The room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. The pillows are rather thin;we do prefer "puffier" pillows. The shower was great, as well as the rest of the bathroom. Heating was excellent and consistent. The hallway carpet was rather dingy, but the lobby is huge and really terrific.Be aware that there is $18 a day parking fee. Pool and hot tub are also great.

I have never in my life been to a courtyard Marriott that does not have complimentary breakfast. A bagel and cream cheese was 6 plus dollars and the most basic meal was 15. Also the parking was terrible and the elevator was very suspect and took forever to come. That will be my first and last stay there

I typically stay at this hotel at least twice a month. For the past couple of visits the air has not been working, and the toilets run all night. I love everything else about the hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay, all the staff that came to very friendly and helpful. Was greeted with a friendly smile which made me feel very welcome. I arrived earlier than expected but they accommodate me. Would recommend that Marriott Hotel to anyone and if I came back there, that would be my choice of stay.

The property was okay. The lobby is spacious and modern, and the rooms look good. It was the little things like the slow elevator, a mattress that clearly needed to be replaced, no shower gel, a cold pool, etc. that added up. The staff at the front desk were great though.

We stayed there for four nights. a very happening place to stay, elevators were busy, they have a nice heated outdoor pool and court , lobby is mostly busy. We didnt get the room service upon asking was told that we opted out( unsure when that happen) , staff is very friendly . Area is closer to Manhattan Beach and other beaches in the area .

The staff made check in very quick and seamless! I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and its one of my favorites! Very family friendly with the pool which was heated, jacuzzi, basketball court and tv’s in the lobby. We didn't eat at the bistro but the margaritas were great! I’d definitely recommend and stay here again.

Double Queen room was spacious and perfect for our travel baseball needs. The bathroom fan never seemed to turn off but it was super quiet so that wasn’t an issue. Appreciated the ability to check in early (since a room was ready) and the proximity to LAX and the local to-do’s was great. Pool and hot tub were descent and there is a pizza parlor attached to the hotel as well.

This place is amazing I had such a wonderful week in Hawthorne. Really a 5 star facility loved the staff check in was a breeze clean heated pool with hot tub great outdoor basketball. Convenient parking lovely town to walk in and great food options. Thanks so much!!!

Not a good first day experience! We had to request another room for they couldn't fix the front door lock. We wasted 3 hours waiting. Not to mention that room had a blackened shower stall grout from mildew. Mold? The other room was not any better, same blackened grout. Staff should really check the rooms before the customers arrive to avoid inconvenience.

It was the most convenient hotel i found price wise in Los angeles , comfortable beds, bad old pillows , friendly front desk staff , hotel rooms and hallways in need of deep cleaning , i killed a roach on my second day here , the sink was clogged , the room carpets and hallways dirty, the shower needs some serious scrubing , quite disappointing for a courtyard not up to standards , quiet area , and quiet room , tv has netflix
