was a poor place to stay.

The worst "hotel" motel I have stayed in my whole life, the hallways, the stairs and even the elevator smell like pee!! I reserved a non smoking room for my family (two kids and my wife) and the room had a strong smoke smell. I asked for a refund, but the person in the reception told me that I have to contact expedia first. That wasn´t possible because I didn´t had a local phone number. We have to reserve another hotel for the same night(in expedia too)

This is a seedy motel. There was a toilet plunger outside my door when I got to the room and of course toilet barely flushed. The paint was hanging down from the ceiling with a big hole so you can see all the mold. Sticky clear fluid on the bathroom floor, hairs on the sink counter etc etc etc. they did refund my money the next day but I did not sleep there. I’d rather sleep in my car. Gross… and it was over $200 the night I stayed there.

Requeted a non smoking amd was given a smoking room. was horrible 😢 😫 in the morning walked down to the office and the lady was very kind and was able to change us room. the cleaning ladies were very kind.

This property is in close proximity to beaches but the property is outdated and poorly maintained. Ok if you’re planning on spending most of your time out all day.

Both rooms our family stayed had an odd odor. Our room had a phone but it was not plugged and am outlet could not be found. However, we were offered a discount for the phone which we accepted.

The Hotel is really old old. The rooms smell humidity, you spend more the $16 just to use the dryer machine. Watch out for for parking under the roof occasionally open holes and people parking really bad. Missing light ball in the lamps. The staff are very nice and helpful. Restaurants opens until 9 pm.

The staff are friendly. Facilities need to be updated and need more cleaning. It just doesn't have the feeling of being safe but the location is close and convenient to almost everything you need - stores, restaurants and close drive to LAX airport. Thank you.

This is one of my go-to affordable hotels when staying in L.A.'s South Bay. The manager and staff are very good, and the updated rooms that I've stayed in multiple times are clean and comfortable, with nice features like microwaves and mini refrigerators in-room, and laundry facilities on-site. Location is freeway close with lots of restaurants and shopping places nearby. Not luxury, but clean, pleasant and affordable.

If you are a smoker this hotel is fine for you. Non smokers... stay away. We had 2 non smoking rooms on different floors and both smelt like smoke. 1st one was cigarette smoke and 2nd one was weed. When we checked in they gave my in laws another person's room... luckily no one was in there when they went in but that was fun. It just wasnt a nice hotel for non smokers due to the smell.

Not the cleanest of places for sure. A junk pile located by the back staircase. Many, many smokers back there as well. Will not be back. None of the lamps were plugged in. Electricity would go on and off. Stay somewhere else.

Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Days Inn near to Freeway I-405 Exit Hawthorne Blvd - easy to find. Local Indian Restaurant 2 min walking distance. IN-N-OUT Burger as well as huge VONS Grocery supermarket next Freeway Exit. 10 minutes drive to Manhattan Beach Pier - just straight on. Easy way to Long Beach and LAX Airport.

We arrived and housekeeper was still cleaning the room, why would they give us a room that wasn’t cleaned. I was tired and had to wait twenty minutes. On top of that she didn’t finish cleaning, the dresser had crumbs and floor had crumbs.
