Tired and well used.

Staff were very responsive, helpful. Hotel is not the newest but it was very clean and well cared for. They have added additional hanging spaces in the rooms which was very helpful for our ski gear. My biggest complaint was breakfast - minimal options and not worth the trip down to check it out. Bed was comfortable but only pillow option was thin, firm ones.

Very nice! Indoor pool and hot tub were very well maintained and enjoyable. Small room was totally clean and nice. Bed was comfortable

One of the cheaper options in Red Lodge but still expensive. Fixtures are old and some lighting is vintage with DIY like repairs to cords. Hot tub only seats four adults. Wireless internet was not working - asked about it and problem persisted. Breakfast is mostly sugar/carbs. It was clean and the beds were comfortable but overpriced for what you get.

The staff was super helpful and friendly!
The only gripe I have are the really uncomfortable pillows and the heater made a loud noise every 10 minutes.

This property was a quaint one. Both of the staff we met were the absolute best ladies. The pool area was exceptionally maintained. The rooms were very cute and maintained. When we make a trip back this is where we will stay!

We took the family to the Red Lodge Christmas Stroll and decided we want to stay the night. We booked one of the cabins as we have stayed there once before. They put hand soap in our shower instead of shampoo and when asked if they had shampoo we could use, they said no and told us to just use the body wash as shampoo. The before we left, the chain the broke on the toilet so we couldn’t flush it. When I brought it up to the front desk gal, she told me that happens sometimes. She also tried to pull off “ the body wash is shampoo” but then a couple minutes later told me the shampoo was ordered but wouldn’t be here until Monday. My guess is that the young cleaning lady puffing her vape outside was just too lazy to get the shampoo and just threw hand soap in the shower. I told them when people are paying over $300 for a room, we have higher expectations including shampoo and functioning toilets. In all, pretty disappointed at the customer service.

The staff was wonderful. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Pool area was clean and stocked with lots of towels. Parking lot had plenty of easy access point to get inside to your room.

Booked room arrived 20 min later. Door locked, lobby closed. Dialed number…
Response:
“Give me a few minutes and I’ll be down”
10 minutes later… stiff waiting?!?

The property was a bit older, but still very clean and comfortable. Right across the street from Rock Creek and beautiful views.

Very friendly check in staff who gave great recommendations for dinner. The room was clean and quiet in spite of being a bit dated. Breakfast was a grab & go with a nice variety. The bed was comfortable for the soft mattress loving folks.

This place was wonderfully rustic in all the right ways. We would happily stay there again.

We won't be back. The old lady day manager scolded my wife for using a travel cup for coffee. She said that they should charge more when people use them. Totally uncalled for, we had just paid $350 for 2 nights. The night fellow was very nice and efficient.

Just a stopover one night stay. The person at the desk was very helpful after at first some coldness at check-in. I would return another time.

The property location was convenient and rooms were clean. It's an older hotel but well kept. My only disappointment was the breakfast. It consisted of mostly frozen pastries that you had to heat up in a microwave. All said and done, it's a nice little mom and pop hotel.

Checking was amazing, The room is nice but hair in the bathtub. No soap to wash your hands. The room is not the pitcher that I thought I Reserved. You're right on bear tooth seen in a highway

Great little hotel- beds/pillows outdated and not comfortable. Staff was excellent at check-in--- thank you Melissa !!
Breakfast is like gas station food and limited. We had packaged donuts or gluten free bagels!
The location is great and the town fun.
