This property was a great one night stay. The rooms are very large. Could stay for a week and feel like you’re living in an apartment with the full kitchen. The only downfall was the valet parking. But it was New Year’s Day so understandable that the wait was so long. Other than that, great hotel and even a decent breakfast.

Hotel is great. I think they were really busy during new year and the valet was a terrible one hour wait at check out. Also they lost the keys of my car and took an extra hour

This hotel is a gem right in downtown Providence. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel looked so luxurious and everyone was nice.

Excellent hotel, amazing staff, the valet parking is nice! Breakfast was what you expect from a free breakfast. Not super amazing but fine. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable!

Do not stay here as there are many better options. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The shower was lukewarm at best after running for ten minutes. Check out is 11am And when asked to have a later check out was forced to sign up for
Hilton rewards or pay $50 extra. The breakfast was not worth the hype, with prefabricated egg discs and some kind of bacon - Honestly I couldn't tell if it was turkey or regular bacon. I will never stay in a hilton knock off like this. After only sleeping four hours because of the terrible bed, I now have to attend and all day conference. Beware of this hotel.

Hot water didn’t work in morning while trying to take a hot shower at 7am. Front desk said it take a few minutes to heat up. I waited 30 minutes and then took a luke warm shower.

We enjoyed our stay. The valet Matt was friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A little loud from the street noise but it’s downtown, that’s to be expected. Would stay again

Perfect location, amazingly clean, excellent breakfast and great view. We could walk to the restaurants and valet is great as they park your car in the hotel garage that is closed in. If they run out of room, its parked across the street.

Very nice room and hotel. Very clean and everyone there is very friendly. In great walking distance to restaurants, the Providence Performing Arts Center. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay again.

I booked two queen bed river view room through Expedia. However, it got changed to one bed street view room when I checked in. The staff was extremely rude and said they were not informed about the reservation. When I showed my Expedia reservation to them, they told me that Expedia didn’t notify the hotel about my reservation. What the heck!

Wonderful stay. The staff made us feel like family. The accommodations were well appointed. As this is an extended stay property, house keeping was not scheduled for every day but was available upon request. We had a family reunion and the hotel staff support our efforts to success. I highly recommend this property.

The location and facilities were terrific. Room size and condition were wonderful. Breakfast was convenient. Pool was really only amenity missing from a family stay. Only complaint was that we requested for housekeeping to clean room at the front desk, but they never came during stay. No one also answered housekeeping call button on phone. We had to go down to front desk to obtain/request towels, etc.

The rooms were very quiet; you couldn't hear the shower or toilets flushing like in other hotels. Quick walk to the Convention Centre.

Our recent stay at Homewood Suites was so enjoyable! The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable! It is an excellent place to be for one night or an extended stay!

The room was absolutely putrid smelling. My son essentially had an allergic reaction to whatever spray the sprayed because the previous guests had clearly been smoking marijuana and they were trying to cover it up. I had to change rooms the next night. I should be compensated for the first night.
