Great, friendly, helpful staff. Rented a pontoon boat, ate, relaxed there. Owners were very welcoming. . On a great river for boating, tubing, water fun.

It took forever to find the place! There is no sign that's visible from the road. I drove by the motel 3 times and had to ask several people to find the place! Also, the website said it was just north of the Rainbow River. That wrong! It's just north of some other river--but not the Rainbow River. The room had no chairs in it. We had to specifically ask to get a chair because there was no place to sit--except for the bed. Also, no carpeting anywhere on the floors, so mud was carried in with no place to wipe dirty shoes..;..

The Internet was down entire time We could not conduct business we needed After 5 days ...we asked to check out early because we needed to conduct necessary business The owner declined our request to do this Will NEVER go back! An employee there did their best to assist us The owner "on vacation" declined to allow us to check out ...so we left...had to pay the room fee there AND ANOTHER HOTEL!

The room was very nice, only complaint would be the pillows were uncomfortable. It was nice to have the restaurant right next door. We chose Dunnellon because its close to crystal river without the more expensive room prices there.

Good location, extra clean rooms but unfortunately beat up easy chairs and sofa were a disappointment. Great staff and overall a good stay.

It was on the river. Ada room was right next to highway and noisy. No trash can in bathroom or Kleenex. No ice machine or ice bucket. Hard pillows.

A walk across the parking lot to awesome food and drinks. Wonderful to watch the river while eating a delicious meal. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Especially helpful manager explaining the best location to kayak... only a few minutes away. And it is less than 30 minutes from Rainbow Springs State Park.

The aged style of the exterior is in contrast to the remodeled interior. The exterior is clean and fresh with an interior that is very comfortable. And just a few steps to a riverfront dining experience. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice motel!! Great food at the restaurant, loved the wings on Monday night!! Wait staff was friendly. Took the Gator Bob's airboat ride and it was FUN!! Stan, at the front desk was helpful and informative. Will definitely stay here again.

A fantastic and clean place to stay in a small town. I travel 30-35 weeks a year and expected this place to be just okay however it was awesome and we plan to stay here on our next trip back to visit family.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had great food, good service and friendly staff. Other than the room attendants' hair left in the bed from changing the sheets, the stay was perfect and we will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We needed a place to stay when our closing on our new home was delayed and we had no place to go with 5 people and our pets. We have needed to extend our stay 2 times and Stan has been absolutely amazing with helping us out with our situation. All the staff has been so friendly and helpful through out our time of need. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and they are nicely renovated as the pictures show. I would highly recommend this motel if you are looking for a quaint and friendly place to stay you will find it here!!

We loved staying here while visiting Rainbow Springs. They have a great restaurant that's on the property. It was very clean, the guys that check us in were very friendly. The only draw back was the road noise at night, but what can you do?

Outside looks like an old motel but inside the rooms are really nice. They solved the parking problem really well with cones and dedicated parking spaces for each room. We had to wait quite a while to check in as it is apparently the same guy that runs the boat rental and the little bait shop

The room was very clean and with updates including a microwave, fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a restaurant on the premises also. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again if in the area.

Our second time staying here. Rooms are clean and updated. Check in staff are friendly. Requested late check out which they accommodated an extra 30 minutes but they were not happy about it. Love the restaurant being on the property.

My family and I went for vacation. We really enjoyed it. We had an airboat ride. And rented a Sean bolt. We really enjoyed our days going up and down the river. The kids love swimming. In the crystal River. Also in the warm river. We would definitely go back. And make another adventure of it. Place was convenient for shopping. Clean and had its own restaurant. Where you can eat dinner or lunch. We enjoyed our boat ride with Captain Bob. And Owen was one of the workers. Worry polite and had lots of information for us. Definitely would be back. Enjoyed every minute of it.

The room was totally updated and immaculate, and the hosts were very friendly and informative. They gave great restaurant advice. We had dinner at the Blue Gator, but their recommendation for breakfast at The Front Porch was a great find! Hotel parking was not a problem since they block off spots for each room with a parking cone.
