Hotel was nice. Resort was massively over priced and closed. Most of the attractions were closed but we weren’t informed of this until we arrived. Don’t stay in early May or you will be disappointed.

Room was tired looking. Hospitality staff was indifferent and inattentive.

Super cozy, clean suite with all essentials you’d possibly need during a stay away from home. Super convenient cause it’s literally in the village! Coming back again for sure

My husband and I had a great stay here! The hotel was nice and clean, our room had a nice fireplace and a kitchenette . We both loved that this place had a year round heated outdoor pool and hot tub. It’s right in the village so close to everything which was great. The only thing we would have liked was to have a balcony to sit out in the morning or evening to enjoy a coffee . We were on the third floor but didn’t have a balcony. My husband didn’t find the bed too comfortable but I had no issues with it . The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I would def recommend this place and would stay here again!

Check in was easy with a dedicated parking space to bring luggages in. Paid underground parking was convenient. Location is not exactly at the base, but very convenient. Pool was warm for March. Room had kitchenette, which was useful throughout the stay.

Al was good but you do hear other guests and outdoor parking is a fair walk from hotel

Village concept with everything in walking distance was great. Accommodation venue and rooms generally could do with some renewal and upscaling.

When I first arrived the worker at the front desk gave us the wrong room number and we only realized after standing in line for quite a long time, waiting for the elevator up and walking all the way to the end of the hall to what we thought was our room only to have the room keys not work. It was extremely frustrating to have to walk all the way back down with our heavy bags and wait in line again. We were then told that our room was actually 225 not 255. We finally got to our room and we saw long black hair on the living room chair so we ended up not being able to use it the entirety of our stay. Our room was also unfortunately right beside the elevator which wasn’t great for either of us since we are light sleepers. We also found that being above sunset grill was loud in the morning, we kept hearing clanging and the musical instrument that guests can play outdoors right outside our window was too loud as well. In addition, we didn’t like the fact that we were given a balcony that people could access from what looked to be a “supply closet”, it felt unsafe. We also found the rooms to be quite dated and we were upset by the fact that the pool was quite cool for a heated pool and that the hot tub was super crowded due to that. We really did enjoy our time here, just not particularly while we were in the hotel.

Staff was great, but the building was a little old and the AC turned on unexpectedly in our room for the whole night when we were sleeping. They don’t provide water in the room and i was not aware of that. I thought for 400$ a night there would be.
Nonetheless, it was a nice experience.

We come every year at Xmas for the last 12 years. This year it seemed like our room hadn’t been cleaned in a while. While the floors looked clean, the dressers and tv stands were very dusty (like write name in it, dusty) dust was caked to the picture behind the couch too. For my husband who is sensitive to dust, this made him congested for our 2 night stay. We had to rewash most of the dishes because they had dried food stuck to them, not sure if the cleaners just emptied the dishwasher and didn’t see they were still dirty or what happened. Other than a lack of cleanliness, our stay was great.

I liked everything about this trip this weekend. The hotel room was incredible, the dinner at oliver and bonacinis was fantastic, and we went to Twist the Martini lounge that trip was fantastic. At the end of the night we went to Rustys, the bar was packed, Seth the bartender was extremely helpful, but one of the other bartenders was really rude.. There was definitely a lot of under age people in the bar, which to be honest seems like a liability

The building looks quite old because the room that we’ve stayed and the carpet looks dirty, the pulled out sofa smells old and the blankets are thin. The only good thing is it’s close to the village and easy parking, parking is not free.

Check in was fast and easy, parking was convenient, we asked for a pool view room so we could keep an eye on our teenage kids while they swam, and the hotel accommodated. View was great of the pool and ski hills. Hotel is dated, furniture was a little dirty, stains where hands touch, the wooden furniture has seen better days. Beds were comfortable and clean, and we brought some blankets from home to cover the furniture so we didn’t have to look at the stains. The pool was clean and warm, but the hot tub was a little gross. We made the mistake of going in the hot tub during a sunny day, and saw how unclear the water was With the jets off. Did not go back in after that. Stayed on the third floor, and the room above us had some drunk guys party out on the balcony at 1:30 am, was noisy for about 15 minutes, assume the hotel dealt with it as the noise stopped completely, was impressed with how fast it was dealt with. Overall a good stay, just clean the hot tub more often, and build a better system for dealing with stained furniture. Only real problem I had with this property was that the internet that you get is tethered to a low speed unless you pay 14.95 to get the regular internet. Given the prices we were paying per night, this feels like nickel and diming the customers. Just built it into the already exaggerated room prices.

Poor internet its the worst that I have in my live too expensive the activities and i really doesn't recomend for more than 2 nights .

We were offered a complimentary bottle of wine for our 40th wedding anniversary prepared in our room prior to check-in together with a greeting card. So nice and memorable! Thank you.

The hotel is getting run down it needs a bit of love. Staff are friendly and helpful but the facilities are getting to a point that needs improvement. Great Location right in the middle of village.

It was a wonderful stay. The only improvement I can suggest is better signage to differentiate the different properties around and where to park. Also, it was poor lighting at night, outside the premises.

The Mosiac Suites was a fabulous place to stay. The staff is incredible and really made our stay a great experience.

The location is great, in the heart of the village. I was pleasantly surprised with the room size and kitchenette. The furniture is a bit old but really not an issue for the price tag. My only real issue were the pillows, which were so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep well. A small detail that’s in my opinion would make a great difference.

I would say that the property was just average for the price. In terms of cleanliness as well, it was just okay. I was expecting a village view from the room as it is located in the village and that was my sole reason to book this property but I didn’t get any such thing. The only good part was the location of this property, everything was on walking distance. The staff was good and helpful as well!

Nothing was mentioned about the pool closure for maintenance! We selected this property specifically for the hot water pool but unfortunately it was closed without any notice!
This issue ruined our all plans for the trip!
