We love it here. Staff is so sweet and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is tucked away in beautiful greenery while also next to a busy market and street food if that's your thing.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Pool is a great asset although colder than we were used to coming from further south! Only negative comment is that sound-proofing is poor between rooms, easily fixed with ear plugs. We stayed room only so didn't try the breakfast, found many options for local and Western food nearby.

Super cute property. Convenient to old city.

Glad we stumbled upon booking this property. It is beautiful and the staff are so nice. Great feel to the space, rooms and spacious and clean, and there are many restaurants, massage parlors, and bars within walking distance, as well as the Saturday market!

Do not stay here if you’re a light sleeper. The hotel rests right next to a night market that is open until dawn- and you hear it! Plus, they charged us a ton of money for not returning a common plastic key card. I stay in hotels all over the world, and I’ve never experienced that. Pretty entrance and interior, but I probably won’t stay there again.

We loved this hotel. Not only was it a beautiful setting with lovely rooms and pool, the staff was the best ever!! They were so helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a huge balcony to sit out on. Really nice pool as well. The breakfast that was included in our room price was delicious with many choices at the buffet. Staff here were so good to us as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was so helpful, accommodating an early check-in. The view from my room was beautiful and it was steps from the market. Bought a beautiful piece of art work painted by the owner and they also gave a parting gift. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was impeccable, staff were extremely accommodating with our special dietary needs.
The pool is a good size for a boutique hotel.
Love how they preserved ancient structures by incorporating them into a modern building.
Laundry service is very cheap and efficient.

Great location, close to airport, away from the busy street but close to walk everywhere. Great and pleasant staff, loved staying here!

Very clean, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful (they had both Thai and typical American options). They also offered a fun hour long experience each day, such as making a small treat or decoration. Room was beautiful and very comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We visited during the Loy Krathong festival and the hotel arranged a workshop to help us build our own lantern to light and release. The location is perfect, right next to a market, close to temples and great food. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous traditional Thai property. Walking distance to everywhere you would want to go in old town - the wood work and detail all throughout is spectacular. One of our favorite stays in Thailand

The property and staff are phenomenal. Great location, walkable to many markets, temples and shopping. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Our only struggle was the wifi was unreliable, if we could find it at all.

Staff was great, always eager to help. Lighting could be improved in the room. Hotel has a list of items with costs if damaged such as slippers or cups. I think the slipper should not be on the list! Staff such as Jaipa, Smile, OT, Owen, Brown are great. Overall , it was a very good stay.

The staff was amazing. One of the nicest hotels ive stayed at. Fresh breakfast, center of Old Town Chiang Mai, easy walk to mamy temples, food and gifts. Next trip i will stay here again.

Staff is amazing and so very helpful. One lady even ran an umbrella to me as I was standing in the rain paying for the taxi. Staff is very helpful with recommendations for food and tours, they will even arrange to book it for you. I can't stress enough how amazing the staff is! They quickly get you checked in while bringing in your bags and serving you tea as soon as you get there. The airport taxi service they can set up for you was a little pricey for 5 people. I recommend downloading the Grab app and using it for all taxi services. You can then use a credit card vs. cash. Rooms are clean and spacious. Furniture is slightly worn but all functional. Hotel is located in an area near a street market so it could be noisy in the morning but nothing too loud.

Great place to stay, right by the night food market. Short drive from airport. Staff is friendly and always going out of their way to make sure all all necessary things are taken care of.

Looks beautiful and the staff was very nice. However, this hotel has very limited services for a hotel of this price. Somethings were 4 star level and some things were 2 star quality. This hotel is OK - however, you can find a more comfortable stay for a better price.

We had a really pleasant stay at Phor Liang Meun Terracotta. The hotel is beautiful and it is very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very attentive and polite and the breakfast is delicious. If I come back to Chiang Mai I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location is perfect. Easy walking distance to markets, temples, restaurants.
Hotel grounds are gorgeous. Pool is lovely.
The room furnishings are a little dated and show a little wear and tear but the rooms and bathrooms were clean.
Breakfast is simple but tasty.
Staff were wonderful. So friendly, always greeted us with a smile and happy to help and make suggestions.
We’d happily stay again.

I really appreciated the staff there, they are so friendly and gave us heaps of local travelling tips. They helped to arrange our tour, fabulous! Close to supermarket where local goes and I found more choice there and less price than convenient stores.

The property is beautiful however even a beautiful property needs an amazing staff. This hotel has a great staff, eager to help in any way. My stay was perfect and a special thank you for booking the perfect cooking school for me. The ‘First Cookery School in Chiang Mai’ was so much fun and so informative. Perfect for a novice home cook. Thanks again to all who make the hotel so special. Susan J. Aspen, CO.

Absolutely beautiful! This hotel is breathtaking. The staff or so nice and genuinely kind and helpful. The pool area could really do with a couple more loungers, but as with the rest of the hotel, it’s also gorgeous. Such interesting, intricate carvings throughout the property. It’s clean and airy and so comfortable with lots of nice touches. Right opposite is a great little breakfast spot. The area has lots of great markets (night and day). Go there! We will definitely be back!

The property is absolutely beautiful with its terracotta carvings. Yet the rooms have ultra modern facilities
The staff is friendly and helpful and professional. Their smiles are so sincere as they greet their guests
I wish I could stay longer

A wonderful couple of days in this beautifully designed hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Fantastic refreshing pool after sightseeing. Close to everything but so peaceful. If you stay must have dinner at the stunning Faces restaurant. Have a few drinks at the chilled out, cool Chai bar beforehand , both a 2 minute walk from the hotel . We'll be back!
